TRYPPS is a phenomenal business. I sincerely think I have never had faster service. I am so impressed. I called Mike and I had my delivery within the hour. He is the owner and he literally dropped what he was doing to go get what I needed. I even texted Mike back later because I had a question about my receipt, and his responses were instant. It was late in the evening, and he was still working, and again his responses were prompt. I let him know how much I appreciated his customer service and that employees who can meet and even EXCEED the clients expectations these days are a dying breed. He literally did everything that he said he was going to do; again, a rarity in this day and age. Mike has the latest technology up-to-date and handles all of the business swiftly. I literally could not have asked for anything more today. If you need an excellent local courier, TRYPPS is your company. read more

I am happy to provide a 5-star review for Mike, the driver, and TRYPPS. It seems the ~40 5-star reviews stand out for a reason. Mike delivers honest and straight forward pricing, is an expert on the Palm Springs area, and seems to make the impossible, possible. It's an experience worth paying for. read more

Mike provides excellent service an always responds to my phone calls! I travel frequently and use TRYPPs to get to and from the airport. He is understanding and helpful when my flight is delayed and I need to change the time. I have never been stranded at the airport and highly recommend this company. read more

I work with an independent school out of the Bay Area, and each year our MS students go on an expedition, 6th graders go to Joshua Tree. Last year we were in need of a bus company to bring us out to our campsite and back, 5 days later. We were traveling with about 40 people total, for reference. The trip out was fine, we were picked up at the airport on time and driven out to our site. Bus driver had great energy, very friendly with kids, etc. 5 days later and we are all waiting for the bus, we had given our selves a nice time buffer to get all of the kids from JT and through airport security on time. We waited for over three hours only to be told that the bus driver had forgotten to pick the kids up! This was a worst case scenario, just to be clear. there were about 35 young middle schoolers waiting in the desert, with no water, for hours. It was a logistical nightmare, and the only silver lining is that eventually I was able to work with a dispatcher from TRYPPS to get another driver to drive from LA to come pick the kids up. We missed our flights, obviously, and ended up being out of pocket for over $5,000 in extra expenses after rebooking fees, lodging, and food was accounted for. This was a major screw up on TRYPPS part, so I was hopeful that they would do the right thing and reimburse us. (they didn't) After a lot of back and forth and the owner, Michael, gaslighting us about how it was technically a mechanical error (it wasn't, and we received no proof of this) and so it wasn't their fault, he eventually agreed to reimburse us the amount for the second part of the trip. I've waited for OVER 6 MONTHS for Michael to make good on his word, all the while talking to him on the phone for multiple hours trying to "see his side of it." As of two weeks ago he told me he would begin paying us back, and now he just won't pick up calls or respond to texts, incredible! Long story short: this company is poorly managed and the owner is dishonest and manipulative. If you have any other options - book with another company, i couldn't recommend them less. read more

Trypps is a professional transportation business with a big heart. I have had the pleasure of using this service 3 times. Once as an executive car service during a corporate event. Once as a party bus in Joshua Tree and most recently, a round trip from Rancho Mirage to LAX. Mike the Driver and owner, arrived early, took care of settling us in, made sure we were comfortable and got us to the airport on time, and made sure we were taken care of at the airport. On the return trip, all of the above was true. But most importantly, we never needed to worry if Mike would be there. If you've used car services for airport pickup, you know that airplanes, cues, and customs are not predictable and timing is not precise. We kept in touch with Mike and he was where we needed him, when we finally cleared. I have referred Trypps many times, most recently as a cross country driver to deliver a car and family pet after a death in the family and as a driver for our Granddaughter-to- be's bachelorette party. Trypps offers great, personalized concierge service. Definitely use them as your one and only. read more

Michael Tellz provides excellent customer service. He also cares about customers' needs and helps others with business. He has wisdom, no matter what! He took 11 passengers, including me, to Temecula Valley Winery on June 29, 2024. It was the best time ever to go with a great business group, get to know each other, and share information about the business. Going to the winery is the best ever; it is one of my favorites!! Thank you, Michael, for everything, and same for Mario Hernandez of Desert United and Mario's TileCare!! read more

Mike took us out on tour of Joshua national park. It was amazing! He knew all the good places.

Michael was an awesome tour guide for our trip to Joshua Tree on New Year's Eve. His van comfortably accommodate our large group of 13, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and he took a really cool video collage of several photos taken. He even offered to take us to the Joshua Tree Saloon and extend our time together. I would highly recommend him if you are in the area and are in need of a tour guide. 5-star guy! read more

Our family group of 11 took a trip from Palm Springs to Lancaster. The bus was clean and Monica, our driver, was prompt and professional. She was flexible with our stops and helped make our day trip an enjoyable one. We are currently working through some rate issues as the limo was undergoing maintenance, but Michael said he will reach out to make it right soon. Overall, a great experience. read more

I have only wonderful things to say about Trypps. I live in Los Angeles and needed a delivery service in Palm Desert to pick up some food at Sherman's Deli and to stop at a supermarket and get a few items for my sick friend. Michael returned my call within 30 minutes, picked up and delivered everything to my friend's doorstep all in the timeframe I asked for. He is honest, fair, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Michael, if you read this, thanks again. read more

