I'm very content with my experience with Luis and his team. I contacted him for my little cousin's quinceñera in a ranch so it was outdoors. And let me tell you, I was never expecting it to be so windy and things definitely took a turn for the worse. To say the least some of the equipment blew away and got damaged due to the wind. And it was because i had not yet gotten there so my fault and the contract says someone has to be monitoring the equipment before the actual time so beware of that. Like i said i had no idea it would be this windy and we had been obviously planning the party for months so expect the unexpected! ANYWAY.. even after the chaos Luis still worked with us and was so kind to continue and push through with the booth at the event in a spot where it wasn't so windy which I am so grateful. He brought in another piece of equipment to keep the booth going and wow when I tell you I wasn't expecting that I really mean it. He was so professional and you can see that this is something very special that he takes passion in. I will definitely get this service again in the future .Even down to the template making and the minor details. I'm forever grateful for all the fun and memories that were made with this service. Luis was so awesome to work with, and the booth was so much fun! I booked on short notice for our company party, yet he was so accommodating and quick with his responses. The booth set up is very streamlined and attracted attention to our guests. Everyone was processed through their picture taking very efficiently and Luis was so helpful and friendly throughout the process. For the actual pictures, he was able to create a high resolution border with the logo/color/design of my choice. He created different variations of them and let me change what I needed (wasn't much because he did a great job right off the bat!), and then he sent the finals for review beforehand. He can do strips or rectangular pictures I believe. The whole process was so seamless. Pictures were able to be printed right there at the booth, and there are also some package options where you can put your phone number in, and the machine will send the pictures you took to your phone. There was also a prop table and coat stand with really family fun and pop-culture relevant items. This was such a great experience, I highly recommend. Flawless! What an incredible team here. We rented this for a sweet bridal shower and could not have made a better decision. The backdrop was beautiful, and we had a lovely "Drunk In Love" sign. I've rented photo booths before and it's usually pretty standard with your usual array of cheap, dollar store props -- but CV Photo Booths puts so much care into their setup and has quality props I've never seen anywhere else.
