I didn't end upon using the service but I thought that their customer service was worth reviewing. I asked for a quote on Yelp and they were super fast and communication was easy. I got a great deal from Ontario area to LAX. I did not want to bring two bulky car seats with me on my travel and Affluence provided them for a fee! Top notch service! I booked this company for my transportation to and from LAX for my trip to Mexico. The driver was on time and very friendly. The interior is very new and modern and bottles of water are ready for you in the holders. The ride was very smooth both ways. Most of the time when I have friends picking me up from LAX, they're always delayed with traffic but our ride was right on time and I got home very quickly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Affluence Executive Transport was more than we expected. I had a Saturday, family gathering for Labor Day and had family coming from 4 different counties. I really wanted my mother to attend but she is elderly and cannot drive at night. She lives about 40 miles from the venue and it wasn't feasible for me to go pick her up as I was hosting. So, my brother contacted Affluence Executive Transport. We understood Greg was the main driver, but my mother refused to get in a car with a "Man". Affluence Executive Transport made sure my mother was comfortable and Alicia volunteered to drive my mother to and from the venue. Alicia not only took care of our mom, and made her feel safe and comfortable, she kept us briefed from start to finish. She even called and texted us as she walked my mom to her front door, making sure she was safely in the house before departing.
