When I explained to them I needed a strong person to lift my husband into the Escalade he is in a wheelchair. I was assured the driver had experience with this. Fantastic service from beginning to end! I booked months in advance with Ace Transportation for a VIP concert experience at the Acrisure Arena. The booking process was easy; the quote was transparent - even including tip; and the couple of times I had to make changes to the pickup and time, the response was instantaneous. (One time I even got a reply and confirmation about my change early in the morning.) The day of the event, the driver (Gio) arrived at my hotel early, was very friendly and professional. He didn't get flustered when we drove around the venue twice to find the VIP entrance. And during the crowd of people and vehicles at the end of the show, Gio found us in the crowd to escort us to the proper black SUV. When our rental car broke down on the Palms To Pines Highway (Hwy 74), 20 miles out into the desert from the Palm Springs area, we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. AAA was unable to get the rental car working, and so we started calling cab companies to try to find a ride for our family. None of them would come out to get us, because we were too far out of the city, and it was getting late (8pm). Ace Transportation came through for us, however, and they had a car out there to pick us up in less than an hour. The dispatcher on the phone was thorough with taking down the tricky directions of how to find us, and the driver, Luis, was kind and professional. We flew into Palm Springs from Washington, DC (via Salt Lake City). It was a long day, lots of flying, "Perils of Pauline" making the plane change at SLC. We got into Palm Springs at about 9:30 PST (12:30 AM body time). We had made a reservation with ACE Transportation. Our driver was Luis who met us at the security exit. We had arranged for a wheelchair - the wheelchair driver and Luis arranged for where he would meet us (and our heavy luggage) outside the terminal. Luis is a retired real estate agent who was pleasant, helpful, drove a wonderful Mercedes SUV and made the end of a very long day more than a pleasure.
