Can we talk about STELLAR customer service?!? I found these guys on Yelp when I was in a tight bind at work having to transport a crew last minute. When it looked like there was no light at the end of my tunnel, these guys came in and shined a mighty bright light!! Lol! Before I start my detailed review, the reason for the 3 stars is purely based off my conversation with the owner, Dale, who put me in a very frustrating situation which I will detail in this post. If it wasn't for that conversation, I would rate the service and driver 5 stars. I booked their services for 2 days (Friday and Saturday) to have 13 of me and my friends transported from a cabin in Running Springs to NOS event Center. They were scheduled to pick us up and drop us off both ways for both days. Booking on the phone with Maria and Jenine went seamlessly and they accommodated all the changes I needed to make and were the sweetest on the phone. The bus was clean, could seat up to 14 people, and it made transportation that much easier for us so we didn't have to rely on Uber. Prices were a bit high, but we were paying for convenience and didn't mind. Saturday is where things went downhill. We were originally scheduled to get picked up at our cabin at 3pm. I called about 2 hours before if we can push it back to 4pm, and the dispatcher said that would be ok. Not mentioning that it would cause a problem. If it would cause a problem, I would've kept the original time. At about 3pm, Dale calls me and says that the driver had told him he was driving in Icy conditions the night before since it had snowed in running springs, however, the roads were CLEAR, no snow no ice, only on the side of the road. Dale said that his drivers were not trained to drive in ice or snow, making it dangerous and a liability for our driver to pick us up late at night from the event, thus, needing to cancel our ride back... leaving 13 of us stranded! He kept saying he was the only one that was experienced in driving in those conditions but was currently in North Carolina setting us their business there and went on a 5 min rant about how he's a truck driver and how experienced he was. His experience does us no good when you aren't physically here to drive us... I understand that he didn't want to put his driver at risk, nor is at risk too, however, it is not the client's fault to worry about the conditions. If they frequent that area with business, they should have done their research to see how the weather would be and if they would be able to drive in those conditions.. the client should be able to trust that the research has been done! Then Dale goes and tells me it's the dispatcher's fault for saying it's ok the driver can come at 4pm, and that that mistake will be taken out of her paycheck. I find that to be EXTREMELY inappropriate to tell me that to make me feel guilty or something. He blames the dispatchers for not knowing about the weather conditions, but it only reflects his training to everyone in the company. At the end of the conversation, he said he would contact local sheriffs to ensure we don't need snow chains for the drive (although I told him multiple times there's no snow or ice in the road, as we drove up there ourselves and we were not high up in the mountain), and will let us know if the driver can pick us up. After we hung up, I cried so much out of frustration and thinking about the possibility of us not finding a ride home (after concert events, getting an Uber or Lyft is entirely impossible) 2 hours later he said it's ok and we get picked up at our scheduled time. The driver is dope and took care of us. Other than that conversation, things were good. I would just make sure when booking during the winter time, you make sure they're aware of the cold conditions, otherwise they'll cancel on you read more

Absolutely THE best shuttle service we have ever used! Our driver, Conrad, was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and helpful! He arrived early for our trip from Beaumont to LAX, and ensured our party of 5 was comfortable for the trip. His driving was excellent, and we were very impressed by his knowledge of maneuvering the insane traffic of LAX. We were so impressed with Conrad, we immediately asked for him to be our driver when we returned a couple of weeks later. Conrad, along with the staff at MST, kept in constant communication with us after our arrival at LAX. He met us at the exact location agreed upon, and took great care again ensuring our comfort and safety in driving us back home to Beaumont. We are first timers in taking or booking any shuttles or public transportation, we always book our flights/trips around other people schedules and we rely on friends or family members for transportation but this time around my mom and sister needed transportation to LAX from Yucaipa at 4am so we had no option but to book a shuttle. I was hesitant about booking with MST because they're prices were much affordable then other transportation companies and I was expecting a hidden fee. There is a reason why they have 5 stars. Booking is very smooth and easy, prices are reasonably affordable (not cheap but affordable) and the driver arrive 15-20 minutes early (mind you... this was at 4am) and while my mom and sister were getting picked up... I was receiving texts from the driver/company about what was currently happening in that moment: "approaching address" "arrived" "passengers are loading and are now inside the vehicle" "passengers reached their destination" etc. And according to my family members, the driver Bolaji, was really nice and polite and the drive to LAX was very smooth. 