Awesome service! Sophina was our driver and she was kind, friendly, courteous, and professional. I will definitely be reaching out to Modern Shuttle again for my next ride and request Sophina again. Highly recommend using this company for all your shuttle needs! read more

MST is a great company and one I will be using again. Their communication skills are outstanding. Victor was our driver on the way to our cruise and was prompt and efficient. Elijah picked us up from the cruise and waited for us through customs and was another relaxing ride. If you are looking for a great company look no further. Thank you again. read more

Outstanding Conrad is the man thanks so much for everything I was so comfortable riding with you

Can we talk about STELLAR customer service?!? I found these guys on Yelp when I was in a tight bind at work having to transport a crew last minute. When it looked like there was no light at the end of my tunnel, these guys came in and shined a mighty bright light!! Lol! Seriously, they go above and beyond for us as far as transportation is involved. They are on top of things at all times. They provide transportation services for us worldwide. They always respond, and know what they're doing! Don't think about it, USE THEM! I promise, you won't regret it! This is a privately run company, and I am so happy to use them! Every transaction is pleasant. Glad to do business with them read more

Before I start my detailed review, the reason for the 3 stars is purely based off my conversation with the owner, Dale, who put me in a very frustrating situation which I will detail in this post. If it wasn't for that conversation, I would rate the service and driver 5 stars. I booked their services for 2 days (Friday and Saturday) to have 13 of me and my friends transported from a cabin in Running Springs to NOS event Center. They were scheduled to pick us up and drop us off both ways for both days. Booking on the phone with Maria and Jenine went seamlessly and they accommodated all the changes I needed to make and were the sweetest on the phone. The bus was clean, could seat up to 14 people, and it made transportation that much easier for us so we didn't have to rely on Uber. Prices were a bit high, but we were paying for convenience and didn't mind. Saturday is where things went downhill. We were originally scheduled to get picked up at our cabin at 3pm. I called about 2 hours before if we can push it back to 4pm, and the dispatcher said that would be ok. Not mentioning that it would cause a problem. If it would cause a problem, I would've kept the original time. At about 3pm, Dale calls me and says that the driver had told him he was driving in Icy conditions the night before since it had snowed in running springs, however, the roads were CLEAR, no snow no ice, only on the side of the road. Dale said that his drivers were not trained to drive in ice or snow, making it dangerous and a liability for our driver to pick us up late at night from the event, thus, needing to cancel our ride back... leaving 13 of us stranded! He kept saying he was the only one that was experienced in driving in those conditions but was currently in North Carolina setting us their business there and went on a 5 min rant about how he's a truck driver and how experienced he was. His experience does us no good when you aren't physically here to drive us... I understand that he didn't want to put his driver at risk, nor is at risk too, however, it is not the client's fault to worry about the conditions. If they frequent that area with business, they should have done their research to see how the weather would be and if they would be able to drive in those conditions.. the client should be able to trust that the research has been done! Then Dale goes and tells me it's the dispatcher's fault for saying it's ok the driver can come at 4pm, and that that mistake will be taken out of her paycheck. I find that to be EXTREMELY inappropriate to tell me that to make me feel guilty or something. He blames the dispatchers for not knowing about the weather conditions, but it only reflects his training to everyone in the company. At the end of the conversation, he said he would contact local sheriffs to ensure we don't need snow chains for the drive (although I told him multiple times there's no snow or ice in the road, as we drove up there ourselves and we were not high up in the mountain), and will let us know if the driver can pick us up. After we hung up, I cried so much out of frustration and thinking about the possibility of us not finding a ride home (after concert events, getting an Uber or Lyft is entirely impossible) 2 hours later he said it's ok and we get picked up at our scheduled time. The driver is dope and took care of us. Other than that conversation, things were good. I would just make sure when booking during the winter time, you make sure they're aware of the cold conditions, otherwise they'll cancel on you read more

Amazing service! And great communication. I'm definitely gonna use them again for the future

Amazing service! Pickup and drop-off were amazing. Both drivers are professional and friendly.

