Our confirmation did not specify the pickup platform or state that we had to arrive a certain amount of time early, and they did not provide any sort of access to terms and conditions. We paid $205 for a service we never received. To make matters worse, agents Janet and Arturo were extremely negligent and rude when we tried to resolve the issue and hung up on me instead of helping. I planned the trip from my house using Metro to Riverside then off to Vegas baby. At this point, your thinking; uhh, do you know you are rating Greyhound Bus lines? Well, here is what happened, I did not reserve my seat until the day of and you guessed it, by that time MegaBus was sold out. So I needed to find an alternative and I had heard about BoltBus, a Greyhound subsidiary. Unfortunately, there were no Bolt Buses leaving in the time frame I needed so I looked up Greyhound. Greyhound service was twice that of BoltBus and MegaBus. On top of that, I could only catch Boltbus in Union Station and I had no desire to go to LA although I would still like to try the service one day. So I have to go to San Bernardino to catch this regular bus, although it did have hook ups and WiFi [again, very very slow]. I am a big guy and my ass was sitting on the seat belt buckle for four and a half hours. I had to squeeze into the little guy sitting next to me. Although from his reaction, he looked like he was cold and I am a big heater [just sayin]. I think it will take a week to forget the pain my ass is in. I still feel the belt buckle latch!!!! We got off to a bad start because we were waiting on another bus to bring 5 more people. We ended up leaving an hour late. We skipped our stop in Barstow so we were only 15 or 20 minutes late to Vegas. Next time I will wait for the next MegaBus or Bolt bus and I WILL PRE-ORDER MY TICKETS WITH PLENTY OF TIME! Wan't super bad for a short trip but I don't think I could handle more that 4 hours on this bus.

I called Greyhound and asked them nicely and I explained to them the situation. They said it's gonna be a $373 cancellation fee and I told them can I push the date maybe I'm not sure when they could be done there's a ongoing investigation ,I'm not sure.... they said it would be an extra hundred dollars plus a cancellation fee of $373. I wouldn't recommend this place at all no compassion no empathy not even understanding. Nobody spoke good English and I was hung up on the first time I called.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience…read more We hired this charter bus company to transport approximately 110 youth soccer players to a soccer camp. We paid $6,524 for the transportation, and the company canceled on us the day before the scheduled trip, leaving our nonprofit organization scrambling at the last minute to find alternative transportation for more than 100 kids. What has made the situation even worse is the lack of communication afterward. We have repeatedly tried contacting Robert, the person we had been dealing with, regarding the money we paid and the cancellation. Instead of addressing the situation directly, our calls have gone unanswered, and when we have called from different numbers, we have reportedly been given different names. This is not how a professional transportation company should conduct business, especially when dealing with a nonprofit organization and the transportation of children. We paid a substantial amount of money in good faith and expected the transportation we contracted and paid for. Canceling one day before the event caused significant stress, additional expenses, and disruption for our organization and the families counting on us. We are asking for accountability and a resolution regarding the $6,524 payment. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get everything in writing, confirm the reservation well in advance, and make sure you understand exactly what happens if the company cancels.

I can not tell you how efficient this company was. First they accomidated 5 schedule changes over a 24 hour period. They even gave my students ice cold water on the bus which they did not charge us for. Lastly, Courtney helped us with a school discount. The bus was imaculent and the air conditioning ice cold. I am a instructor for a small nursing school who could not pay for this experience for my students so I had to foot the bill. The driver was nice, he was the same one from my first Megabus experience to San Jose! Anyways, I thought he'd stop at Barstow like the last driver but this was not the case. Not a big deal but good to note for future trips. Bus driver may or may not stop so grab some coffee or snacks ahead of time! This time I noticed there was a sign right as we exited the bus in Vegas that had instructions as to what to do to take the buses to the strip. The bus we took ($6 per person) dropped us off in front of Paris Hotel and we were staying at Flamingo so we had to walk a bit with our luggage. Personally I think I'll try to flag down a cab in the future but my friends didn't seem to mind doing that. On the way back, the driver stopped at Barstow but on the other side so we had an option of eating at Subway or grabbing snacks at the gas station. There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip.
