There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! They refused to stay at the venue, leaving us at the event from 12:30- 8:45 without access to the bus. We had students who have serious medical conditions and we booked a charter bus so they had access to a bathroom rather than porta potties. We needed a place to keep medicine cold. Your driver Jack refused. He told me personally, "I don't want to stay there. What am I supposed to do there all day?" He also said, "What am I supposed to do for dinner if I'm there?" I offered to go buy him dinner. In fact I paid for him to have dinner at the buffet on Friday! I ended up spending another $300 to get your drivers another hotel room even though they were NOT over their time limits. We had girls who had to change their clothes out in public. Jack said, "they can change inside the porta potties." The kids' belongings were our in the parking lot all day. We paid for a charter bus but didn't have access to it. The driver told our hotel if they couldn't find him a room for the afternoon, he was going to leave our group in Nevada and drive back to California, leaving over 100 kids and their chaperones stranded out of state. Our hotel manager was shocked and reported this to me. We tried our best to find compromises, including just having one bus at the venue, but he refused. I spoke with your dispatcher Robin and was also treated rudely. I requested twice that the supervisor call me, but she never did. Never, ever, ever use this company. I'll be sure that our district never uses your company in the future.

He was also very patient with those of us with physical ability challenges. We arrived in Long Beach for our Harbor tour and had a wonderful time. I contacted him by phone and he ws punctual in returning to pick us up to drive us to our lunch destination where we continued in our festivities. In spite of the bus having mechanical issues, which delayed our final pickup, Raphael was clearly frustrated and apologetic. He was genuine and sincere, and our group of seniors understood that things sometimes happen that are beyond our control.
