I changed my balloon colors a few times, but they were able to accommodate the change. The day of I was able to change my time that they came, since I wasn't in La Quinta yet. I was supposed to be there at 3, but didn't get there until 8. I changed my time to 5 for the delivery and set up. I was so nervous because they arrived before I did, she took the code and went in and installed it within 20 minutes. I didn't know them, so I wanted to be there to when they installed it, since I was staying at an Airbnb. But they ended up being very trustworthy. She sent me a picture once she was done and locked the house back up. I was so relieved. I honestly wanted to see how she set it up, because balloons always terrify me, but it was perfect once I got there. I told them the area I wanted in, and knew I was going to change it up a bit, she was nice enough to let me know I definitely could move it, which I did. I would definitely use them again. I thank them for being so easy to work with and trusting when I couldn't make it to meet them.

On the day of the event they brought scuffed up black resin chairs for our beautiful garden party (they were supposed to be natural colored). They were so ugly, maybe ok for a basketball game in a gymnasium. They couldn't fix the problem. I found Bright Event Rentals from Yelp and they were a little over a mile away. I told them my situation and they were able to accommodate me with 30 natural wood folding chairs immediately. I drove down, paperwork and chairs were ready, and they helped me get all of them into my Tesla. Everything worked out in such a short time. They were amazing and they saved the day.
