My fiancee and I were calling around for quotes on limos for our upcoming wedding. This was the ONLY place on our list of limo vendors that even bothered either returning our phone call or responded. Jon was the one who corresponded with my fiancee, and he was informative, prompt and made recommendations. We were invited to make an appointment to come out to see the fleet, and to see which limo we felt was best suited for our party. Appointments are only made during the weeknights after 5p in El Cajon. We arrived and Jon greeted us. He took us to the back to show us the options available for our party of a dozen. The regular limo (which only sat 10) was really nice, but was a bit too small for our party and for my dress! The spacing was a bit too tight and I definitely felt claustrophobic. We ended up checking out the white hummer and knew that this is what we wanted! The hummer has suicide doors, is pearlized white, and has a pretty baller bar, seats and lighting inside. Jon made everything super easy to reserve via email and didn't sweat last minute changes or the fact I tried to put my deposit on an American Express card which they don't accept, and allowed my to pay in full the night of. Hands down the best limo experience I have ever had! I set up a brewery tour with Jon the owner and he was very detailed and very knowledgeable on which sites to visit. In fact, he is the first and only company I spoke with. Because I was booking for two days, he gave me a great deal. He was prompt and very informative. Bill, the driver was the driver for the girls both nights. He called me 15 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time to let me know he was at the hotel ready for the girls. Not only this, but he upgraded our limo to a party bus. He went to work and saw that the limo we booked wasn't available, so he called Jon the boss and said he didn't want to wait and be late, so he needed to upgrade us, and Jon agreed. I used these guys the week of my wedding for both my wedding day transportation and for a Temecula limo trip I had a few days before. A lot of positives for using these guys. First, their limos are probably the coolest ones in San Diego. The Hummer has a 42 inch plasma screen, state of the art sound system and comfortable seating for 15. We used this limo for both Temecula and on our wedding day. Second is pricing is very competitive - we got a very good deal from these guys since we booked two trips at once. Jon, their owner, actually recommended we stop by and check out their rides before we booked. We did and I recommend that anyone checking out any limo company do this before they book. Their rides are pristine and Jon was straightforward and honest with us, so we had no issues with booking on the spot. Both of our drivers were polite and handled the limos with ease, making for a comfortable trip. A few complaints. First was that it was about 95 when we went to Temecula and the A/C could not keep up with the heat outside and the body temps of 15 people inside. So it was about 80 inside the limo. This was not an issue on wedding day when the temp was 20 degrees cooler. Second was that our driver got lost twice in Temecula and we ran a little bit late getting back and I got charged for the time over. I wouldn't have an issue with this since we were lagging at a few places, but I was charged without being notified first. It wasn't until I called that I was told of the time overage. Still, I would recommend these guys and will use them again when I need a limo. read more
