The driver was punctual and was courteous. The vehicle was clean. Price point is average for this type of service. I would book again!

Fantastic service from United Black Car. Connor is the best and even set us up with a great car service while we were in another state. We always can rely on him for a seamless pickup and drop off from anywhere and always use him locally in OC to the surrounding airports to and from our home. read more

We used UBC for Stagecoach transportation to and from the festival this year and I could not recommend them enough! The owner Connor was our driver the entire weekend and was so kind, professional, accommodating, and fun. He made our weekend seamless - always early to pick us up and got us home safely and comfortably each night. Knowing we could rely on him made it one less thing to think about over a busy weekend. We will absolutely be booking Connor and UBC for our next trip to Palm Springs! read more

Connor was great to work with. He helped coordinate my transfers easily and efficiently. Both he and Alex were punctual, professional and went above and beyond to make my child feel special for his birthday. Both vehicles we used were both new and clean. I highly recommend United Black Car in the LA area. I will definitely be using this service again in the future. read more

We have used United Black Car for several trips. The drivers are top notch! Always on time, helpful, friendly and kind. When you get off a long flight they have water, snacks and a smile to welcome you. My husband and I highly recommend Conner and his team of drivers. read more

The service was excellent, ride was comfortable and they had some good snacks! They even stopped at 7-11 so I could grab some drinks. Driver was courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend the service if you need a ride anywhere. read more

United Black Car is now my go-to for all of my transportation needs. Connor, the owner, is extremely professional and responds very quickly to any requests. I had a quick business trip and needed a last minute ride up to LAX and United Black Car showed up on time, the car exceptionally clean, and the driver, Feroz, polite and extremely accommodating. We will be utilizing United Black Car for all of our travel transportation needs going forward. Great service, UBC! read more

We have been using United Black Car for transfers between San Juan Capistrano and LAX for several years now. First with Anup (RIP) and now with Connor and Feroz. They are always on time and very helpful. Connor even threw in an extra stop on our last trip. Many of our flights out of LAX are very early in the morning, which requires a 3-4am pickup and they are still there on time with smiles on their faces. The driving is impeccable, the vehicles are new and clean and the ride comfortable. We cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

My brother was upset with me earlier for getting him flight with one-stop but after he got home he text me, "thanks for the ride, it was dope! Best part of my day." So thank you I've traveled a couple times through LAX where I had to use LAX-IT to ride home which I think is widely known to be the worst transportation service of all times. As stated the obvious, I want to tell you why LAX-IT is so bad and miserable: 1. Shuttle service is not reliable And by that I mean I had to walk to LAX-IT a couple times before catching an Uber 2. Time consuming 3. Due to price surges, you'd end up paying 2x more than what you paid to get to the airport. With all that being said, except this time my little brother was supposed to arrive at LAX and I didn't want him to have the miserable experience I experienced with LAX-It. After looking up a couple transportation services, I couldn't believe that I could've saved money and time when I needed a ride home by just reserving a private transportation service so I went ahead and reached out to a couple places on the day of my brother's arrival. Since it was just a couple hours before he'd arrive, most of these places didn't accept my request to send out a driver to him because it wasn't ahead of time (on average, transportation services require at least 24 hours before guest's arrival time). Eventually, I came across United Executive Transportation and a very nice man (I wish I had asked for his name, but was so stressed out about not finding a driver to get my brother that I forgot) answered the phone when I called. At this point I knew what to ask when I called these transportation services and that was 1. Do you have a driver for tonight at 9 pm (which was within just a couple of hours) and 2. How much would it cost from lax to irvine (which from experience, uber/Lyft charged me at least $200 from lax to Fullerton). So as long as there was a driver and it was less than $200 then I was good to book which I did with this service. All in all, I want to especially emphasize on how reliable they are! Thank you so much for making this ride easy for my brother. He was already upset with me for getting him a flight for him that had one-stop but after he got home he texted me and said "thanks for the ride, it was dope! Best part of my day." read more

My driver was punctual, kind & had great communication! Drove at a comfortably safe speed & was very professional. Thank you!

It was last minute to find ride from LAX to San Diego California. None was able to confirm the ride besides United executive transportation. The car was full of material that any riders any such water and newspapers. Thank you and keep the good work up. My pleasure read more

Canceled 5 mins before pickup for an international flight. Knobs! Would avoid using as this is the second time that the booking for a flight was canceled day of the flight. Knobs! I'm not from vegas. Excellent service, competitive pricing. We had a party of 23 plus luggage and Anup was able to accommodate us with a mini coach bus. It was clean and our drive Ernest was on time and helpful. Fantastic service! They were on time, round trip, and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Very reasonable prices and much more convenient than Uber or Lyft, especially while traveling with kids and a larger group! Highly recommend!!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Anup and his team! They recently assisted my team and I for 3 days during a business trip to Irvine. We had a team of 11-13 people needing transportation multiple days, several times each day. The logistics involved in our trip were also very complicated - different airport pick ups, different timing of transfers, evening transfers, unexpected and last minute transfers, etc. They were consistently on time, extremely courteous and professional and executed exactly what was asked of them. We had several vehicles involved - large suburbans and a Sprinter van and each one was impeccably clean and well kept. I would highly recommend Anup and his team of professionals to anyone looking for the utmost professional service. They really went above and beyond for us and we will use them each time we travel to Irvine. read more

Connor did a great job, I'm not going to lie the professionalism was imminent. Wow I was impressed!

