Once I agreed we would like to book, I was asked to provide a few simple details and received an invoice, making the process extremely smooth and easy. Communication continued to be smooth leading up to our driver arriving. Adrian was our driver and he was extremely communicative and great as well. We had a few stops that evening and Adrian was always ready for us and parked right outside the establishment we were leaving and dropped us right in front of our next stops, too. It was easy to coordinate just a simple text 10 minutes before we wanted to be picked up and he was there! Definitely recommend for anyone who would like a fun, seamless option for transportation. The small bus fits up to 20, but that would be a squeeze in my opinion. Adam and Paula were the service representatives that I spoke to over the phone to help with quotes and planning my 8 hour day. Both reps were very responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to give me tips on how to structure visiting 3 wineries in one day. A bonus is that this company is partnered with a lot of Temecula wineries and offered us tasting card discounts (Bel Vino and Maurice Carrie). Adam and Paula communicated to me via phone, text, and email for the quotes and info. They allowed multiple adjustments to my itinerary and accommodated adding on tasting cards last minute for my guests which was super helpful! Our driver, Jennifer, was early to our pickup location and waited outside for my large group to arrive. She provided me with the whole run down of the day and confirmed all of the details with myself and my guests, leaving room for questions before leaving. Super professional, friendly, efficient, safe, timely, and knowledgeable. The bus was clean, no smells, fun LED lights, a bathroom on board, water, ice coolers, and cups available. The one thing I will say is our bus' Bluetooth for music kept cutting in and out throughout the drive which was likely a wire issue. Jennifer was quick to reach over the phone after dropping us off, which was helpful when my brother in law wanted to go back to the bus to grab a surprise birthday cake for me. Jennifer gave us timely updates of when to be back at the bus in between venues to ensure enough time. Tip: if you're planning to go to more than one winery, you'll need more time than you think. 3 wineries and we definitely could've spent more time at each... 2 is a great number if you have a big group like mine. We went over in time but it thankfully the schedule was flexible for the rest of the evening. Jennifer prefaced any overtime charges at the beginning of the day so there were no surprises. When contacting them looking for a party bus we were sent pictures of what they had to offer which was a Party bus with an open floor and a dancing pole. We were quoted $995 with a deposit of $350. I went ahead and made the deposit to book them for May 24th, 2025. Then comes the day of the event, the driver and the bus show up. The bus we received was not what we agreed on or paid for. I went ahead and texted them that there was a mistake with our party bus to which they replied " good evening, how do you mean" then they proceeded to call me. Their excuse was that there was a problem with the original bus and that they didn't want to leave us stranded so they sent us what they had. Mind you the driver had to drive about 2 hours or so to us so that should've given them enough time to notify us and we could've figured something else out. I communicate we'd like a discount on the bus since we paid for something completely different to which he replies that what he sent us is actually "worth more" which it's clearly not. Be for real. He says we can talk about it during the weekday for some reason. We take the bus he sent us at that point because we won't let their negligence interfere with what's supposed to be a special day for my friend and try to suck it up for the night and handle it during a business day. Then comes Tuesday, I try to come to a conclusion with David. All we wanted was a discount, the bus we received is not what was agreed upon. David goes on to be rude, states he has recordings and proof of us having fun on the bus and from his driver. What are we supposed to do, let you ruin the night in all?
