This was without a doubt, the most amazing shuttle service we have ever had. We were taking a cruise ship and they kept changing what time we had to be there in the morning and they worked with us completely. We needed two car seats and a stepstool to get into the van. They had everything they were there a half an hour Our driver Doreen was amazing They were doing construction around the port and she allowed for Time and literally dropped us off just as it was time for us to walk on the ship. I requested a vehicle that could accommodate four pieces of luggage and a stroller. I also requested a forward facing car seat. The quoted price was very reasonable. This company is a class act. We needed a round trip ride from IE to LAX. All the staff were exceptional. I had lots of questioned before I booked and Maria was so patient and helpful. She made the booking process so easy. Then Sophnia picked us up for our trip to lax and she was early. They took my family and parents to lax from Fontana heading to lax airport was a breeze and on time. Perfect transport east and our luggage for seven people was comfortable. For our return after a twelve hour flight we were disappointed with our pick up at lax the female chofer was over two hours late it was not cool.
