My highest compliments to Pinar and the Highline Charter team. Rented 2 busses for a wedding and everything came off with spotless busses, excellent, polite drivers and completely on time. Pinar worked with us from beginning to end with prompt, professional responses and excellent suggestions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Well done. read more

We have an entertainment company in SD and have been using many charter companies to this day. This weekend for the first time we rented a bus to Las Vegas with Highline Charter and I can definitely say it was the best transportation experience. Pricing was slightly cheaper than most companies but they also had the most amazing driver and their bus was super nice. Overall we had a great experience with them. Highly recommended! read more

Highline Charter - The best! - Party Bus Rentals Near Me - San Diego, California

Highline Charter has been the BEST experience I have had with a charter company. We reserved a 47 passenger bus to help us take our group of high school students to summer camp in Arizona this past summer. Our experience could NOT have been better! The bus came perfectly on-time for our departures; BOTH bus drivers were knowledgeable, polite, and safe; and we couldn't find another company able to compete on price. Highline will be our immediate go-to company for our summer camp travel needs for the foreseeable future. Can't rave enough about our experience. - East County Young Life read more

Working with Highline Charter was such a pleasure. They were very easy to work with and had the most amazing staff!

Efficient, professional, kind, clean, & accommodating. I highly recommend them. I initially called Highline after business hours and the owner cheerfully answered and gave me contact information for the office manager, Vanessa, who would be able to book us in the morning. Vanessa responded early the next morning and we were confirmed and booked, no questions asked. Our day-of driver was professional and kind; he called me to tell me where he parked, met with me outside the venue, & did not pressure us to "hurry up" as I wrangled our group of 32 onto the charter van/bus. At the pick-up site, he took the time to call me & even find some of our group to be sure everyone was accounted for before departing. I heard numerous positive comments from all the guests about the driver & clean van/bus. Highline went above and beyond and we will certainly use them again in the future. read more

Our normal "dude" aka driver wasn't available for a pick up/return home ride last week so I hopped on Yelp and started making calls. Everyone I called was $115+ for a one way from the airport to the La Costa area. HuH? These guys quoted me $75 and I was sold on the spot. They said they'd call me back in 15 minutes to get it all set up. 30 minutes go by so I call back and the guy is super apologetic and takes down our info. There was a bit of miscommunication as he wrote down my cell # wrong (he had it on his caller ID though...) so I had to call dispatch back to get a hold of the driver when we walked outside at the airport. Other than that minor snafu the driver was nice, the car was clean, and he got us home safely. I'd call that a success! read more

Thank you so much for everything!! You guys did a fabulous job and went above and beyond what we asked of you.

Highline Charter gave us a little scare on our wedding day. After booking the 43 passenger bus from the resort to my wedding venue the charter bus arrived at the wrong location. Although everything was confirmed in emails and in the payment receipt the bus went to the wedding venue and all the guests were waiting 45 minutes at the resort. We almost had to postpone the ceremony but luckily to be safe we arranged for a very early arrival and everything kicked off only a couple minutes late as they got everyone to their seat. The operations manager at the venue told the driver he was in the wrong location. It took one of the groomsmen going out to the driver to get him to depart to the correct location. No one had any complaints about the trips both ways and they were on time to pick everyone up at the end of the reception. I had a very pleasant experience working with Natasha to book the charter bus. I was very pleased to receive an apology and partial refund for the mixup. read more

Highline Charter delivers another great year of transportation for Younglife summer camp. We had dozens of trips this summer all without a single disappointment. Highline has great new buses, professional, courteous and helpful office staff Lydia and Cecilia and top notch drivers Richard, Jose and Monica drove my buses and were amazing. Although I have not met the owner I have talked with him on the phone and he is very helpful and friendly. Thank you Highline. read more

I debated writing this review - because sometimes when you find a great company you want to keep them all to yourself so they don't get too busy.. But I will take the chance because Highline is such a professional company. We used them for transport to and from San Diego to LAX. Amazing service. Our driver had to wait for us on the way back from London as our flight was delayed for 4 hours. He was still there early just to be safe and had just a great attitude. We also used to take my daughter and her friends to the Tim McGraw concert in Chula Vista. Again, timely, professional, knowledgeable. Oh and the connections - we were in and out so quickly right to the front! A true VIP experience. This is the only company I will use and recommend! read more

