Lars (and Mauro and the rest of your team), Thanks for providing transportation services for our 16 golfers as well as airport transfers last week in Palm Springs. Your service was excellent! Your vehicles (Two Big Suburbans and a Cadillac) were modern and clean and comfortable and easily took care of all of us and our bags. You were always on time - early in fact. When we had some changes due to finishing some rounds of golf early you also accommodated that on short notice. Your communication was excellent and we always knew where and when to be at the pickup points. In addition, your personal friendliness as well as that of your team was greatly appreciated. We felt like we were riding with a friend. I know that all of us would reach out to you if we have transportation needs in your area and we would recommend your services to all. Thanks again. A Transportation Service drove me from Yorba Linda to Idyllwild for a much needed vacation and to attend performances at Idyllwild Arts where my grandson was performing. My trip was beyond expectations re the superior service which included sensitivity and attention to my needs (I am 81 years old) in travel and at the hotel during arrival and then departure for return home. No one could be more professional in caring or more intelligent as to every aspect of this trip. His driving, on freeway as well as mountains was superior and I felt completely safe. Lars Thane, my hat is off to you and I look forward to my next car trip wherein you provide the transportation which in reality gave me two vacations in one. Eleanor Tavris read more

I found A Transportation Services via a google search. I was scouting out limo services for a company event. I contacted several companies but Lars at A Transportation Services was the most courteous on the phone. Even though, their rate fell in the middle of the others I had researched, I felt it would be best to go with someone that actually sounded like they cared on the phone. Additionally, I managed most of my requests via e-mail. I will say, I never had to wait long for a response. Everything was very detailed from the start and easy to handle. I would definitely recommend A Transportation Services to anyone that is visiting the Palm Springs area. Awesome customer service all the way around! read more

Imagine trying to get a bunch of doctors from the Desert Mariott out to dinner. Pretty much like herding cats. Luckily, the Concierge knows Lars and Co at A Transportation Service. Talk about flawless! These guys didn't flinch or miss a beat. The equipment (Cool Black Chevy Suburbans) is awesome!. Totally clean and professional. We're not talking about old Lincoln Town Cars here. This is first class. Give them a time - they're 10 minutes early. If you tell them on-time is fine - they're 10 minutes early. This particular event went late night. No problem. It doesn't get better than these guys in the desert. You can try a few beater cab rides..... then call ATS. read more

I'm writing to offer praise to Lars for the great service provided to me and my young sons on a recent trip to Palm Springs. Tarpon at the Omni Las Palmas connected us to Lars when I needed a ride to the airport. My sons needed booster seats, and Tarpon knew just who to call. Lars was punctual, courteous, and engaging to me and the boys. The vehicle was more than comfortable and was in outstanding condition. I also felt like the price offered to us was extremely reasonable for the quality and level of service. ATS provided an excellent experience for all three of us. We hope we can ride with them again on our next visit. read more

My experience with A Transportation Service was outstanding. I reached out to book transportation for a 60 person exclusive event during a high priority conference. Marci immediately told me that she would make it work and it would be no issue. She was fantastic throughout the whole process and it was a huge help having her guide me through the process. Lars and two other drivers picked us up and got us to and from our destination quickly and safely. I had some great conversations with Lars and I appreciated all of his help in getting us to and from our destination as efficiently as possible. Thanks for the great experience! read more

Recently my husband and I flew into Palm Springs We had our neighbors recommend A Transportation Service, so we decided to give them a try. They called and offered complimentary meet and greet assistance inside the airport with our suitcases, and even had two bottles of water waiting for us as we walked into the main terminal area We were impressed with their attention to detail. The driver was well mannered & provided great services. The SUV was spotless We would definitely recommend A Transportation Service To anyone looking for private black car service. read more

My company recently had a meeting in Palm Desert with a number of our clients and we chose A Transportation Service for our transportation needs. Sharon from APS was extremely efficient and so nice to work with. We had close to 40 pick ups scheduled over 3-4 days and APS was at the designated pick up spot every single time. Our clients also commented on how nice the drivers were and the nice cars they rode in. We will use APS for our next event and I recommend you give them a try as well. You'll be glad you did. read more

Traveling is always a stressful (not to mention expensive) ordeal so I decided to spare myself the anxiety and book my first transportation service, A Transportation. I had a very pleasant experience with this company, not only did my driver, Lars, personally call to confirm my reservation, he also stopped at a Starbucks to allow me to pick up something to eat on the way to my hotel. Overall a very organized transportation service with impeccable customer service. Next time I'm in California, I'll know who to book. read more

My husband was going on a business trip to Palm Springs, so I arranged private car service through A Transportation Service. I found them on YELP, but I also called the hotel where he was staying for his meetings just to be sure, and the Concierge desk also recommended the same company. The driver was very professional, met my husband inside the greeting lobby of the airport with a printed sign, and the car was immaculate. Excellent service. Please try this company. read more

Can't say enough good things about this company! Whether it is last minute, or pre-planned they are always professional and courteous. Have used them several times and each time was a delight. No hassle, no fuss. And especially no "hidden" fees like other companies in town. What you are quoted is exactly what you get charged. Will continue to use them when we have special events, or even just a night out on the town. Two thumbs up - definitely! read more

Exceptional service! We ordered a 6 person limo but was surprised with a 10 person one! Driver was awesome, professional and on time. He knew the hookups at the clubs and where everything was. Limo was awesome inside. They called us the next day to see how we were and told us what they were charging before they actually charged the card. I would use them anyday over anyone else! Thanks for the awesome birthday you delivered. read more
