I recently booked with Black Onyx for a work event and had an incredible experience all around. Monica, the owner was very accommodating and kind. She responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and during the booking process, Monica was always friendly and responsive in answering questions. The driver showed up exactly on time and he was also incredibly kind and patient with our long drive/event. We had a few adjustments that needed to be made to our route last minute and there was zero issue in accommodating them. Monica even was so kind to decorate the bus for the birthday passenger! I will be using Black Onyx again in the future and will recommend them to any future friends/family or clients. Thanks Monica! read more

We booked the Silver Bullet for my daughter and 16 of her friends for her 14th birthday party. From booking to execution, Monica (owner) was extremely responsive and reliable. She answered all my questions via text within the same day and sometimes within minutes. Monica gave us a complimentary upgrade to the white diamond x which was really nice, clean and well maintained. My daughter and her friends had a great time and my daughter is still talking about the party. They were on a strict time schedule for each stop and Monica (who was also the driver) got them to all of their stops on time. My daughter had a little bit of trouble connecting to the Bluetooth, but once that was figured out, she had the best time. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Let me start by saying that I am very bummed I didn't take any photos of the inside of the party bus we had...it was my bachelor party so cut me a little slack ;) Seriously it was SOOOO COOL!!! LITERALLY AMAZING! SPACIOUS and CLEAN! I loved the open front window! I sat in that window the whole ride around San Diego! We chose Black Onyx because all the other Party Bus / Limo services would only take you to thier approved breweries. NOT WITH BLACK ONYX! I chose the breweries I wanted to visit and we made it to all of them! Started and Belching Beaver, then made our way over to Pure Brewing! Ended the night at Amplified Brewing! (they're next door to Pure. Literally. Lol) Next time I'm out in SD I'm definitely using their services again!! read more

Black Onyx is amazing and phenomenal! Monica, the owner, is so sweet and yet very professional! Look no further, you would not regret hiring Black Onyx! The party bus is very new, very clean, and has all the accessories (lights, music, monitors) you would want for a mobile party. I hired their services for my son's 13th birthday. The kids had such a great time. Monica knows great places where to take the kids for dessert, great photo opp and sightseeing. I canvassed several party limo companies but nothing can beat the quality and price of Black Onyx! Thank you so much for a wonderful ride, Monica! read more

Truly a fabulous company to work with. Monica was truly wonderful to work with. The party bus was, as our group of 20 high school seniors put it..."AMAZING", with the best part of the night was Derrick their driver. He was so cool, the bus so amazing that they all asked to be picked up early from the dance as they had more fun with him, yet all he did was drive but he was just "that cool"! Thank you Monica and Derrick you definitely helped create a fun memory! Thank you! read more