I have used this transportation company before and have been very pleased with their service. The driver that we had was very friendly and quick to respond. The price quoted was the price charge and there was no hassle. I intend to use this service whenever I need it again and would recommend it to anyone! read more

My girlfriends and I decided we needed a night out on the town and we decided to book with Highline Charter. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service we received. Aside from the prompt and friendly service, our limo was impeccable. There were no random stains from previous newbie partier's or any obscene odors (smoke/puke/sex) that radiated from the seats or ceiling! Lol. Believe me we have booked with other charter services and have had horrible experiences in the past. Glad we found Highline Charter and we will definitely bring our future business to them. HC really shows their pride in ownership and excels at customer service. Highly recommended for any occasion. read more

Highline Charter saved us. After a complete cluster with Carpe Diem bailing on us 2 days before our wedding, we were able to get in touch with Fahri here, who was quick to help us, gave us some great options and pricing, and got us back on track in no time at all for the wedding. Anyone who has planned their own wedding knows the kind of panic that is induced by a vendor bailing on you 48 hrs before (especially on Friday before a holiday weekend!) .... these guys truly came to the rescue. We could not be more grateful!!! read more

I found Highline Charter on Yelp and after calling over 15 other places for a 20-30 passenger limo for my mom's 65th birthday, their prices were competitive. I initially spoke with Natasha. She was extremely professional and helpful and was able to make our reservation. Due to issues with my e-mail, I had to call back the following day and spoke with Natasha. Natasha was equally as nice and professional and was apologetic for the confusion, even though it was an issue on my end with my e-mail. The day of the event (7/19/14), the 30 passenger bus was supposed to pick us up at 6pm. I received a call from our driver, Annette at 5:45pm, stating that she was there and ready whenever we were. Annette was professional, funny and nice. She was prepared to take us where we needed to go, waited for us where she said she would and we had no issues. I highly, highly recommend Highline Charter!!! Professional, accomodating and nice. read more

I'd give them a zero if I could. They canceled on me within 10 days of my event. We had seven buses contracted with them and they gave me a bogus reason for canceling and were unwilling to help me find a charter company that could accommodate us. Totally unprofessional and horrible customer service read more

Highlline Charter handled the transportation needs for our wedding and did a super job! We had two coaches and they shuttled the wedding party and guests from the hotel to the venue. They made multiple trips and there wasn't one mistake. We really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. It was great to be able to provide this service for our guests, so they didn't have to drive after a night of celebration. It was an amazing night and they helped make it perfect! read more

We used Highline Charter for group airport pickups and they are amazing! Great customer service, so friendly and very responsive! I receive a phone call 2 days before all my groups' arrivals/departure confirming pickup locations and time, as well as the driver's name and cell phone number. Airport pickups are a HUGE part of our company's reputation and highline has done a phenomenal job helping us get our groups to and from where they need to go. Vanessa is my contact person and she is always on top of things and makes sure everything is in order! read more

Highline provided transportation to move 130 guests from the outdoor wedding at our home in Point Loma to another venue on the water for dancing. They were spot-on reliable and punctual, and their buses impressed everyone for the luxury and comfort of their interiors. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Reliable, professional, knowledgeable. With only a few weeks left before my wedding (Nov 2, 2013) other charter companies were quoting me astronomical rates. Highline Charter offered extremely affordable rates, even when selecting multiple vehicles to accommodate all my passengers. Highline keeps competitive by offering 4 hour minimum blocks and one way trips, saving you from paying for a charter bus that's parked during your photos and reception. Everyone else? Wanted to bill for the whole time, costing three times as much. It gets better though, as Highline Charter had just bought a full size charter bus, and quoted me a lower price for the single large bus rather than the two smaller shuttles. The integrity? Highline would not commit to the large bus bid until it could be fully licensed and certified. I figured that even if they did get the bus paperwork in order, they'd go ahead and send me the smaller shuttles since they'd make a bit more money on it. I was wrong. They got the paperwork together and stood behind the lower price. Reliable? You bet. Showed up early or right on time for all pickups and drop offs, in the right spot at the right time. Knowledgeable: The driver adapted to the San Diego weekend traffic on the fly and got my guests to and from without fail. These are not the minute details you want to be involved in when getting married. You need to be able to trust your driver, especially when you have the tight time frame we were working on (three locations, multiple runs, designated loading areas and times scheduled in advance with the hotel and church, military base access, zero margin). I did and it paid off. Lastly, I dropped the ball and forgot to send the credit card authorization in before the event. I called an hour before pick up the day of the event: no problem. Took my card over the phone and confirmed the driver was on schedule. Highline Charter is the only company I would trust my family and friends with, they have my highest recommendation read more

