Always great. Used this service many times and always recommend to all of our friends. Top service

Consistent professional car service, though I wish the surcharge could be removed. Drivers seem all well qualified and professional, with clean vehicles. read more

Very nice clean cars, very nice helpful drivers, very nice helpful dispatch.very good safe drivers

They were on time, it was fast and easy for the driver to pick me up after my international flight, and the driver was very friendly and nice. The best part was I knew the total including tax and tip when I booked them. There were no hidden fees, and all services I called were the same price, except they did not include tax and tip. So the other services sounded cheaper, but when you see the breakdown they are all the same. read more

Great service. Easy to request transportation. Friendly and punctional driver. Much better than other services, personalized to you.

I requested a quote and received a reply in a timely manner. The quote however, included Gratuity. I contacted them and said we have never received great service when someone gets a full tip in advance. And it made it difficult to compare pricing since other quotes did not include tip. I did receive a call from Jeannine the manager, who left a message and explained it was family owned for 40 years. Many drivers have been there 20 years. They're reliable. I appreciated the call. But I can't see how someone can offer their Gratitude in advance. Doesn't make sense. So I went with another company. read more

My Name is Dan Zettler ZET_TEK INC. Anaheim C.A. We have used AGT extensively for maybe 30 years now. Always professional and courteous, on time, and super friendly. I never worry when AGT is on the job. read more

Mel was my driver and he was great! He came by early and got to LAX early (which I prefer). I'll be Usui g th again on my next trip.

Such service is unbelievable in today's world. Amtrak cancelled trip after arriving at station, AGT had their driver return to pick us up within 15 minutes! So grateful for such superior service. read more

I booked these guys after having a horrible experience with the new "LAXit" lot. I wasn't aware that uber/lyft no longer allows curbside pickup. You have to wait for the LAX bus to shuttle you to the rideshare lot. My family stood there for over an hour waiting for the bus to take us to the lot to reach my Uber. Never again!! Went home and found these guys. They are able to pick you up DIRECTLY at arrivals as long as you have a reservation. Time saver & saves me from getting an 'earful' from my wife. Highly recommended! read more

What a delight to work with. Advantage Ground Transportation is very organized and follows through with what they say they will do. They called me the day before we left for vacation to confirm our plans and then sent a text with after hours phone number, the name of our driver, the type of car, and the drivers cell number. Eli, our driver, was wonderful! He showed up about 10 minutes early, helped with our luggage, was very polite. He drove well. The Lincoln MKT was very clean and comfortable. He wore a mask. I felt extremely safe. On our way home we had the same awesome service. When they called I couldn't remember when our flight was suppose to land. They said not to worry, they would check. For a while it looked like we might arrive early, but I wasn't the least bit concerned. I was very confident that Advantage Ground Transportation would be checking our flight and be on time. When we arrived at John Wayne, we collected our luggage and proceeded to an outside numbered pillar to call Eli, but he was right there waiting for us. He again helped with our bags and we had an enjoyable and safe ride home. The price we paid was comparable or better than other companies and included the tip! No fuss to remember cash. It all went on the card. Super easy! When I need to book a car service again, Advantage Ground Transportation will be the one. Their contact information is in my phone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need a car service. read more

My family was leaving town for Thanksgiving and as new parents, we didn't realize that we wouldn't be taking the car seat with us on the flight! Good thing the thought came to us before we booked our ride. We looked around and found Advantage. The operator said they would hold on to our stuff for as long as needed. They came by to pick us up at my office and the van was nice and roomy. Our driver was very professional and friendly and we got to Long Beach Airport in no time at all AND they took care of our car seat. This was so hassle-free and convenient - we plan to use them exclusively for the foreseeable future. read more

Advantage Ground Transportation - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Advantage is my go-to company for LAX transportation from So. OC. I've used them for over 10 years for both domestic and international flights. They are always on time, the drivers are courteous and reservations are easy to make online. I always get a confirmation prior to the pick-up day along with an email. Anytime I've had a question the dispatchers have been happy to answer them. Their prices are better than other point to point services and competitive with the multi-stop services. I normally use the call for pickup option. I call them once I clear customs and immigration and they are there in 15 minutes or less. Once in 10 years I had to make multiple calls to dispatch to have the driver come pick me up, and I've used them at least 20 times or more so over the years. read more

Best company I've used for the past 20+ years.. Reliable , clean cars, amazing drivers Thank you for great service read more