EDIT: Owner made things right. Overall Modern Shuttle is a good company. I can appreciate a business owner who takes the time to reach out to customers for clarification on how they can improve read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I used MST for the first time in August and I really cannot say enough high praises. Maria was my first interaction with the company on the phone and she was so pleasant, sweet and helpful. She made sure to confirm all the details and accommodated all parts of my booking. Kay was our driver for the event and again STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our pick up location was a little difficult to find as it was from a concert venue and she was beyond patient while we tried to find one another in the parking lot. Never once did she get frustrated or give up and I was so grateful. They both went above and beyond for me from start of booking to end of trip! Book with MST you will not regret it!!! I will definitely be using this company again! read more

Absolutely THE best shuttle service we have ever used! Our driver, Conrad, was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and helpful! He arrived early for our trip from Beaumont to LAX, and ensured our party of 5 was comfortable for the trip. His driving was excellent, and we were very impressed by his knowledge of maneuvering the insane traffic of LAX. We were so impressed with Conrad, we immediately asked for him to be our driver when we returned a couple of weeks later. Conrad, along with the staff at MST, kept in constant communication with us after our arrival at LAX. He met us at the exact location agreed upon, and took great care again ensuring our comfort and safety in driving us back home to Beaumont. Even though it was very late, he remained friendly and kind, helping our elderly group get safely back home. We are clients forever of MST, you are THE best! Conrad, we love you! read more

This is the second round trip we've used MST for in 2 years. Both trips were to LAX and back. They are excellent at communicating, very timely and gratuity is included in the overall price. This last trip during a busy pre-Thanksgiving weekend went so smoothly and was stress free with our wonderful driver Sophina! Thanks MST, we can't wait to have another trip planned so we can ride with you again!!! read more

Stop looking, you found your shuttle. These guys are great, door to door service to and from LAX. Superb communication, text-messages every step of the way. Once on board they made sure we were aware of the pick-up process from the airport to make things as smooth as possible. My family loved this service, we will definitely book with them again. read more

Transport from Lax and return to Lax after week in Anahiem. This company is professional and second to none, Amazing staff and Drivers. Communication was top notch. We are first timers in taking or booking any shuttles or public transportation, we always book our flights/trips around other people schedules and we rely on friends or family members for transportation but this time around my mom and sister needed transportation to LAX from Yucaipa at 4am so we had no option but to book a shuttle. I was hesitant about booking with MST because they're prices were much affordable then other transportation companies and I was expecting a hidden fee. There is a reason why they have 5 stars. Booking is very smooth and easy, prices are reasonably affordable (not cheap but affordable) and the driver arrive 15-20 minutes early (mind you... this was at 4am) and while my mom and sister were getting picked up... I was receiving texts from the driver/company about what was currently happening in that moment: "approaching address" "arrived" "passengers are loading and are now inside the vehicle" "passengers reached their destination" etc. And according to my family members, the driver Bolaji, was really nice and polite and the drive to LAX was very smooth. 5 stars all the way. It was a stress free experience. I would be definitely booking again. I highly recommend their service! Hands down! read more

1000% recommend!! If your looking for affordable and super reliable service, look no further then modern shuttle transportation! They were super professional, friendly, and reliable. My family of 11 and I recently traveled to Hawaii and Conrad was our driver. He helped to make our transportation to and from LAX seamless which is not an easy feat when traveling with such a large party, not to mention two babies and their car seats haha. He stayed on top of our flight info and was very easy to reach at all times. Also, incredibly helpful when we left a bag behind in the shuttle saving it safely for my mom until we picked it up :] truly a blessing to have found this transportation service on Yelp and had to add to the goodness! Thank you Conrad for helping to run such an awesome service!! Blessings :] read more

Bait and switch. Booked transport from airport online on their site. Few day later they call and say that the price is wrong online and its actually over $300 more. Don't have online reservations if you can't handle it. read more

Absolutely recommend MST. It is our first time using MST for drop off and airport pickup, and their service is top notch. Both Elijah and Allen our drivers are on time and very communicative. Will continue to use their service for future travels! read more

