Ryan arrived on time for us to show up for our reservation. He would pick us up in a few hours after dinner. Unexpectedly, we ran into some friends and the fun continued later on into the evening. I called Ryan to inform him. We would return past the agreed hour to our hotel later with alternate transportation. A day later, we were scheduled to fly home and needed reliable transportation to the airport. I called Shuttle Me and spoke to Ryan. Since, we did not use the return trip from the restaurant, he gave us credit to use to the airport. I was so pleased. I didn't even have to start that conversation!
