I wanted a ballon garland for my 30th birthday weekend. I was going to do it myself, but didn't want to spend the time doing it. I found a couple places off yelp, but Enchanted Memories was very quick to respond to all my questions. The price was reasonable, which was a plus. I changed my balloon colors a few times, but they were able to accommodate the change. The day of I was able to change my time that they came, since I wasn't in La Quinta yet. I was supposed to be there at 3, but didn't get there until 8. I changed my time to 5 for the delivery and set up. I was so nervous because they arrived before I did, she took the code and went in and installed it within 20 minutes. I didn't know them, so I wanted to be there to when they installed it, since I was staying at an Airbnb. But they ended up being very trustworthy. She sent me a picture once she was done and locked the house back up. I was so relieved. I honestly wanted to see how she set it up, because balloons always terrify me, but it was perfect once I got there. I told them the area I wanted in, and knew I was going to change it up a bit, she was nice enough to let me know I definitely could move it, which I did. I would definitely use them again. Wish I could give zero stars. My wife had the displeasure of booking with these people. Don't book with them. The "Professional Princesses" they claim to have are just random high schoolers who were shoved into an ugly costume. This is just sad. The girl had the costume on wrong, wasn't interacting with kids and was shy. She didn't even look like a princess. She looked like a little girl. And she didn't even know how to make any balloon animals other than a dog. For the hefty price, this was a disappointment. Zero customer service. Rude employees. And if you actually look at the names on the good reviews, most of them are the same people who were assisting me. They are using their own employees to give fake reviews and boost their star rating . Worst company ever. No good interaction. Doesn't accept blame. Please don't bother. Was on the phone for 3 days with them, was just ignored on one day. Kept trying anyways. Then I finally called on the day of delivery and they said nothing was moving because they hadn't received the payment upfront ( they never said to send up front but after the fact they said read the contract) they are not here to help. Please don't bother with this company. They are not customer friendly. They sent a payment form after I called them that they hadn't arrived. I signed the contract and saw that I was supposed to pay early but they never said anything. And since I had no invoice to pay I'm the one at fault. Give me a break. I'm so thankful I chose Enchanted Memories for my son's 5th birthday party! I rented a bouncy castle, 3 tables and 30 chairs, 3 beautiful Balloon arrangements, and even had Spiderman make an appearance! It made his birthday extra special and he and his friends had the BEST party ever! They cam and delivered everything, set it up and came and tore it down. They called to let you know when they were arriving. And Spiderman HIMSELF even texted my phone to let me know when he was on his way! I couldn't be happier with everything!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD The day of the event- PRINCESSES arrival time is 1pm - NO ONE shows up, no one calls my whole party is waiting for the Princesses so I called and asked if there is some kind of delay, the lady on the phone said oh please hold puts me on hold and says I am sorry the princesses called earlier but they can't make it to your event and we were just so busy WE DIDNT call you. I of course naturally flipped out then she came up with another apology and said they were in a car accident because they drive from LA there subcontracted. My immediate reply was each princess cost 160 dollars and you subcontract from LA! Gas alone would cost them 65 to 70 dollars to get here of course there not coming they make absolutely no money coming here, your telling me a princess is gonna drive from LA for a birthday party for 1 hr when round trip it's a 5 hour day, how is this not disclosed to customers, I would have never booked this event if that was the case. So, I go inside and tell all my guests and children no princesses are coming heartbreaking moment for any mother. After I tell the parents someone reply's oh you should never use that company, I have used them many times and there always late and there are always problems. By the way I told the receptionist girl or person have the owner call me immediately and no one ever calls me back and its Tuesday the 13th and not one apology or any attempt to rectify the disaster. That does not mean they were free to enter anytime after, which they did. Don't use my own words to manipulate my experiences, you made a mistake and your employees were incorrect with providing me the correct measurements. Do better next time. Also, your business created the stressful experience and saying that events are stressful comes off very condescending and is totally unnecessary. It seems like this business cares more about saving face on yelp by responding to reviews, but don't actually take the time to improve on their services. Extremely disappointed. We booked Rapunzel who was 30 min late... the package included bubbles and balloon animals. Rapunzel did not do bubbles because they forgot the bubble machine. They started face painting and I asked why the face paint if we chose the balloon animals she said the owner told her to choose one or the other and assumed face painting was easier but that she should've asked before assuming. I sent an email with this information after attempting to call the day of the party (they got there 30min after hours) so I'm sure that is why they didn't answer but I have yet to hear back to the email I sent. We signed a contract stating what was included paid for the full service and didn't receive what we paid for. Mind you Rapunzel didn't even interact with our girls the young lady face painting spoke to our girls more than Rapunzel did. I do not reccomend a service by enchanted memories nor even trying to reason with the girl on the other line answering their phones. read more

