Used AM/PM for the first time today to get to PSP. Their entire process was great. Daisy was friendly & communicative. Their price was reasonable. Mike is a great driver (& even better gardener!) The car was spotless & left as scheduled. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and so should you!! read more

Got me to airport by 5 AM as promised. Made wake up call. Great service. I strongly recommend.

Booked an airport transfer for my mother (70) and it was such a seamless process. Communication was amazing. My mom's flight was delayed and I received a text letting me know the driver was aware of the situation and would be waiting for her. Raj was very friendly and my mom said he was quite pleasant, even after midnight! I then booked my mom's return transfer to PSP and again, booking was so easy. Mike was early for her pick-up and everything went smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your shuttle service needs. Great communication, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff. read more

I was able to book a pickup shuttle from PSP with just two hours notice. Mike, the driver, was waiting for me before my flight even landed! He was a pleasant conversationalist and a very safe driver. Mike then picked up my travel companion when she arrived a few hours later. She too was notified that he was waiting patiently before her flight had landed and waited while they waited to deplane. We were so grateful to see Mike again on Friday when we traveled back to PSP to fly home. The booking process, payments and service were top tier! read more

2 weeks ago I had to fly to Dallas for a family emergency. On my way back to Palm Springs I didn't have anybody who could pick me up at the airport. I checked Uber and the rates were very high because it was high volume pick up time. I decided to find other transportation companies to compare rates and found AM/PM which had only good reviews. I called them, talked to Daisy and sure enough their rates were much lower than Uber. I arranged for my pick up at the airport, gave them my flight number and before boarding the plane back I received a text confirming my pickup. Gilbert was waiting for me at the airport in PS in a van which was very very clean. Gilbert was courteous and very nice. From now on I will use this company whenever I arrive to Palm Springs and don't have a ride back home. I'll give them a 5 star for efficiency. read more

My experience with Am PM Shuttle was wonderful. From my first contact with Rosa, who helped me in making my reservation to Manny who picked me up & drove me from Palm Springs International to Indio, everything went exactly as planned. I have mobility issues & travel with a mobility scooter besides my luggage & it wasn't a problem. The vehicle was large enough for me & all my baggage. And Manny made the trip to Indio very enjoyable giving me suggestions on the best places to eat & places to go. I will definitely use them again for my shuttle needs. read more

We had a great experience with AM/PM Shuttle Service. We booked a shuttle service in October for a visit my sister made in December for the Christmas holiday. They kept us in the loop, they were on time (for both departure and return trips), and they monitored her flights throughout at both ends of her trip. Daisy was very helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use their service again. read more

No waiting at the airport for a pick up. Driver was waiting, identified himself and very friendly .

What an amazingly seamless experience! I cannot recommend AM/PM Shuttle Service more! I traveled to Palm Springs recently, flying in on a Tuesday afternoon and back to Sacramento late Friday morning. I received both a confirmation text and email the day before my vacation. The driver texted as well as I was retrieving my luggage upon landing. Both the shuttle van [arrival] and Lexus coupe [return] were spotless! Daisy, who handles phone inquiries and booking, is polite and sweet. Drivers were polite and professional. Thank you to AM/PM Shuttle Service for helping to make my Palm Springs a great one! read more

We reserved a car to take us from the Palm Springs airport to our hotel in Indian Wells for the tennis tournament. I didn't want the uncertainty of getting Lyft/Uber in crowded conditions, so having a set pickup time relieved that worry. We were running late to get to the tennis garden, so Mike stopped at the hotel and waited while we left our bags, and drove us on to the venue. This was so helpful and made our first visit to the area get off to a great start. Highly recommend. read more

I was in a situation where I needed a ride to the airport early in the morning. I needed to leave my AirBNB by 3 am to arrive to the airport by 4 since my flight left at 6am. I called a day before and I was able to get a ride fast and easy! I called and was told to call around to see if I could get a lower rate. By far this company was the lowest rate! My driver arrived 15 mins earlier at 2:45 am. He helped me put all my luggage in the car and was very respectful and nice! I highly recommend this company if you need a ride!! :) Thank you AM/PM shuttle for helping me get to the airport hassle free!! read more

We know there are lots of shuttle services we could use, especially for PSP shuttle, but our experience has been absolutely perfect with AM PM. In particular, our driver Mike has been great. He is a true professional, helpful, courteous and safe. Daisy, who handles our reservations, is friendly and courteous, and always ensures that our driver arrives on time. We would never consider driving to PSP from our home in Palm Desert (and parking $$$) when we know we can ride in a clean, cool AM PM car! read more

On time (always), friendly, affordable. These folks are wonderful. I am so glad I found them!

On departure.... The driver was on time even early. He was helpful and personable. All went as hoped. On return home the driver contacted us day before to reassure we had a ride. Driver was there waiting when we arrived at airport. All went well. read more

This was my first time using AM/PM Shuttle service but will not be the last. It was easy to make a reservation; the driver arrive on time (even a little early); and we had a comfortable ride to the airport. I highly recommend this company!! I'll choose them over uber moving forward. Thank you!! read more

They do not honor their pricing, I emailed to quote and they told me it would be $1200 for three days when the online price is $114 round trip/day. The vehicles aren't even nice and uber LUX would even be cheaper than that. When I asked them why they wouldn't honor it they responded saying they were 'full.' Not a good way to conduct business. read more
