So we went in for a hummer limo and came our renting the G-wagon. My daughter didn't want a party bus because she wanted something more elegant like a limo to fit her theme. I had explained with the size of her dress, we'd needed a hummer or a party bus. Hummer it was. She viewed the hummer and we were about to say yes, till I seen the G-Wagon. The guy showing us, asked if we wanted to take a peek inside. We said sure and immediately fell in love with it. It was only a couple hundred more than the hummer and a couple cheaper then the party bus....so we went with it and it was just beautiful. They had a great experience. We used SD Luxury Limos as a shuttle service for guests at our wedding. We booked very last minute (a few days before the wedding) and they were so accommodating! For our service, the shuttle was running for an hour at the beginning and end of the night and our driver Taisir could not have been nicer or more efficient. We had a wonderful experience with SD. When I called to inquire about transportation for my daughters wedding the staff was very helpful on how much time I would need and how many shuttles would be needed. The night of the wedding we had 2 (30) thirty person shuttles that ran every 15 minutes to our venue. The shuttles ran from 3-5 and then again from 9-11. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful at the end of the night when we loaded everything onto the shuttle. I just really appreciated their customer service. read more

We rented a limo bus which held 35 people. Process was very seamless. Very affordable. Driver nawar was so kind. I would say the vehicle itself is outdated and didn't look like the picture I was sent. It seems a little " ghetto" in my opinion. But with that being said the staff was great from booking to the pick up and drop off. They grabbed overpriced beer for us and had it stocked and ice cold. Overall great experience. I celebrated my birthday in March 2023 on the Princess Party Bus and it was so much fun. My driver Luis arrived early and greeted my friends and explained everything very professionally. The interior looked great and there was more than enough room. I would have liked it to be a little darker, but it was nice for pictures. The music was loud enough and easy to control because of the Bluetooth compatibility, which was my only stressor at first but Luis helped. We just booked the Princess Party Bus to take us and our friends from our wedding venue to the after party and then back to our Airbnb. The bus and service were phenomenal!! The bus had super fun party lights, a great sound system, champagne, and water and was perfect to keep the party going. When the limo arrived it was nice too on the outside and inside the only major problem that was the main issue was the AC! It was soooo humid, hot and we were all sweating soo bad. Like we were all drained and it ended up just putting all of us in a bad mood! We asked if we would open all windows to see if it helped but no. We asked if they could help get the ac cold and nothing happened. He said "watch in 30mins you guys will want me to turn it off because it would be too cold" but guess what it NEVER EVER got cold in the 2 hours we had it ! Great Experience! Friendly service and great rates! We recently booked a last minute Hummer Limo to escort us from Alpine, to Downtown for a concert. We only gave them a 4 day notice and they were able to accommodate our request. Rita was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Our driver showed up on time, and we had no issues getting picked back up from the concert location. I used SD Luxury Limos to shuttle my bridal party and guests to and from our wedding venue. My request was slightly complicated- I had guests staying at three different hotels and then I wanted a second bus to take people to an after party bar and then back to the hotels after. Rita at luxury limos was phenomenal. She responded to my inquiry almost immediately (within the hour!), asked exactly the right follow up questions and assured me this could absolutely be handled. She quoted me an extremely fair price AND included photos of the shuttles I would be getting - something no other shuttle service was willing to provide me. I felt SO taken care of and I'm great hands leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding came and my drivers were ON TIME and FRIENDLY for each pickup. They have a text service where the driver texts a member of your group to let you know the shuttle has arrived. I can't say enough good things about this service. Fun fact: This is an update from my previous review. ----- Danny, in customer service reached out to me after my long and detailed review and we had a 20 min conversation with exactly what happened. I was shocked even to get a message but I did. He personally gave me his cell phone number and we went over any concerns. Danny listened attentively and completely understood where I was coming from. He offered a photo shoot ( which we declined) to make up for the limo that did not end up showing up. He also asked how else he could fix this. Overall it was two people , two humans that listened to each other. Ultimately, mistakes happen but it's how you handle it thereafter that makes a business stay a business. Danny offered his cell phone number for any future inquiries and potential discounts. We ended up getting the full refund for the service and experience that was missed. In all reality, it wasn't about the money but the principle. I'm just happy the company was able to come up with a solution. Rita, even allowed me to come down and personally see the limo I was renting to ease my mind before party day. Our driver, Luis, went so above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best experience!! Ordered a party bus for my daughter' and her friends for her Quince. Bus shows up a little over a half hour late. Granted the driver did call a few minutes before the time he was supposed to be there to give me a heads up that he was going to be late, but I still got billed from my original start time even though he wasnt there. He shows up and I go inside the bus to take a look. Cracked tv screens, rips in the leather seats, static on the rest of the tvs. I pointed it out to the driver and he just said "Yea thats unacceptable." So then why would you send me the bus in that condition, as much as you charge? I immediately sent an email to the company, but we had no other choices for the evening since it was the night of the party. I heard back from the company saying thanks for letting them know and they would look into it. Never heard from them again, no partial refund or anything. Not even a refund for the 30+ minutes late that the driver showed up. Garbage service and customer service. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 star because he got them from point A to point B successfully. read more