Highline was referred to us by our wedding coordinator. We wanted a shuttle to transport our wedding party and guests between the ceremony location in Balboa Park and the reception in Shelter Island as a convenience to all due to the difficulties with parking on a Sunday at both places. It proved to be worthwhile! Highline has a a nice selection of fleet vehicles to choose from. We were helped at first by Vanessa then Natasha; both were excellent. Moreover, our contract was for 5 hours of service. When we actually went over that day by a half hour, Highline's owner waived the extra 30 minute charge for us. We definitely recommend Highline for transportation needs. read more

Used Highline Charter for a wedding and they were incredibly helpful and patient. After many emails they helped me decide on a schedule that was efficient and affordable. They showed up on time, clean, and with friendly drivers. They also let my husband come to the yard to tour the buses before we booked them. Highly recommend! read more

I hired one of their busses for a family reunion trip to Vegas. It does not get any better. The bus showed up even earlier than promised (5:30 AM). It was clean and still smelled and looked new. The driver was extremely helpful and informative. He was ready to drive us to Hoover Dam from Vegas even though it was not in our original deal for a nominal fee. We were glad to pay it considering what it saved us had we stayed at the table LOL. I do not hire charter busses often, and I am a very meticulous person, but I cannot see how they can improve on their service. Overall, great service, fantastic bus, VERY reasonable prices. Believe me; I shopped around quiet a bit before hiring them. read more

Friendly, On time, and they are lovely. Best Charter Bus Company in San Diego. Thank you, Margaret, Fahri!! You got my 5 star!!!!

Super satisfied with using Highline transportation for my wedding guests! We booked (2) 56-passenger coaches for our guests and everything went very smoothly. From the start of reaching out and working with Natasha on coordinating times and drop offs to handling payment and contract via online - their drivers were on time, professional, and flexible too! I reached out to multiple companies in the area and felt that their prices were competitive so thanks Natasha! read more

Highline Charter provided us with our wedding transportation including shuttles for all the guests and pick-ups for the bride and groom. They were great!! They're so easy to work with and very accommodating. Overall, their shuttles are very nice, their prices are more affordable than other companies, and their customer service is amazing. read more

I am only giving 4 stars because our need for a charter bus was cancelled. With that said I would definitely use this company they give great customer service. I started my emails with Sim, then Natasha. I must have asked 20 questions on several emails. Natasha responded quickly and was thorough will all her answers. Great job. read more

Thank you, Junior. You always do a superb job and it's always a great ride with you! Keep up the good work!

Hired Highline at the last minute on a Friday night to drive around a group of bachelorettes on a Saturday in gaslamp. It was late on Friday when I made the reservation and Fahri got right back to me. The price I was quoted was super competative and the bus was awesome, professionalism at its best! He even rolled with the punches when the bachelorettes got a little wild at the end of the evening. I paid in cash and when I checked my email the next day, I noticed that Fahri had already emailed me a receipt. Super impressive, would recommend Highline to everyone in San Diego! read more

This review is for the great customer service I received from Lydia at Highline Charter! About 1.5 weeks before our wedding, our transportation accommodations fell through and we were frantically looking for 2 shuttles to transport 60 guests. Highline was recommended to me by another company and although they had some available shuttles, they didn't have exactly what we needed. I thought it was a dead end, but an hour later Lydia called me back and said that she's been trying to come up with ways to transport our guests because it was my wedding day and I shouldn't worry. How sweet of her! She worked out a few options with her boss, sent a quote immediately and assured me that we shouldn't be stressed. Although we ended up going with another company that suited our needs a little better, I can't say enough about the amazing and thoughtful customer service that Lydia had provided! Thank you Lydia! read more

Each year the Friends of Scott Foundation takes a group of kids and their families to a Padres Baseball game. With provide transportation from and to Rady's Childrens/Petco Park.
