Can't rave about these guys enough! When another limo company bailed on us 2 days before my daughters 13th birthday event, I was scrambling to find another place last minute. I called A Plus limo services and immediately got a response back. Their rates are very fair and our driver arrived 15 minutes early. Major kudos to our driver Robert, who was just wonderful and the kids really loved him as our driver! We got home right on time. It was a party of a lifetime for my girls and their friends and we will definitely use A plus limo again in the future. Highly highly recommend! read more

I reserved "A Plus Limo Service" for my Mom's 60th Birthday Party to tour Christmas lights. They were very accommodating and the limo was beautiful. We had 5 children in car seats and our car seats fit perfectly with plenty of seat belts. Robert was our driver, and he was fantastic! Roman was great to schedule our car service! I will defiantly book with them for another event. read more

Had a great experience with A Plus Limo for my daughter's 21st birthday! From quote, booking, follow up the day before, to the professional driver Robert arriving in the stunning gulf wing 18 passenger limo and safely transporting my daughter and 17 of her friends to the city for a night out. They were having so much fun that I asked Robert if he could extend the time and find a place to take them for dessert, he graciously agreed, recommended a place and off they went the perfect ending to a very special evening, the limo was a highlight! read more

This review is in response to the owners response to my review. I think it is wonderful that APlus Limo responds to All reviews. However we all know that no company or individual is always right, but it seems that any negative reviews posted to this business are spun to make the reviewer look bad. The Actual response I received when I was asked via email to confirm the limo and I explained the event had been cancelled is below: A Plus Limo Response: I will appreciate if you let us know before! If my response to the email above appeared "angry" (per the owner) that was not my intention. However per the owner when they emailed me back there was disappointment expressed and an explanation of them turning away customers and as you can see from the email above there was none of that in the response I received. The company called me twice and yes I was busy, however they never identified themselves when they called just that it was the limo compay. As most of us do I had researched and called quite a few so I had no idea which one it was and so both times I asked them to send me an email (which never occurred). There were questions asked via email by me that were never responded too (some of us conduct our business by email as we do not have the time to be on the phone). So in my rational mind since my questions were never answered no verbal or written commitment was ever agreed to, I did not believe I had committed to renting the limo. However it appears A Plus limo looks at it differently. Thank you Michael for ending your response to my review hoping I find peace and calm as you were not involved in any of the emails, never dealt with me directly nor did you respond to my email to Ramon and only found the time to respond when I wrote a negative review on Yelp. read more

We used a plus limos for our wedding in October. We originally wanted the small limo but it wasn't available, but they offered us the Escalade limo at the rate for the car- awesome! We were able to go ahead of time and see the limo we would be renting. The Escalade is amazing and fit 18 people. It is truly beautiful inside, doesn't smell like cleaner, and is very enjoyable. Our driver was Roberto and he was on time, kind, and kept us feeling safe. We had a great time ! They even snapped some pictures for us which was super nice to have the next day ! They transported the bride and bridesmaids to the wedding ceremony and then took the entire bridal party for pictures at Sunset Cliffs. I would definitely use A plus limo again. We had a wonderful experience! read more

I used A Plus Limos over the weekend for my bachelorette party and we were very satisfied with our experience! When I called about an initial quote, Ramon picked up right away and gave me the full price including gratuity (no hidden fees!). They called me over 24 hours in advance to confirm the pickup time and address which I appreciated. The limo arrived on time and there were waters and sodas waiting for us. Ramon showed us how to use the Bluetooth so we could play music from our phones which was great. Hopefully he couldn't hear our jam sesh of Britney Spears from the front lol. When we were ready to be picked up, Ramon always arrived within minutes. I would definitely recommend this limo service. read more

A group of us rented a limo for our high schoolers for homecoming. These guys were awesome. We have rented limos in the past and the experience was not nearly as good. Here is what a plus did that the other guys didn't: 1) they texted me to confirm everything the day before which was really great and organized 2) they showed up early for us!! If anyone has ever been left waiting because their limo was late understands how great that is. Thank you! 3) the driver Robert was so accommodating and very courteous. Thank you guys! We loved your limo and the driver. We will use you guys again for sure! read more

