The vehicle was exactly as pictured and the sprinter van was clean, and most importantly... Cold! During the ride my man children of friends had to use the restroom and couldn't hold it anymore and I sent one message to our driver and he found a place for us right away. And then on our way to our destination we realized it was CLOSED and asked him to take us somewhere else and he did. I felt so bad but our driver was so nice and helped us out. Booked and pre-paid for a Yukon to take my family one-way to the San Diego airport. Received multiple confirmations, including a text at 7:40 am this morning cinfirming the 8:40 am pickup time, as seen in pictures. The car did not show up. When we called to sort out where the driver was, we were told the reservation was for 2/3, not 2/2. This is not true, as you can see from the screenshot attached. Six people were left without transportation to the airport. With no time to call an Uber (or two to fit everyone!), we had to load up two personal vehicles and drive to the airport where we will now be hit with vehicle storage fees, wear and tear to our vehicles, and we are forced to park at the airport, which we simply do not do. Additionally, this will cost more than $1,000 out of pocket due to their negligence. Under no circumstances trust these people to get you where you need to go. read more

I booked with this company on a Saturday night and the driver was so nice and they showed up on time. However there were many things unexpected or that didn't work that made our experience really poor. In fact, we had 15 people on the ride down and only five of them went back on the party bus because it was so bad. This is the feedback I provided the owner who basically went through and said why it was wrong on all of them. I would NOT recommend this business. Hello, First I'd like to say our driver Leo was so nice and provided great service. I would also like to provide some significant feedback about our experience. 1. After asking if I could connect my phone to do a slideshow in the party bus and receiving a reply that yes we could connect via Apple TV. I spent hours and compiling photos from different people to create that experience for my husband. Upon meeting the driver, he said he had was not sure how to do this and spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out so we were not able to do the slideshow. 2. While the sound system connected quickly, I could not hear any of the music the entire way it was muffled and the bass was busted. No one could tell what any song was the whole way. So again after spending a lot of time making a playlist over the days preceding, we weren't able to enjoy that. 3. The airflow on the bus was really poor and we had to ask to put the air on. The phone did not work to call the driver but we were able to bang on the median to get his attention. When he did adjust the air, no one was sure if it was ever turned on it just was stuffy the whole way. 4. While I realize there are different bus sizes, listing this for 16 people seems a stretch. People were literally knee to knee. On the way home about half of the passengers if not more decided to take an Uber. 5. There was only a small amount of ice and not enough to put our other beverages on at all. I'm generally an easy-going person, but the experience really had so many challenges. I don't feel like it was worth the rental. I was hoping to refer your service to friends but don't want them to have the same challenges we did. I had a reservation with this company at least 6 months prior to my daughter's wedding. I contacted them to extend my time the day prior and the day of (literally hours prior), they told me they could accommodate me. Once we were in the Sprinter Van I was told that they couldn't accommodate me and that he had another job. Run and look for another company. The experience was miserable. I sat in the front seat to help the driver that couldn't speak English in an older style car (3hrs for $500) while my daughter and 6 friends sat alone in the back. I had to give hand signals to turn right or left, it was that bad. I called the limo company from the road 3x to get to where we wanted to go and we never made any requested stops. I was told that the driver was fired the next day and that we would receive a credit for another trip on them, "an even better car". When I called to book the next trip- the owner denied helping us with anything and hung up on me. What a bad experience with an unprofessional company and a botched birthday. There are a lot of great companies to do business with and I don't give bad reviews- this experience has made an exception. Run. read more

I booked it online but since I did not receive an email confirmation, I called them at 8:30 AM in California the next day. I spoke to the owner, Mark and obviously I woke him up. He promised me that everything was OK and that I would shortly be receiving an email confirmation. I did not... Later that day, I had to call them again to ask why I had not received an email confirmation. Finally, the day before the pick up, I received my confirmation. The pick up was supposed to be at 7:15 AM this morning and still, right now, at 7:30 AM, the driver has still not shown up. I am infuriated. So, I called the company again and again, I woke up the guy. He apologized and explained that he had not been able to reach his driver, which is not my problem. I put in my credit card number and information, and received an email (see below) saying your booking confirmation is attached, as well as a confirmation number online. The day of the prom we received a text one hour before pick up time saying our driver was on the way. Half an hour after he was supposed to arrive we called the number to see where he was. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, told us he could not find us anywhere in the system, said that that was not a confirmation. I mentioned the text and e-mail from the driver and he said that was automatically sent by the system. I told him the number, and he said I shouldn't have booked online, and how did I expect to get anything without paying. I told him since I put my credit card number in and received the confirmation, that it meant I had paid. I would not recommend them to anyone, it was a terrible experience and my son and his friends were left with no ride to prom. read more