5 stars all the way. My family of 11 and I recently traveled to Hawaii and Conrad was our driver. He helped to make our transportation to and from LAX seamless which is not an easy feat when traveling with such a large party, not to mention two babies and their car seats haha. Maria was my first interaction with the company on the phone and she was so pleasant, sweet and helpful. She made sure to confirm all the details and accommodated all parts of my booking. I started booking my vacation in September. We live in Fontana and didn't want to leave cars at the San Diego airport so we booked Modern Shuttle. LET ME TELL YOU!!! They are amazing. First of all, don't sleep on getting a shuttle. Then don't use a different company. Modern shuttle has amazing customer service and support from booking to the very end! The simplicity of having everyone at one destination and not having to worry about driving was awesome. There were 11 of us. I was so worried about being able to fit. We had 2 big car seats, 2 strollers, 11 suitcases, 11 carryon bags, misc items and we all fit! The first night we were picked up by Sophina and she was really nice! She was on time, very helpful with our luggage and got us to the airport on time. Even asked what we wanted to listen to. Just a nice lady. On the way home, Allan picked us up. He was also very nice! He was very helpful, funny and drove very safe. Actually both drivers were very safe! This was just a really great experience and I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again. We used this company for airport transportation for a long overdue vacation. Traveling can be stressful, and they totally take the stress of getting to and from the airport out of the equation. Both drivers are friendly and professional. Great music in both vehicles. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. The drivers were on time or early. Great communication, and the company is always there for any questions or concerns. I loved the fact that I did not have to worry about a rideshare driver canceling on us, nor did I have to wait to be matched with a driver. My husband and I were traveling on different days from Hawaii to LAX. My husband had two dogs in kennels as well as couple of tubs. I was traveling with 3 tubs,a suitcase and two carry on bags. I called Maria and Explained the difficult task of each of us traveling alone with so much luggage. She was able to set us up each with a van pick up from LAX and drop us off at our relatives house. The professionalism of this company is apparent from the start. They send confirmations, a text 24 hours before they arrive, and detailed texts when they are at the airport and how to get ahold of them so that they can pick you up, curbside, as soon as they walk out the door With your luggage; Which is a blessing at LAX airport especially.The van was on time, the drivers were professional, helpful, and friendly. There is a gratuity added in when you confirm your reservation, but we gave them an extra tip as well,;because the service was so much appreciated and they made our traveling less hectic. I did not have to wait for the fly away, I did not have to have my sister get up at four in the morning to come get us, it was, overall, an excellent experience. They even accommodated me with a problem I had with a date mistake that I made: That was totally my fault and I did not expect them to accommodate me, but they did! Our driver Jacob arrived on time, was very helpful loading our group's luggage. The van looked new, windows washed; was very clean. Jacob was a good driver. Since Super Shuttle has stopped serving Inland Empire (at least Calimesa/Yucaipa area), we found MST to be perfect for LAX runs. Recommend highly. On some shuttle rides we've taken with other companies in the past, we have felt thrashed with old vans with poor shocks. Not the case with MST - very smooth ride. read more

This is one of the top notch transportation companies and I've used them all. They are timely, keep you abreast of who the driver is, what time they will arrive, and what time you will arrive at your destination. I didnt want to use Black coach shuttle services due to how expensive it from the last time I used their services which was over $210 which was back in 2018. With the cost of inflation coming up I am sure Black coach would be close to $300 so I decided to look else where. There i discovered MST. The prices are fair with 10% discount for veterans. I went with the economy round trip. I was expecting a small sedan to pick me up but it was a small minivan which i was pleasantly surprised. PROPS goes to Conrad who was my driver to come in on time from Riverside to LAX and back again. Customer service was friendly and ride was clean.