Randomly found them on Yelp. Simple review. -Reservation was easy to make. Called and done. -Price was cheaper than Uber and Lyft for the time I needed. Surge prices are stupid. -Picked me up from LAX to OC. Was ON TIME and waiting for me. -The car was nice and clean. -Guy was cool too. I talked to the guy and he said they try to show the difference in their service and cars because they're a professional business and try to stand out. Will definitely call on them again when I head out next month. Thanks. read more

Advantage Ground Transportation - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

We have used Advantage Shuttle for the past 20 years to and from LAX. They are always very professional, prompt and totally reliable. We have also used their services to pick up international visitors and their drivers have gone above and beyond to help find some lost passengers. We would also like to commend Bonnie in the dispatch department, who was amazingly helpful, calm and innovative in helping us. Thank you so. I have for your services. read more

Since our first trip with Advantage Ground Transportation, we have used them several more times, and the service continues to be completely on point. We found a favorite driver (Mel), who we now always request. Outstanding service happens from the first call to set up the reservation, the call to let them know we're ready for pickup at the airport (the wait is, at the most, ten minutes), to our relaxing drive home--even in traffic. It's the best way to get to and from the airport or special event. read more

We have used these guys many times. Mostly for LAX service, but for friends going to LA for weekend night life. It's great to have them as the designated driver. Their web site makes booking and paying for the trip easy. They faithfully confirm quickly. The cars are new Vans, Town cars, SUVs based on your request. We have been upgraded at no cost to a town car on several occasions. The drivers are always on time, courteous, professional. We have never been late. NOTE: a twenty percent gratuity is included in the charge. They will e-mail you your receipts as needed. Reliable and professional! read more

Beware. I fully understand things happen but, as I got off my flight and was headed towards baggage claim in comes a phone message. "We have had a problem with your driver...you will have to take a taxi." Really??? On a Friday rushhour??? Apparently there is no guarentee for the client. Truly a disappointing customer service experience. Use this device with extreme caution!!! read more

This company and their drivers are phenomenal. They are always on-time, professional, great cars. The customer service from the office is exceptional. Highly recommend. read more

I have used Advantage well over 100 times over a period of 30 years - back to a time when they owned their own vans. In all that time, they have never been late and have always provided courteous, professional service. My friend has used them closer to 200 times and would agree. The cost is reasonable and very competitive considering the level of service they provide.. read more

We have used this service numerous times to and from LAX and we have never been disappointed. Prices are competitive, the drivers are nice, professional, not crazy and will usually stop into a McDonald's so we can get a diet coke after a long trip home. Worth every cent! read more

I've been pleased with the service in the past, but given that my company is paying them $200+ roundtrip to drop me off at lax (approx 20-25 miles), I'd expect as such. My gripe with this company are as follows: 1. At least 3 of 5 times, they've arrived an HOUR earlier than the reservation time. There is such a thing as being too early, especially when you have a 7am flight on a Sunday. They've literally woken me up from my sleep, and I seriously didn't see the point of leaving that much earlier on a traffic free Sunday. I ended up waiting at the airport 2 hours at the damned gate for a domestic flight because of them. Make sure that you tell them to wait outside and not ring the bell for your reservations. 2. I waited 30 minutes once at lax (on a non-busy 10pm weekend) for my pickup. I don't know where the hell he was but I expected prompt service for the amount paid. He didn't even know where I lived and relied on me to give him turn by turn directions. I would not have paid tip for that type of service in which my company automatically tacks on. If you run a small business and work with this company, beware of this as a way for them to make that extra guaranteed tips. 3. Poor customer service on weekends. I don't know who it is, but the lady on the line that answers calls is always incredibly rude. This time was the last straw for me. I had a really rough day - I missed my flight at the last minute which has never happened to me in my life. I was literally running to my gate in which they referred me to take another flight... The caveat is, I have to be there within 3 minutes and it's across the terminal (a 10 minute walk). So I ran, drenched in sweat, and didn't make it. But by some grace of God, the customer service was able to get me in still after the gates had closed. I ran in, got to my seat, and we were taking off - cell phones off. Obviously, I didn't get the chance to call Advantage and ask for a reschedule of my original reservation given the new flight. I figured I'd just cancel if they can't and pay any incurred charges as necessary. I arrive and immediately call about my reservation to see the next course of action and I get CHASTISED for not letting then know earlier about my flight change. She sounded really defensive and repetitively said that I should have told them about the change - "You should have told us if you're going to be changing flights. WHY didn't you tell us? YOU need to be calling us." Seriously?? People don't change flights? Accidents don't happen? I thought I was talking to my over-emotional and unreasonable mother. For the record, I never demanded anything in my call - it was meant to inquire on my options. They didn't have any drivers available as I had expected but I was just really surprised by the demeaning customer service. There was not once that I got mad at them for not being able to provide another driver, knowing that it was a last minute change. We hang up, and deciding after picking up my luggage whether to cab it home or have a friend pick me up, I called in again to ask a simple question if the cancellation was still being charged. I honestly don't care if it were because it would be something I assume my Company has negotiated with them. But if they do, I wouldn't be able to get reimbursed for a cab ride home, so I needed to know for practical purposes. So you can tell, it was meant to be a simple inquiry, in which I received the repeated response "I'm not at liberty to give you an answer," in a condescending tone. She kept cutting me off and repeated that it depended on the manager's review of her report on what happened. Isn't there a company cancellation policy on such things? I was shocked that my Fortune 100 Company was using such unprofessional services. If they had a policy, they need to train their staff so they know. If they don't, then they should get one or they'd be subject to lawsuits. Anyway, I didn't mind the response as much as the tone and another chance for her to chastise me in changing my flights without notice. She in no way was helpful to my situation and insisted that I was at fault for changing my reservation at the last moment. I truly don't care and never cared / asked whose fault it was, and never implied that Advantage was at fault in any way. This lady had some serious insecurity issues, and this company needs to retrain its staff in customer service 101. It's ridiculous to blame the customer, repetitively at that. This company needs a serious reality check. Because of the poor experiences I've had and particularly the rude customer service being the last straw, I'm going to avoid using this company as an option. My company uses this, the super shuttle, or the cab, as options for transport and I'll for sure be using the cab from now on. read more

