I had a great experience with White Diamond. The Mercedes Sprinter was easy to book, and I was updated throughout the process. On the day of my daughter's party, the driver (Armando) arrived punctually 15 minutes before the stated pick up time and was a pleasure to have as our drivers. Five stars! read more

We used White Diamond again, this time to bring our family together for a celebration of life, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The Sprinter van was spotless, and our driver Armando kept in touch throughout the day and made everything easy. With so much on our minds, having transportation completely taken care of meant more than we can say. Armando and White Diamond gave us one less thing to worry about and let us focus on our family. Can't recommend them enough! read more

We booked white diamond for our wedding. Humberto was very on top of things leading up to the event and very responsive. The service was solid as the driver was on time and safe. However the bridal party felt the driver was a bit short and rude. Once the rest of the wedding party got in the car the drivers negative energy was felt. I would recommend booking them because they do a good job but it might just depend on the driver for your overall experience. read more

Humberto was so communicative and helpful! We went to the Amphitheater in Chula Vista for a concert and had the best time. Our driver was awesome and got us there and back without getting stuck in the craziness of the traffic. He had it down! We are so pleased to find White Diamond Limo for our daughter's 16th Birthday. Humberto was very responsive and professional in answering all of our questions in scheduling a 14-people Party Bus from San Diego to Knotts Berry Farm (with return back). A couple of days prior, Humberto called us to confirm last minute details and to let us know that water bottles in ice will be provided, blue tooth is enabled for music from any phone, and Party Bus will be decorated with Sweet 16 decorations. The driver Armando was on time at pick up and was in contact with us throughout the day (we went in a separate vehicle). The teens had such a great time in the Party Bus. Armando drove them safely there and back. We highly recommend their service, and we will definitely use White Diamond Limo again in the future. read more

We hired White Diamond for our daughter's 13th birthday and we're pleased from the beginning to end. The first phone call went very well. My wife talked to the owner. Turns out he is a veteran. Multiple calls to confirm. Showed up on time. Driver was very pleasant and when we weren't getting blue tooth to work, he and the owner figured it out. These guys were very accommodating and their prices were much better than a few other we spoke to. The attitudes were grateful and wanting the business versus another business where the owner wanted to argue the whole time we were in dialog. All that being said, we were very pleased with this company and will hire them again. read more

Great bus, everything is new and very clean. The birthday decorations are free, but it could have used a few more balloons to make it look nicer. The service is great! They are super kind and helpful, and trustworthy! I really recommend it! read more

I hired this company to surprise and accommodate my sister and her bachelorette entourage for a night out on the town and it did not disappoint. From the first inquiry with Humberto he was responsive with every question I had and was also very competitive in pricing. He was easy to talk to and was very flexible with where and what we wanted to do and where to go to for our 3.5 hour drive. I got a really great quote for our Friday night ride on the town in San Diego. Thank you so much Humberto for taking care of us ladies and keeping us safe especially in the Gaslamp district! We had an amazing and fun time! The pictures we took in Coronado turned out amazing as well! I will definitely use this service in the near future and will recommend it to many other friends when they're in town! read more

This message is over due. Back in September I was hosting a bachelorette party and was in need of a party bus. I found "white Diamond Limousine" and I have to say they made it an incredible time. Their services were beyond expectations, party bus was clean, they provided cups and water, they decorated the bus for the party, and enjoyed playing great music to lights going to the beat. We were going to be a little too early to our first event so Humberto was awesome enough to drive and give us a tour of alllll San Diego. We even got a chance to see a boots in the park country concert. Humberto was in great communication with great detail from when I began speaking to him to the day of the event, and during. When one of my girls needed to go back to the hotel before our time was over, Humberto was so kind enough to drive her back with no issues and communicated with me from when he dropped her off to when he returned to us. The girls had such a great time with white diamond limousines services. This company gives such great service and communication. I highly recommend to reserve with this company for any type of party. Thank you Humberto for a great time. read more

Used this service for a "party bus" for a teen birthday party between north county and little italy. Great communication with owner, fair price, clean vehicle & driver. Adult chaperone sat in front with driver which was appreciated. The vehicle was on time, stocked with ice and waters and even added some bday decor. The girls enjoyed the lights and music.
