Nice driver, okay limo. For the high price, I was hoping for something sexier than the airport shuttle looking van we wound up with, but the kids got to the prom and home again afterwards so yeah. They're way less spendy than most everyone else I checked with. read more

My fiancee and I were calling around for quotes on limos for our upcoming wedding. This was the ONLY place on our list of limo vendors that even bothered either returning our phone call or responded. Jon was the one who corresponded with my fiancee, and he was informative, prompt and made recommendations. We were invited to make an appointment to come out to see the fleet, and to see which limo we felt was best suited for our party. Appointments are only made during the weeknights after 5p in El Cajon. We arrived and Jon greeted us. He took us to the back to show us the options available for our party of a dozen. The regular limo (which only sat 10) was really nice, but was a bit too small for our party and for my dress! The spacing was a bit too tight and I definitely felt claustrophobic. We ended up checking out the white hummer and knew that this is what we wanted! The hummer has suicide doors, is pearlized white, and has a pretty baller bar, seats and lighting inside. Limo tint so no one can see inside, and the audio and sound system is amazing. Can't wait to ride this baby on our wedding day!!! TRANSPORTATION ON OUR WEDDING DAY - CHECK!!!! read more

From the initial contact Jon was amazing, professional and able to provide any bride with assurance for the expected transportation on the big day. Our driver was quite amazing as well as he was on time every step of the way, professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire time making sure we were able to get to all of our photo locations we desired. I would recommend utilizing elite image limousines for any special event or even just a fun girls night out!!! Thank you Elite Image Limousines for making our wedding day even that much more special! Jon, Bill and the entire Elite Limo team will make sure your event is coordinated and executed to perfection. I was planning a surprise party and boy was my fiancé surprised. I couldn't believe how smoothly it went and it was all thanks to Jon and Bill. From start to finish they are easy to work with and do not try to throw in hidden fees. Jon once picked up my phone call at 8AM on a Sunday to answer all of my questions. 8AM ON A SUNDAY! You have a lot of options out there but if you want the full package, hire these guys. read more

I recently used Elite Image Limos for a school event. We were fortunate to receive a donation from this company to help support an annual school fundraiser event. This donation allowed me and another teacher take 6 students out on a very special trip. From the moment I booked the limo service, communication was outstanding. Jon and his driver Darren were wonderful. Darren's strong communication skills were consistent throughout the entire experience and made it a stress free experience....which is VERY helpful when you're out with six 4th/5th graders! Our trip involved lunch and a movie. Despite the multiple drop off/pick ups, Darren always made it clear where we would find him. I never had to worry about trying to locate the car. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He truly went out of his way to ensure that all of us were enjoying our ride. I am so grateful that Elite Image Limo was willing to support our school. We had this special outing on our last day of school and it was a perfect way to end the school year. read more

We rented the sweet silver Jade Chrysler for an employees 30th work anniversary. Jon made everything super easy to reserve via email and didn't sweat last minute changes or the fact I tried to put my deposit on an American Express card which they don't accept, and allowed my to pay in full the night of. Our driver Darren was outstanding. He was super communicative and let us know when he was on his way, put our drinks on ice, helped us hook up phones to play music and even offered get us additional drinks or snacks while we dined if we felt like we needed it. The small hand towel in the trunk to assist opening our bottle of champagne was classy- these guys are professional! Darren continued to communicate via text to let us know when he was nearby and always responded promptly when we reached out and were ready to destination hop. The limo itself was clean and comfortable and the fish tank motifs on the tv screens was a nice touch. Easy. Seamless. Comfortable and stylish. Thanks Elite Image it was a blast! read more

Used elite image for my cousins bachelor party in SD. Bill was the driver and was super professional and fun . He even showed up 30 min early. We took the limo on a brewery tour . Nothing beats leaving a place and showing up in style. Those Lamborghini doors really add the extra accent to the limo. Everything on the inside worked and the sound system was stellar. There was 8 of us and we all fit comfortably . The limo was the highlight of the night because it just made bouncing from place to place so easy. Will def use this service again ! Thanks again Bill and elite for providing exactly what we were looking for!! read more

