We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was extremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience. read more

I contacted Amazing Limousines and also multiple other bus and transportation companies as I was put in charge of looking for airport transportation for my church as we had a large group and need to get to LAX for a mission trip. I contacted probably about 15 different companies including charter bus companies, limousine services, school bus companies, and airport van services. My church was looking for a company with a good reputation (as we had to leave the church at exactly 3am to make our flight) and we also focused on keeping the cost down, as transportation costs can be expensive especially for an entire bus. I saw this company on yelp, and it had a much better reputation than many competing bus companies and airport shuttle services. I went on the website to fill out an inquiry form and within 10 minutes the owner Art called me. I told him my groups situation, we had to get 15 people with luggage from Corona to LAX airport at 4am and then a week later in the evening pick up all 15 of them and bring them back to Corona. Art understood what I was saying and he made me an offer that was extremely competitive as it was a little less than the school bus company (which would probably be uncomfortable and have no luggage space) and not too much more expensive than the airport shuttle vans that had a bad reputation of not showing up on time. On the morning of departure, Art provided the driver's phone number and we were able to contact him and he confirmed he was on his way. When the bus arrived, there was an entire area in the back to store the large luggage and the driver helped us load. Inside the bus itself there was a lot of leg space so we could probably fit more luggage if we wanted to. The thing is that Art said at the beginning that there might not be enough room in the back for luggage but it ended up working out and everything fit. There were also sodas and waters in the bus, so some people who were thirsty drank those. Since there was only 15 of us, there were many empty seats and room to stretch out. During the drive there we felt safe and we arrived on time and had a lot of time to catch our flight. On the way back, Art also gave us the driver's number, and be let the driver know when we were finished with baggage claim. The driver arrived shortly and we had a female driver and she was helpful and since everyone was awake we played music inside the bus. Overall, the experience was great with the competitive price, on time performance, and extra things that made the trip better than expected. There are a few improvements I would suggest also, so the company can improve more. First of all, the bus looked to have a few sticky drink spills that should have probably been cleaned beforehand, but I understand if the bus is constantly being operated, there might not be time to clean. Second of all, the website should be updated if possible to reflect the actual product. I do not know if Amazing Limousines has multiple buses in their fleet, as both times, the bus we got was the same, but maybe different buses are used for different sized groups. According to the image on the website, the party bus looks to be built on a Ford E-series van cutaway platform that says it can hold from 10 to 30 passengers. The bus we ended up with was a Grech Motors GM33 on the Ford F-600 platform. The bus we ended up with was obviously an upgrade from the one listed on the website, but maybe for those who are extremely particular, have a picture of the actual bus on the website, so they know exactly the product they are paying for. Like I said I am not fully sure if this image on the website should be changed because maybe the company has a small E-450 bus that they use for smaller groups. Art was so professional and easy to work with to arrange our trip to and from LAX. Our driver, Zane, texted me in the morning and arrived early with a Mercedes Sprinter Van to take all 9 of us plus our checked luggage. Zane is a very good driver and I felt like we were in good hands. On the way back we had a delay in our flight. Art said "no problem, we'll get you taken care of". Zane was also our driver on the way back. He maneuvered that large Mercedes Van very safely and skillfully through the heavy LAX traffic. I will definitely use this limousine service again! This was a five star review from the very beginning, I dealt directly with the owner, such a sweet guy. I was booking a 30 person Party Bus for my Wedding and we chatted back and forth confirming everything, and I confirmed the morning of as well. I was very relieved as other companies that I spoke to on the phone seemed unorganized and untrustworthy. So now fast forward to pickup, I'm walking down the hill of my Airbnb all ready to get to the venue to change into my dress with all my girls, and my mom... and this is where it goes to a 1 star. I look down at the bottom of the hill and there is a hummer limo waiting for me. This is not what I agreed to, but most importantly this was something that I knew my grandmother was going to have a tough time getting into, which is why I BOOKED a party bus. At that point there was nothing I could do. I got in, my mom arranged more help for my grandma (when they came back to pick her up) but my grandma told me how terrible it was and how she almost didn't make it in the limo. I was livid. When the girls and I got in, the limo was Hot, the air conditioning either wasn't working or Zane, our driver, didn't turn on the air. After I spoke to the groomsmen who were the first to get a ride, they told me that they had the air on full blast as the driver had not turned on the air for them beforehand. They asked Zane to make sure to keep the air on while he went to pick up the girls because we all had our makeup done and it was a warm day. When we got dropped off, we told the driver that at the end of the night we would need to be picked up the same place he was dropping us off. It was about 11:20 and I finally called him and asked where he was and he said he'd been waiting for us down below and now we were going to go over the time. I was enraged. It was the only thing in my entire wedding that went ary, my grandma didn't even bother getting back in there, she ended up getting a ride home so she didn't have to try and get in and out of the stupid hummer limo. I specifically told the guy originally that it had to be a party bus so that my grandma could walk in and get in and out of it easy. Awful. So awful. read more

My son found Amazing Limousines from Yelp. After he spoke to the owner, Art, then he suggested Amazing Limousines to his group of friends for the ride to prom. All of them were excited about riding in the Mercedes Sprinter limo van to prom. However few of the moms were concerned, so I personally called Art and addressed concerns that moms had. Art is super friendly and accommodating. He delivered everything that moms were asking for and plus some. Finally all the moms approved their teenagers to ride in the limo van. Art knew we have few nervous moms so he personally drove the limo van and took our teenagers to the prom. He delivered an awesome limo van experience to our teenagers.