A Plus Limousine Services - Thank you A plus limo! The kids loved the Escalade limo - Limos Near Me - San Diego, California

The White, 18 person Hummer Stretch that showed up to the Hard Rock Hotel to whisk the Bride away to her Wedding at the Hotel Del was premier. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the driver. He was professional, flexible and generous. We have cherished memories we will never forget! The details: Everything was as stated. Stocked and exquisite. Ready to Rock. The fifth star was dropped because of an A/C mishap on the most important leg of the experience. The A/C malfunctioned from pick up to drop off to ceremony. In a hand sewn mermaid couture dress in the dead of July San Diego heat this mishap was unfortunate. However the driver fixed this during our ceremony and the entirety of the rest of our experience was impeccable. -Jon & Anastasia use on 7/17/17 for wedding at Hotel Del Coronado read more

We were very fortunate to use this limo service when I won tickets to a concert through the radio. I won the "grand prize" and part of that included limo service to and from the concert! It was about a 30 minute drive--so we had a great amount of time to spend in the beautiful, fun limo!! :) We had a stretch Hummer (white) to the concert-- so big and fun and amazing! On the way back, we had a regular black stretch limo--still amazing! :) The guy taking us there did tell us ahead of time about the limo switch, which was very nice of him to tell us. The two limo drivers (Robert and Tad) were great. Both personable and friendly! Also very accommodating--took a lot of pictures for us and even sent them our way. We felt safe in the limo and had a blast. Would definitely recommend this limo service, and would use them again! read more

Instead of a graduation party, we rented a limo for my son's prom and he was able to bring friends. The driver was very professional and texted me his phone number in case I had any questions. They were prompt and made me feel that our kids were in good hands. There were many cars and limos at Balboa Park, but Robert took it in stride and came back around to pick up them all up after the family photos and drive them a few blocks to the venue (the girls didn't want to walk in heels). Nothing but high praise for this company. read more

A Plus Limos is awesome! Thank you Ramon. We hired them to provide transportation for my wedding. Not only did they provide great customer service but the driver was awesome as well! It was pouring rain and our driver victor, found an alternate route to avoid the traffic (as there were traffic light outages). He got us to the church with time to spare, and helped to keep the entire bridal party dry. Will definitely use them again! read more

This ride was the best experience and it was the second time I've ridden with this company! It made my sweet 16 the best.

We were able to preview all of the limos prior to booking the service. It was very easy with ramon helping us out and was very professional. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great deals. read more

I hired A Plus Limos for my son's 15th Birthday Bash. Victor was on time and with the limo I selected which was the black Cadillac Escalade. He was very courteous and professional. My son and his court of honor had a blast riding the limo from the Blessing Ceremony to Balboa Park where they took their memorable pictures. Victor was very patient and engaging. After the picture taking, Victor took the kids for a fantastic 3 hour scenic ride around San Diego County. They sipped on all the soda they could fit in their bellies and played their favorite music full blast. Needless to say they had an awesome time. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you A Plus Limos, you made my son's day. read more

We used A Plus Limo services for my wife's Birthday Party. We booked it with Ramon. He is an excellent communicator and gave us a fair price from the start. Best experience ever! Today, at approximately 1:20pm, I was on my way to work and I drove by Veterans Elementary. There was a black Escalade limo that pulled out of the driveway of the school and cut me off! The driver clearly saw me but he obviously didn't care. He just pulled out causing me to slam on my brakes. Otherwise I would have rammed right into his driver side. Not only is that ILLEGAL, its totally disrespectful and dangerous. I'm sure there were several children (6th grade graduates) in the limo. If and when I need a limo service, I would NEVER pick A Plus Limos solely based on this experience with them. The driver's behavior reflects poorly on the company. read more