Absolutely stellar experience. Not a single complaint. I used this limo service for my sister's bachelorette party. We had about 10 overly loud, overly affectionate, and overly drunk women to deal with... and Jon handled them like a pro! I truly cannot thank him enough for tolerating the craziness and laughing along with us. Important Points: * The limo was impeccably clean. When it arrived, all the girls screamed and cheered... truly it was THAT nice. * The driver was young, friendly AND professional!!! Imagine that? Not a creepy creepster like so many limo drivers!!! * The limo arrived ON TIME! * Very easy to coordinate and make this happen... the whole experience was very easy! THANK YOU A MILLION... will use this place again, without question! read more

Hands down the best limo experience I have ever had! I set up a brewery tour with Jon the owner and he was very detailed and very knowledgeable on which sites to visit. I saw other companies but with the level of service I was getting just from my email correspondents, I knew this was going to be a good trip. Limo arrived right on time (Chrysler 300 Limo with Ferrari swinging doors) and our driver Darren was very polite and gave us a quick rundown on the safety features of the limo and how everything worked. Limo was super clean and had some beverages for us to enjoy on our trip. We hit each brewery and just had a blast and with Darren giving us insight on each place, it hands down a great trip. We got dropped of right on time and I am so anxious to book with Jon and Elite Image again! Did I mention that Darren our driver was amazing? Darren was amazing! I have dealt with limo drivers before and Darren really knows how to take care of a group. I highly recommend them for any of your functions or even just a cool ride anywhere! Thanks for making our group outing a huge success!!!!! read more

We used Elite for our daughter's senior prom. Jon was very helpful even as my daughter and her friends went back and forth on the event's details! He was extremely responsive by email which was awesome for me juggling work and helping with the prom festivities. The limo arrived on time and was immaculate. The Darren - request him! - was courteous and really went out of his way to make the parents and the kids feel comfortable and excited about the evening. They both even followed up days later to make sure we were happy and to share some kind words about our kids! read more

I'm a Wedding Planner & I've worked with Jon from Elite Image Limousines. They honestly give the BEST service & is very accommodating! The day of the wedding, the driver personally gave me his cell phone number & called me directly to keep me posted on their ETA. That was very helpful for me in knowing the exact time they were arriving to the ceremony. The Bride & Groom were also very happy with them. I definitely recommend Elite Image Limousines! read more

First the way I met this company was awesome !! They were doing an event called A night to remember for special needs kids where they donated there cars . So another 5 stars they should have 10 stars !!! !!! Then they gave me a great deal for my daughters where they were on time. car was clean Bill the driver was awesome from the beginning . He drive the kids all over San Diego for pictures. Bill even stopped so the kids could get something to eat he went out of his way since he seen my two daughters couldn't eat because they were in their dresses so he gave one a granola bar that he had with him for his lunch and then went and bought them a candy bar that they could share something that they wouldn't get dirty !!! I am writing this review on behalf of my fiance. My name is Naz and my fiance Johana was having her bachelorette party in San Diego. I wanted to surprise her, so I booked a limo for two days for her and her girls to enjoy the weekend. I contacted Elite Image and spoke to the owner Jon. He was extremely kind and very helpful. In fact, he is the first and only company I spoke with. Because I was booking for two days, he gave me a great deal. He was prompt and very informative. Bill, the driver was the driver for the girls both nights. He called me 15 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time to let me know he was at the hotel ready for the girls. Not only this, but he upgraded our limo to a party bus. He went to work and saw that the limo we booked wasn't available, so he called Jon the boss and said he didn't want to wait and be late, so he needed to upgrade us, and Jon agreed. Instead of being late, he gave us a better car, and was early. He contacted me throughout the weekend to let me know the girls were safe, and let me know everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a limo. If i'm ever in that area, I won't go anywhere but here. Thanks Jon and Bill. Naz read more

We used Elite Image for our wedding a couple months ago and everything was perfect! From the start, Jon was responsive and professional, answering my questions and concerns a few months prior. Plus the fact that he offered a wedding discount was appreciated very much! Their prices were better than some companies with dumpy limos and bad reviews! The week before the wedding Jon confirmed everything with me and my same day coordinator. Most wedding vendors don't take this extra step! On the day of the wedding our driver showed up on time and was very nice. Their limos are BEAUTIFUL and clean and coooool! I would highly recommend these guys again!! read more