We hired this company for a birthday party. What we thought we were paying for and what we actually received was 2 completely different things!!! Although this was clearly an adult party, the carnival games that were delivered were very cheap versions of toddler games. It was so ridiculous that it really seemed unbelievable. This was my first time having a ballon and face painting for my daughter's birthday party. From the beginning the staff is very rude on the phone and seem uninterested in helping with anything. They were supposed to arrive at a specific time and came 30 minutes late. Very unprofessional when I reached out to find out if they are even coming. I was getting emails in regards to making a payment when I already made the payment a month in advance. Once the people arrived they were annoyed that they had to make balloons and do face painting. It was ridiculous! At one point one of the girls was cussing. Which is horrible. It's is a kids party. They just cares about being tipped. They made the whole experience seem as if it was an inconvenience for them to be there. Please find someone else that will be more engaged and willing to have fun with the kids. We booked and were given a two hour window. We called the night before to confirm. The two hour window came and went without any sign of enchanted memories, they didn't even answer the phone. All they did was take our money and disappoint our kids. In response to the managers post I paid a price for a service that was offered. It was not my fault that her staff were not trained correctly. Don't let the staff answer the phone and make offers if they haven't been trained properly. As a measure of good business you should have honored the offer. But you didn't. You didn't apologize either. You did manage to tell me that I paid incorrectly and you don't take payments through QuickBooks. I used the link that was provided in the offer to make the payment. How was I supposed to know that the staff member misquoted the prices and provided me the incorrect link? I hired this company in two different occasions. First was for my little girl's birthday party in December 2020 and everything went well. Second time was is March 2021 and it was very disappointing. I requested a Disney character for entertainment of a 3 hours party. The company called 20 minutes after the scheduled time to tell me that they would be running an hour late. I told them that their delay would cause a conflict on my schedule and I would need to cut their time short to half an hour. To my surprise their answer was: "we don't do half an hour!" Excuse me, did I hear that right? Yes! After being an hour late they felt like they were going to accommodate me when in reality I was the one accommodating them. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Originally my parents had ordered from a different company but the company did not contact us the day before and since my baby shower was the next day my parents reached out to lizette and she was able to have all our needs met and at a very reasonable price and ready the next morning. The delivery crew was excellent, helpful and professional. The rental products were clean and looked as good as if you just bought them yourselves. They even brought us balloons because they heard how stressed out we were due to the other day company bailing on us. It was very thoughtful and I appreciated the sentiment. We had to move up our daughters birthday party and I was worried we wouldn't have time to book anything so last minute. I was thrilled to get a fast response with our choice of Princesses. The office called before their arrival windows even started to give us their ETA. They were troopers on a hot day with a ton of kids. Cinderella, Rapunzel, and their helper were fabulous. Extremely disappointed in this company. Ordered a bouncy castle for my daughters first birthday. First, they charged a $25 fee to deliver on top of the price of the castle, which was not previously discussed. So a total of $125. The rental was for 24 hours they delivered it at around 1pm Saturday. My daughter spent the night and woke up at 10:30am to the doorbell being rung. They were here to pick up the castle. I explained we were given the window of 12pm-2pm NOT 10:30am! We are extremely upset as we had children spend the night so they could bounce one last time before the castle would be taken away. Heart broken children is what we were left with. Won't use this company again. In response to the response I received: Yes absolutely you spoke with Mrs.Goodman who is in fact my mother. I was present 100% of the time. If you state you would pick up the item between 12-2pm this should be the time you arrive. Not 10:30am. We are not upset at the pricing as a delivery fee as it is standard practice. Also,you stated that we placed the order July 4, 2018 and paid July 6, 2018. We did not place this order nor pay for it until Mid August. You have the dates incorrect. Thank you for the response. read more

Loved the two day of the dead face painters we had for our November 3rd event. Our guests loved having their faces done!

So was a little hesitant to use them after reading some of the reviews on Yelp. But they had everything we needed for an 8 yr old birthday party in the park, tables, chairs, pop up canopy and balloon twister, so I took a chance and reserved these items for a Saturday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when everything and everyone showed up on time, no issues with items or delivery people. The balloon girl was super friendly and worked well with all the kids crowding her. Overall very happy with service and I will definitely use them again! I know some people have had scheduling issues and issues with the owner, but if some of you out there are considering using Enchanted Memories, give them a call and talk to Kate. She explained the issues of the owner being overwhelmed with her business growing so quickly, and even though it's not an excuse to treat people rudely, I think those problems are in the past for them. read more

Horrible experience TWICE!!! I called them by referral for my sons 1st bday and I paid for the character "Pablo" from the "backyardigans" cartoon and they gave me confirmation he would show up at the party in costume. "Pablo" did NOT show up, however "Tasha" did. That's a girl costume and it was a BOY party. I was very embarrassed as I had promised on the invitations appearance of "Pablo". The table rentals were just left in my backyard and chairs, no set up. They were suppose to provide table cloths as part of my order, no table cloths were brought, I had to scramble and figure something out last minute. Face painting girls were young like teenagers and were nice but had NO TALENT it was a joke. The used stencils to pain on the kids face. Ridiculous. I didn't pay for that bullshit. They didn't offer a refund on the character mistake they simply said, the "Pablo" costume was unavailable unfortunately. When my son turned 2 I was stupid enough to order again, but out here there aren't many options. So I ordered tables, chairs, bouncer and balloons. They were 2 hours late with the delivery. They forgot about the balloons, and some random lady stopped by my house and handed me a giant tangle ball of almost deflated balloons. I was so insulted I just laughed and had to go to Party City to get ADEQUATE balloons. It was so ridiculous I can't believe I gave them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! read more
