He was very responsive via email and got on a few phone calls with us to ensure our questions were answered. The day of our wedding was pretty chaotic, and the bartenders absolutely crushed it. I was looking for a bartender to accompany my small catered dinner party. I reached out to Amit shortly before my event and he was very responsive and we were able to secure services with Mint. Juan was our bartender and he was punctual and his service, attitude, and drinks were wonderful! My guests (and myself) were very happy. Punctuality is something that is important to me and I was pleased that Juan was on time given that he was coming from Palm Springs and our event was in Temecula. We booked Amit and his team for their bartending services for our wedding in November 2024. Amit was very friendly and communicative throughout the booking process and we were very appreciative of him providing accurate amounts of alcohol we would need to have for our guests. However, the day of our wedding we were disappointed. The bartenders had tip jars out even though it had been discussed and agreed with Amit that we would personally be handling the tip and that we did not want these out throughout the wedding. When my husband and I entered cocktail hour after post-ceremony photos and we were made aware of the tip jars, I approached one of the male bartenders who argued with me about why the tip jars were out and then proceeded to argue with me about the agreed upon tip that was mentioned in my contract saying that they "usually make more than that" with the tip jars. We did speak to Amit after the fact and he did apologize and owned that this was a miscommunication on his part which we appreciated the ownership but the entire interaction felt very unprofessional and was not appreciated. Overall, the entire night after that went well. The drinks were good and everyone was getting served in a timely fashion with minimal to no one waiting in line for drinks. However, after the wedding we were told by family and friends that they also experienced the bartenders being unfriendly and rude to them which was incredibly disappointing to hear. They mentioned that the bartenders were communicating that they had run out of alcohol at the end of the night when the reality was we had purchased more than what was needed and had plenty left over. When speaking with Amit about this he said that the bartenders let him know that guests were asking for drinks at 10pm when they were set to end, and that sometimes the bartenders will just tell guests they are out so that things do not get out of hand. The event was still continuing even after the bartenders were set to end so we wished they would have been more communicative with us or our planner and asked us how we wanted this handled instead of taking that decision upon themselves and disappointing our guests. Ultimately we had a great wedding day and evening but wish the level of service and professionalism was much higher than what we were provided. read more

Juan made our afternoon! We had a pool day during a bachelorette trip to Palm Springs and Juan was our bartender for the day. He was super attentive and funny and made AMAZING drinks! Perfect addition to any party. Amit was also great in helping organize the event. Communication was easy and clear. Not sure which of these guys designed our menu but they killed it! We are pretty basic and wanted so low-cal options and they made the perfect combos. We tried to find a comparable blood orange margarita the rest of the weekend to no avail! Mint Bartending is fantastic. I hired them for a Bachelorette in Palm Springs. After looking for bartenders in the area, I found that Mint was the most fair price. They served us for 3 hours for around $400. You are responsible for the alcohol but they provide the mixers, garnishes, cups and straws. We had Juan as our bartender and it was so nice not having to worry about making drinks for everyone in the Bachelorette. All of us were able to just enjoy hanging out by the pool. He made fantastic drinks and was super nice. The drinks were pretty and they were strong. His hit drinks were frozen watermelon margs, a very very spice marg, "woo-woo" shots, mexican mules, the list goes on. Most of us were feeling it by the end but luckily none of us had a terrible hangover afterwards. Most of us in the group also agreed that we can never go back to having a party without a bartender. I would definitely hire Mint again, thank you Amit, Juan, and team for creating a great time. read more