Extremely impressed! I live in South OC and needed transportation to LAX both ways for a trip to Europe. The last thing anyone wants to do is drive to and from LAX on weekdays with jet lag. This company is top of the line. They call and confirm, and they show up on time. The cars are clean, and the drivers are professional. I highly recommend, and will be using this service going forward. read more

We used United Executive Transportation to transport our family of 5 to and from LAX from Anaheim for our summer vacation. Not only were their prices highly competitive, Andy was responsive, on time, and courteous. The Suburban was spotless and easily accomodated our family and 5 large bags as well. I highly recommend United Executive Transportation. read more

Another great find thanks to my fellow yelpers! Hubby and I were headed to Cabo and needed a ride to John Wayne. Although we could have easily turned to Uber, hubby had concerns of a stranger coming to the house. He felt more comfortable utilizing a business where you could easily track down the same person if there were issues. Celebrity style indeed when the car pulled up --- a beautiful, clean, brand new, black Chevy Suburban with limo tint. Anup himself picked us up and he was awesome! Personable, professional and most of all punctual which is so important when you're trying to make a flight out or on a returning flight and just want to get back home asap. The price was reasonable too. Hubby told me that from here on out, we won't be bumming rides off of family and friends...we'll be calling Anup! read more

Excellent Service! I have been using their services for the past 3 years, ever since I moved to California from Toronto and all I can say is that it is always a pleasure to ride with United Executive Transportation. Our group travels to Irvine for work and I needed a few SUV's for quick travel. I decided to try Anup's services based off the great reviews and we were not disappointed! Anup has to be one of the nicest people I have met. Aside from that: * He was on time * Easy to get a hold of * Flexible * Well priced * Professional * Knowledgeable in the area * Dependable SUV's were clean, well-stocked with water, and a comfortable temperature. We have used Anup's service 2 times so far and both experiences were excellent! I plan to continue using the service for SUV's, cars, and hopefully at our other office locations. I was most impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond. During our visit one of our people became very ill. Anup re-arrange his schedule so he was able to drive our sick employee to the emergency, assisted them in checking in, and even picked them up after and took them to the pharmacy before returning them to our office. This kind of service is becoming more rare and if I could give six stars I would. Thank you Anup for taking such great care of your passengers! read more

Anup is a very nice man. Punctual, professional, clean new vehicle. We felt we were VIP from beginning to the end. We used his services to the airport as well as our return trip. Will definitely use his services again over anyone else. He is locale too!!! read more

Great Service!!!! Very punctual !!! I had a vacation in Europe. The driver has been 30 minutes before scheduled time, he called me twice and confirmed that he is here. Drove me to LAX with no issue, so I got my flight in time. I asked them to pick up me at the LAX. The driver also has been in time and we got OC in 40 minutes as expected. It is very critical if you have long flight and tired. What I can say... I will highly recommend Anup to all my friend and will use them in future. They do perfect job! read more

Awesome service ! Followed up with me quickly. And was able to meet my request even at one days notice. Rolled up on time to the hotel and was very friendly. We rolled up to rancho las Lomas in two black suburbans. Basically looking like the secret service or fbi like we're about to raid the place. Very professional feeling. read more

As a returning customer, we still satisfied with the service. The driver comes earlier than agreed pick up times, but let us know that not to hurry if we are not ready. The first thing the driver did when we are aboard, is offered us bottle water. Very nice... Really recommend Anup and his service. read more

Excellent responding, exactly on time, and purely professional in every way. I needed and early morning commute to LAX and all went perfect. Thank you United Executive Transport read more

Not sure what's going on with these guys. Because I've used this company before, I proceeded to book even though when I booked online, no price was quoted at any time, including with the booking confirmation and automated emails. Had to call, and then found that the fares, already not cheap, increased 40% for the same destination I've booked with them not long ago. Gas prices are up, but they've also fallen a lot in the last 45 days, and I got far cheaper quotes from several other highly rated companies. I also was told they only have one vehicle now. The man I was talking to was just filling in, he said. None of this gave me warm fuzzies about the reliability that anyone seeking airport transfers wants first and foremost. With all that and the price jackup, I decided to book elsewhere and cancel my reservations with this company. Emailed them to advise of cancellation and requested a return email confirmation. No response. Giving 2 stars and being generous at that. read more

I'm so glad I reached out to UET to help me with transportation during my son's event! He was so helpful loading and unloading large items I needed to transport to the venue and made sure the car arrived clean. I must note that he was the only one to respond to me fast enough and I had reached out to a few other companies. I had special requests due to the large items and the need for a car seat for my son. He even offered to come back and retrieve additional items that I decided not to take due to the time crunch. Anup also waited a long time outside the venue while we were waiting for everything to be brought back down. I felt terrible about that, but he said no problem and to take my time. I really appreciated that so much. I usually find that the ones who respond to me quickly, end up offering the best competitive pricing and amazing service. Thank you, Anup! read more