We booked Trypps this past weekend for transportation for a 13-person bachelorette outing in downtown Palm Springs. Both Mike (the owner) & Shane (our driver) were kind, communicative, helpful, and accommodating. It really gave me peace of mind knowing we had safe transportation from each of our stops and back home since we were drinking. I would 100% recommend Trypps for any of your transportation needs. read more

I absolutely loved my experience with trypps! Mike was so accommodating, easy to work with, and always got back to me right away whenever I had a question. I booked a shuttle for a bachelorette trip in Palm Springs for 8 girls and I'm so so happy with the service we got. Our driver Shane was great and was always on time for everything. The bus was nice and clean and I liked that we were able to connect our phone to the car via Bluetooth so that we could listen to our music to and from the restaurant and club. Would absolutely recommend! read more

Mike and Emmanuel are fantastic! I was researching and contacting multiple limo service companies a few weeks before my little sister's bachelorette event and no one even emailed back a quote. I branches out and found Mike on Yelp and saw his rating and decided to call. Mike answered right away and was extremely helpful! He was able to give me recommendations based on what we wanted and a quote right away. He made the whole process so easy and stress free. He was also available via text which is a major plus for me. On the actual night of our limo reservation, Emmanuel was our driver and he was professional and very flexible with our stop requests. He picked us up punctually from each stop & was available by text to message if we wanted to stay longer or be picked up early. The Sprinter limo was amazing! Huge tv screens playing music videos and speakers that bumped insanely! The lights pulsed with the bass and it was a literal nightclub in there Would definitely call again since it made our night so unforgettable! Thank you! read more

We have ridden with Mike the Driver and the team a number of times over the years. All I can say is they are the most professional, courteous, punctual, and responsible drivers I have ever worked with. Cars are always looking and smelling great. At least once every couple months, they assist me in getting to some appointments. They are always so patient with me. Mike, you have a customer for life. read more

I really wish I could give more than five stars! Shouting all the way from Louisiana what an amazing job Michael and his team did for us. My best friend who is blind and disabled had to move suddenly from Long Beach to Louisiana. He was unable to pack his belongs and bring them with him because of disabilities. I reached to out Michael to see if he had someone who could go to my friends old home, pack his items, then ship them to us. I had no clue what all was there that needed to be picked up. They picked up everything, repacked it for me then went to UPS and Greyhound (to ship busfreighter). I can't sing his praises enough, he went above and beyond and his prices were very reasonable. read more

Wonderful service. I had a friend call me from the ICU in Palm Springs. He had no one in town to help. He had his phone but no charger. In less than 30 minutes Mike had gone to a store, bought a charger and delivered it to the hospital room for me. Great job! This is customer service at its best. read more

Quick delivery. Offered status of order via text and email. Food was delivered fast. I just wish the menu offered descriptions as far as what came on each item. I ordered breakfast sandwiches and they had lettuce and tomatoes but no cheese. Wish I wouldve known so I could've altered my order. Overall good service. read more

Mike is kind, very professional and he takes a lot of pride in his work. I was very keen to do a big mountain bike ride during a brief visit from Canada. It took some planning and I didn't want to waste any time. So I hired Mike to get me to my bike rental and then the trailhead. Organizing everything in advance was a breeze and it was great to know I could rely on him to be a part of making my ride pretty epic. Mike arrived early, communicated well and was flexible and thoughtful. His vehicle, in my case, a very new Suburban, was in perfect condition. He drove like a pro, with confidence and smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any driving needs. read more

I found TRYYPS here on Yelp and used them yesterday. From the first phone call through making arrangements , both Mike and Sylvia were wonderful. I was desperately in need of help getting to a medical appointment that overall was a 3 hour event, from pick-up to dropf off back home. Sylvia called in the morning before coming, was kind and thoughtful as well as professional , which helped me greatly through it. Mike made a follow up call today. I really appreciate this unique service based here in Palm Springs , and I recommend them without any reservation. read more

I needed round trip transport from PSP to LAX in January, 2018. My driver Mike was professional, on time, responsive and value priced. I would not hesitate to hire Trypps Transportation in the future. If I had to find any fault in the service compared to other commercial car transportation, it would be very minor; I recommend they carry chilled water bottles for their passengers. read more

If there was a way to give Mike 10 stars, or 500 stars, or a million, I would. Absolutely fantastic phenomenal professional courteous and outstanding service. Anything u could ever ask for in a courier, it's him. I was in a serious bind (work related) and contacted him in a somewhat panicked mode (left something at a hotel in his area, and I live out of town) and he not only stepped up to help but did so in an absolutely fantastic and timely manner. I'd trust him with any job, big or small. He should have shown up with a cape on, super hero status. (This was no easy task btw. Not just a simple long boring drive. Its storming now and traffic was insane). He absolutely turned around a horrible stressful chaotic situation for me and I couldn't be more pleased right now. read more

I stayed at a hotel without a car in Palm Springs. I wanted to relax and not worry about leaving hotel for meals. I used Trypps all weekend and was set. Went on vacay out in Palm Springs and it seems most of their stores mostly don't offer delivery service and was a bummer but we found TRYPPS food delivery service and we got our food in appropriate timing and food was warm and the driver was very communicative! Mike the Driver was an truly an angel sent from above during our Coachella experience. He knew all the hot, secret pickup spots that severely cut down on wait times for transport out of the festival.