Fantastic service! I used these guys for some business travel. A plus Limo was prompt, professional, and courteous. I can't recommend them enough -- great service from the first call until the day of the event. I hired A-Plus Limos for my husbands surprise birthday party planning. The limo took my husband and his crew to multiple breweries while we prepped for the party. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I recently had the best experience with this company. My wedding was on 8/12/16 and I needed a limo to make 3 round trips from downtown to point Loma. Our driver was so kind and courteous and prompt, the limo was gorgeous and in great condition and everything went very smoothly, which I can't say for all my vendors! I will definitely use them again. 18 passenger hummer limo was roomy and perfect! read more

I highly recommend A Plus Limos as opposed to the other companies in San Diego. I called around and most of them offer horrible customer service. Ramon was extremely friendly and accommodating on the phone. I hired them for my son's birthday party and it was very easy to make the reservation. They confirm the pick up time the day before. They were on time and accommodated an extra stop for pictures. The driver was very professional. They offer competitive pricing with excellent customer service. Don't look anywhere else. I highly recommend them. If you are planning on event go with A Plus Limos. read more

I wish there was a no stars review! I asked for a quote and from the beginning I said I only needed one hr, drop off, company proceeded to ask how many ppl, etc..after I answered the questions he told me "minimum is 5hrs at $300 each hr" "sounds to me like you need a taxy or Uber " and sent me the phone number for a good taxy service! I am like wow! I am so glad I got the horrible customer service answer before I even considered renting the service I could of considered the hours but I am glad I did not! I don't even want to think what would happen if I book and something and it goes wrong, how am I supposed to know there's a limit its not like you need a limo every weekend, whoever is managing the responses should really take a class in costumer service. It was never my intention to insult anyone I just wish that he would of answered and informed me in a professional way. I wish I could post the screen shots of the texts so people would see what I mean when I felt very insulted. read more

I have used this company for our father and daughter dance the last 5 years. It's been amazing service year after years. I can't emphasize the memories that my daughter and her friends will have because of A plus limo. Robert, whom I have come to known, it's not only our driver for the last 5 years, but has became a good friend to our family. Ramon, whom I been in contact every year for this service has been amazing. Words can't describe the service and the professionalism both men has offered. First time using A Plus Limos--very pleased. This was a gift for my parents and their friends (6 people total); I had some hesitation as I'm not in the area and would not be in the limo so if anything went wrong, I couldn't resolve it on the spot. No to worry, everything went smoothly for the setup and good follow up as well--communication was not an issue at all. Highly recommend. read more

The service that we received from our driver was excellent. We ordered the small 6 person limo for a bachelorette party and the driver was very receptive to picking us up when we wanted and always had his phone on him. Only thing this company could improve on is communication before the driving around experience, and maybe calling or emailing 24 hours before to confirm! Besides that, day of service was excellent! Will definitely use again. read more

This is a great company, my office has used A Plus Limos 3 times now for office events and birthdays. We even got an upgrade for using them so many times! The new Escalade limo is so bad ass with the wing door and high tech interior. We were definitely riding in style! Ramon is super nice and extremely helpful with everything too. We will definitely continue to use A Plus in the future any time we need a limo ;) read more

Me and Elizabeth had such a good time and can't wait to ride with a plus limos again soon!

I hired A plus for an after party for my brothers wedding. They where helpful on the phone, quick to reply, and the driver (Robert) was very friendly. The price was good. I will definitely use them again for any limo needs. My only small annoyance was that the car was stocked with water and soda, but not liquor, but that is in no way a deal breaker. I definitely recommend them. read more

Horrible. I called and the guy was so rude I would never use there service. I could not tell if he was drunk or on drugs. I called the 619-888-9946 number on google and got the A-Hole of the Hour. If you're looking for an honest, professional, and accommodating limo service, look no further. I booked A Plus Limos for my wedding about 3 months before our date. Unlike other wedding plans, they did not want payment until the day off. I was pleasantly surprised at this. Robert was our driver. He showed up right on time. He was very helpful with everyone's bags. When we arrived to the church, I didn't want to be seen. We switched where we thought would be the best place to park until it was time to get out and Robert was very patient and accommodating for us. Loved the entire experience. read more
