DO NOT USE THEM! I would give this company 0 star if that was an option. I had a horrible experience with Ultimate Limo. The AC in our limo was broken and it was over 120 degrees inside the cabin. It was literally blowing hot air instead of cold. We told the driver several times and he kept saying that we weren't turning it on correctly -- ok? Like we're supposed to know how to troubleshoot their limo? 1 star off for ignoring our complaints mid ride. Anyways, he eventually pulled over and confirmed it was broken after he tried to turn it on himself. I'm not sure why they didn't even check the inside of the cabin prior to picking us up. I've taken limos several times in the past and it is always nice and cool the minute you step in. Not with Ultimate Limo! They want you to bake in there apparently. 1 star off for failure to check that their limo was working properly before picking passengers up. What boggles me was that they also knew we had 2 infants and 4 toddlers on this ride and they somehow felt that this was acceptable. Our babies were drenched from sweat in the heat and we were like that for nearly an hour. I legit felt like I was going to pass out. It was completely unsafe, but we literally had no choice in that moment cuz we were heading to the airport. 1 star off for putting their passengers (esp the children) in danger. You might think you've heard enough, but no.. it gets worse. After our trip, we tried to contact Ultimate Limo to let them know of our experience. By no means did we expect a refund of any kind, but it was such a negligence on their part that we felt we had to give the feedback. Instead of doing the minimum of apologizing for our experience, Andy (THE FREAKIN' OWNER) was incredibly rude and nasty to us. He yelled and told us we should have used a different company -- like what the actual f*k? HIS words, NOT MINE people. I honestly can't believe how these people stay their business with that mentality. Just returned from a trip in Palm Springs and wanted to leave this review as I just got off the phone with Andy after being yelled at by him, but in his words, it was "just raised voices" We had a trip of 9 adults and 6 kids, all under 5. The trip from airport to Airbnb was without issues. Erik, our driver, was accommodating and nice to talk to. On the trip back from the Airbnb to airport, we jumped on the bus expecting the AC to just work. It wasn't working. We pulled over 5 minutes into the trip to see if Erik can help fix the ac. He called someone and tried to get it fixed but it was still blowing hot air so the fix was unsuccessful. Since our flight was coming up, we had NO CHOICE but to go. The weather on that day was 90 degrees F, so it was quite hot back there. Adults handled it fine, but the kids were sweating profusely. Halfway into the trip. We instructed the kids to sit near the divider because Erik blew the AC from the main cabin to our sitting area. We made it to the airport fine, we tipped Erik extra even though it's already included in the price. I email and call them to let them know about the AC unit and see if he's willing to just offer some sort of small and "good-grace" type of discount. He essentially said that his AC guy checked it out and it's working so he can't do anything. I told him to reference Erik to confirm that it wasn't working for us, since it seemed like he didn't think it wasn't functioning properly. Instead of offering a good grace discount, he doubled down and said that no partial refund will be given. He continued to talk over me and wouldn't let me talk, providing the worst customer service ever. He was essentially yelling at me, but when I asked why he's yelling, he said his voice is raised and we would know if he was shouting. He then said that we had the choice to pick another company if the AC is working, but since we took the ride, that's on us. Are you kidding me? We hired this company to provide a certain level of satisfaction and expectation, and even if the AC worked now but not then, it doesn't mean that we were lying about anything. Our experience was still what it was. On the phone he puts words in my mouth, saying no matter what he did we would be unhappy, which is untrue. This was his chance to think of something to make things right, it doesn't have to be a huge discount but just something for our 40 minute hot car ride. At this point my patience has run out with him. He threatens to hang up on me, all while yelling whatever it was that he's yelling about. I come to find out he's the owner of this company. What a great person to lead this company, wouldn't you say? Stay away. A person that lacks customer service skills should not lead a company that deals with...customers. read more

We used Ultimate Limo for a bachelorette bar hop in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. The 14 passenger Sprinter Van was great and super comfortable for 14 people. The overall experience was very good however my disappointment was in the driver Eric. While I appreciated him driving quickly to get from point A to point B in the shortest amount of time, it seemed at times he was trying to drive a little aggressive on purpose. The real dissatisfaction came at the end of the night when he told us we had to remove all the trash of the non alcoholic and alcoholic seltzers we brought on the van. He told us if we did not remove everything we brought on, we would be fined $300. Without a trash bag or trash can we had to throw everything on the ground and carry it by hand as we left. I asked at least twice before boarding if we were allowed to bring our own drinks and was told "absolutely not a problem!" No one mentioned we would be responsible for taking all the trash off the van. If this were the case, we would have brought a trash bag or the company could supply one. Unfortunately, I looked at my contract the next day and it read we would be charged $300 for any food mess left in the vehicle. We had no food and only empty cans. The driver unfortunately lied and used us to complete the job he was being paid for. We were willing to overlook his crabby attitude all evening but when this was how we ended our night, we felt he didn't deserve the extra tip we planned on giving him. read more

Do not use this company if you're looking for a party bus. We booked to have our group picked up from a festival. The first night we got to our pick up location and the bus wasn't there. The driver called me 15 minutes after our scheduled pick up time saying they can't get to the ride share lot because of road closures. Mind you there was another party bus there and a bunch of cars coming in and out of that lot Ubers, lyfts, regular cars picking their friends up. Certain streets were closed but there was many that were open and the GPS shows what way to go around the road closures. I know this because the driver sent me their location and I reverse mapped it and it showed the road closures and what way to take instead which is something you would think the company would prepare for knowing the festival would have traffic and road closures. We proceeded to wait another 45 minutes and our driver finally called us and said we would have to walk to them. We walked another 15 minutes to get to the bus and finally were on our way home at 3:30 am when our pick up time was 2:30. The next day I called to explain the situation and change the pick up spot and the man I spoke to on the phone immediately became defensive and started interrupting me saying I don't know what I'm talking about and they have done this festival a million times and never had an issue. Obviously that was a lie because the drivers had no idea what they were doing. The next day with the changed pick up spot we arrive a little early so we didn't mind waiting and once again the driver was late. Saying he was stuck in traffic and that the roads were closed, one single road was closed in that area and it was just to turn right on to that street. I literally had to walk the driver through how to get to our pickup location and also sent a picture with diagrams on what roads to take to get to us. Literally doing their job for them. We finally got picked up almost 40 minutes late once again. You would think after the issue with the day before they would better prepare for the next day and make a point of being on time. The bus was also supposed to have water and soda, which it did but it had 5 bottles of water for a 20 passenger bus, but at that point I wasn't surprised. Overall for the price we paid and the service we received, as well as the horrible customer service and unprofessionalism I would not recommend this company to anyone. A big huge joke of a business and the person running it is an even bigger joke. No wonder they have 3 stars on google. I should have known. read more