My wife and I hired Darren to take us to and from LAX. Darren's attention to detail was from the moment we talked on the phone! As we were traveling from Europe on the return, Darren gathered the bags in. In a sea of travelers at the terminal, guided my wife and I across a busy street, and yet had cold soda and water awaiting us. There's more: the comfort in the car was amazing! Not having the pressure of driving was in Darren's hands. Plus the carriage fee was very, very reasonable. Keep your money local! Support a small business that has nothing but the consumer in mind. We will use Darren again complete trust, comfortable ride, and a genuinely pleasant experience. I do not endorse many products or business--yet enthusiasticly endorse Darren. read more

Booked a limo with Elite Image in February and had an extremely pleasant time. What they did well with booking: - Jon responds to emails quickly, is always ahead of schedule, and will work his hardest to make it work - Contracts are specific, but geared towards your comfort - I had a unique case where I was booking a little bit too late, but Jon just happened to have a 20 person Hummer limo without a booking, so this is a real testament to how big their fleet is - Again, the communication was superb What they did well with the limo/driver: - Clean, good looking limos with water, plenty of space, Bluetooth enabled speakers, and some nice looking lights - Friendly drivers (I had BIll) who are willing to drive to as many places that still is within the time that you booked it. For example, we had a lot of changes in plans to get people home, but Bill told us he could go anywhere as long as we could get everyone home by our end booking time. This was awesome. - Drivers are also very very responsible and communicative Overall: - Exceptional service, unparalleled by any other limo company - Responsible, flexible, rule-abiding drivers - Their limos draw attention and deserve attention, they're clean and big and look great I have already recommended Elite Image to multiple friends and will continue to do so in the future. read more

Jon was very professional and quick to respond to our emails. During the Ceremony and Reception, our driver bill was just awesome. It was a comfortable relaxing ride. They planned everything according to traffic and location. No worries about parking, or any inconveniences. I was skeptical in booking with Elite Image Limousines for our wedding at first because we lived out of state and didn't get to meet Jon or see the vehicles ahead of time but we were definitely happy with their service. From the first point of contact via phone call / emails to quotes and contract signing; it's was all smooth sailing. Jon was very prompt at returning calls/emails in a timely manner. You can't beat their package deals nor the beautiful rides inside & out! Let me tell you about our driver; Mr Darren Sarvis. He is the nicest & most professional driver we've had. His service is nothing short of the royal treatment. He was prompt with picking up the guys. And when it was the ladies & myself's turn to get picked up, of course we were running but he did not rush us at all. He complimented everyone on their looks and attire. Who doesn't like a compliment here & there?!? I know I do. During our romantic photos offsite of our wedding venue, he played assistant to our photographer. He also threw my vail in the air for us to capture the wind effect shot. He did not complain about it and kept us on time so we wouldn't be too late for reception dinner being served. We love Darren, Jon & the Elite Image Team. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family whenever their industry is needed. And use them again, when we move back to San Diego! read more

I used these guys the week of my wedding for both my wedding day transportation and for a Temecula limo trip I had a few days before. A lot of positives for using these guys. First, their limos are probably the coolest ones in San Diego. The Hummer has a 42 inch plasma screen, state of the art sound system and comfortable seating for 15. We used this limo for both Temecula and on our wedding day. Second is pricing is very competitive - we got a very good deal from these guys since we booked two trips at once. Jon, their owner, actually recommended we stop by and check out their rides before we booked. We did and I recommend that anyone checking out any limo company do this before they book. Their rides are pristine and Jon was straightforward and honest with us, so we had no issues with booking on the spot. Both of our drivers were polite and handled the limos with ease, making for a comfortable trip. A few complaints. First was that it was about 95 when we went to Temecula and the A/C could not keep up with the heat outside and the body temps of 15 people inside. So it was about 80 inside the limo. This was not an issue on wedding day when the temp was 20 degrees cooler. Second was that our driver got lost twice in Temecula and we ran a little bit late getting back and I got charged for the time over. I wouldn't have an issue with this since we were lagging at a few places, but I was charged without being notified first. It wasn't until I called that I was told of the time overage. Still, I would recommend these guys and will use them again when I need a limo. read more
