We hire ACE Transportation to shuttle our wedding guests from our timeshare resort to our ceremony, reception and home. The owner was very patience with our during the planning stages and came through with flying colors. The Sprinters were gorgeous, had good AC and very timely. Thank you again for helping to make our wedding go very smoothly. read more

I've used this car service twice in the last three months, and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. The owner is incredibly lovely, attentive, and truly committed to making sure every ride is the best experience possible. We booked them for two long-distance drives and full-day reservations during busy, high-traffic events, and they handled everything seamlessly. Scheduling was simple, communication was clear and timely, and the professionalism was unmatched. Their vehicles are clean, large, and spacious--giving the entire ride a high-end, comfortable feel that's absolutely worth the price. I'm so grateful to have found a service I can trust. We will definitely continue using them often in the future! read more

This company did an excellent job communicating and being transparent with cost. The car was great and driver was friendly, reliable and provided us with waters. We gave the driver our itinerary and we were able to have fun carefree the whole time! read more

When I explained to them I needed a strong person to lift my husband into the Escalade he is in a wheelchair. I was assured the driver had experience with this. When the driver arrived he stated he had done this before. My husband landed on the floor and we even tried to help. We ended up leaving my husband at home. Very disappointed! read more

Fantastic service from beginning to end! I booked months in advance with Ace Transportation for a VIP concert experience at the Acrisure Arena. The booking process was easy; the quote was transparent - even including tip; and the couple of times I had to make changes to the pickup and time, the response was instantaneous. (One time I even got a reply and confirmation about my change early in the morning.) The day of the event, the driver (Gio) arrived at my hotel early, was very friendly and professional. He didn't get flustered when we drove around the venue twice to find the VIP entrance. And during the crowd of people and vehicles at the end of the show, Gio found us in the crowd to escort us to the proper black SUV. I will certainly consider using Ace Transportation the next time I visit Palm Desert/Palm Springs! read more

Extremely professional. Excellent service. From booking to end drop off . Thoroughly recommended! 10/10 .

24/7 service from real transportation professionals. When our rental car broke down on the Palms To Pines Highway (Hwy 74), 20 miles out into the desert from the Palm Springs area, we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. AAA was unable to get the rental car working, and so we started calling cab companies to try to find a ride for our family. None of them would come out to get us, because we were too far out of the city, and it was getting late (8pm). Ace Transportation came through for us, however, and they had a car out there to pick us up in less than an hour. The dispatcher on the phone was thorough with taking down the tricky directions of how to find us, and the driver, Luis, was kind and professional. I'm saving Ace Transportation in my contacts list, because when you need reliable transport help, they are the ones to call. read more

We flew into Palm Springs from Washington, DC (via Salt Lake City). It was a long day, lots of flying, "Perils of Pauline" making the plane change at SLC. We got into Palm Springs at about 9:30 PST (12:30 AM body time). We had made a reservation with ACE Transportation. Our driver was Luis who met us at the security exit. We had arranged for a wheelchair - the wheelchair driver and Luis arranged for where he would meet us (and our heavy luggage) outside the terminal. Luis is a retired real estate agent who was pleasant, helpful, drove a wonderful Mercedes SUV and made the end of a very long day more than a pleasure. I will not look any further for a transport company than ACE for my future travels to The Desert. read more

On a whim, I decided that it would be a smart move to take a car service to a party in PD. I found Ace on Yelp and Candace couldn't have been more delightful as we booked a gorgeous new Escalade and had Richard ferry the 4 of us up and back. It was a hoot being able to cocktail as we arrived up and back safely. Ace's rates are reasonable and we will definitely use their services in the future. read more