I first used Advantage Ground Transportation over 10 years ago. There's something to be said about drivers who drive as a profession and won't get lost or miss their exit by following an electronic uber map. Uber was cool for a minute, but I've switched back to and haven't looked back. Inclusive in their name, they really are and overall advantage and even cheaper than uber and lyft, especially during peak hours. They show up on time and deliver a great experience. 5+ stars for them. read more

I've been using Advantage Ground Transportation for about five years, maybe more, and on my way back from LAX last night I decided I had to write a reveiw about how happy I've been with this choice. Plus, they always give me a reservation, even when I call at the very last minute, which is more than I can say for others. read more

This review is only about the reservation line phone attendant. I hope the company sees this message and works with their staff on customer service skills. Trying to book a reservation for my boss and the person that answered seemed to be having a really bad day. Horribly short on the phone, made me feel stupid for asking some basic questions. Didn't realize it was not common for someone to ask about the cost. Very curt and unpleasant - if i had time to do some research and book through another company, i would have based on this interaction. Let's hope the actual transportation service is not as bad as this experience was. read more

If you want stress free, reliable, professional and courteous service for ground transportation, I highly recommend this company. This was a recommendation from our travel agent (thank you Richard!) and we couldn't have been more happier. We were picked up from our home and driven to LAX right on time. On our return trip, the pick up at the airport was a breeze after waiting for less than 10 minutes at the curb. It was such a relaxing way to come home from a trip and not have to hassle with parking or driving. We will definitely use this company again!!! read more

I was cleaning out my business cards and ran across AGTC's, which made me think of good thoughts. Love their service. After a miserable flight diverted from Orange county to LAX with no bus service offered, Advantage came to the rescue. I told them the (incorrect) arrival time and flight number (flight number was changed, arrival time delayed 2 hours, airline gave wrong information), yet they were there waiting for our group of 7 that arrived at 230 am, over 2 hours late and with a different flight number. I can't say enough good about them following through and being there for us as we were weary and angry travelers at that point and we were picked up with a smile and no hesitation about the delay and delivered home to orange county quickly. Thank you! read more

I'm glad I found Advantage- I always get a professional driver and service has been stellar. Advantage provided excellent car service for my recent cross country trip. I was picked up in Newport Beach right on time by Wagner for my LAX departure and then again by Darren upon my return from Boston. Wagner & Darren were polite, affable, professional, respectful - really great guys. The vehicles were quite confortable, as well - I rode in one of their minivans to LAX, and a Lincoln Town Car back home. The price was quite reasonable, as well. I recommend Advantage highly, and apparently a lot of my neighbors love using them, too, because I see them in my condo community often. Bob (in Newport Beach) read more

We have used Advantage Ground Transportation for years going to LAX and back and every trip has been seamless. Reservations are easy to make and confirmation comes quickly.