I started booking my vacation in September. We live in Fontana and didn't want to leave cars at the San Diego airport so we booked Modern Shuttle. LET ME TELL YOU!!! They are amazing. First of all, don't sleep on getting a shuttle. Then don't use a different company. Modern shuttle has amazing customer service and support from booking to the very end! The simplicity of having everyone at one destination and not having to worry about driving was awesome. There were 11 of us. I was so worried about being able to fit. We had 2 big car seats, 2 strollers, 11 suitcases, 11 carryon bags, misc items and we all fit! The first night we were picked up by Sophina and she was really nice! She was on time, very helpful with our luggage and got us to the airport on time. Even asked what we wanted to listen to. Just a nice lady. On the way home, Allan picked us up. He was also very nice! He was very helpful, funny and drove very safe. Actually both drivers were very safe! This was just a really great experience and I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again. I didn't take pictures but the vans were nice looking, clean and I LOVED the temperature in them. Nice and cool! read more

We used this company for airport transportation for a long overdue vacation. Traveling can be stressful, and they totally take the stress of getting to and from the airport out of the equation. Both drivers are friendly and professional. Great music in both vehicles. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. The drivers were on time or early. Great communication, and the company is always there for any questions or concerns. I loved the fact that I did not have to worry about a rideshare driver canceling on us, nor did I have to wait to be matched with a driver. They are 100% worth the price, and we will definitely use them again. And best of all, they are a local small, veteran-owned business. 11/10 recommend!! read more

Conrad was amazing, we love MST and use them as our primary service!!!!! We want to keep Conrad on our speed dial!!!

We have only high praises for Modern Shuttle/ Riverside, CA!!!! They were on time, easy to communicate with, warm and friendly, and safe drivers. Our drivers were Jacob to LAX and Devin, on our return home from LAX. Both young men were exceptionally pleasant, courteous and professional. We are recommending Modern Shuttle to all our traveling friends and family! They are now our "go to" airport shuttle company! The Daniels read more

Our driver Jacob arrived on time, was very helpful loading our group's luggage. The van looked new, windows washed; was very clean. Jacob was a good driver. Since Super Shuttle has stopped serving Inland Empire (at least Calimesa/Yucaipa area), we found MST to be perfect for LAX runs. Recommend highly. On some shuttle rides we've taken with other companies in the past, we have felt thrashed with old vans with poor shocks. Not the case with MST - very smooth ride. read more

This is the best Shuttle in the world. Their attention to detail and value is above all the others! We will never use anyone but them. Fantastic people. It is like talking to your own family (assuming your family are good people)! read more

Our experience with MST was so amazing. Traveling from overseas with 3 kids was challenging but MST make it easy and hassle free from the start until drop off. Thank you very much and will definitely use MST again and without doubt recomend it to my Family and Friends. read more

This is one of the top notch transportation companies and I've used them all. They are timely, keep you abreast of who the driver is, what time they will arrive, and what time you will arrive at your destination. They even let someone else know that you've been picked up and on the way. The driver is courteous, and friendly. And to top it off, they are less expensive than many of the other companies out there. Can't believe they give better service and are less expensive than all the ones I've worked with over the past two years, so I hope to stick with this one, and know that I'll be picked up timely, and not have to worry that they forgot about me. I love their service. read more

My husband and I were traveling on different days from Hawaii to LAX. My husband had two dogs in kennels as well as couple of tubs. I was traveling with 3 tubs,a suitcase and two carry on bags. I called Maria and Explained the difficult task of each of us traveling alone with so much luggage. She was able to set us up each with a van pick up from LAX and drop us off at our relatives house. The professionalism of this company is apparent from the start. They send confirmations, a text 24 hours before they arrive, and detailed texts when they are at the airport and how to get ahold of them so that they can pick you up, curbside, as soon as they walk out the door With your luggage; Which is a blessing at LAX airport especially. The van was on time, the drivers were professional, helpful, and friendly. There is a gratuity added in when you confirm your reservation, but we gave them an extra tip as well,;because the service was so much appreciated and they made our traveling less hectic. I did not have to wait for the fly away, I did not have to have my sister get up at four in the morning to come get us, it was, overall, an excellent experience. They even accommodated me with a problem I had with a date mistake that I made: That was totally my fault and I did not expect them to accommodate me, but they did! I would give this company a five star rating and I will be using them in the future for all of my travels. Sincerely, Mr. and Mrs. Halama read more

Great service, was on time and handled our large family very well. Will definitely use them again!

Maria was great with all of the pre-trip paperwork. And Dan, the driver, was AWESOME!!! He arrived two hours early, communicated well, was extremely professional, and anticipated potential travel problems for us. OUTSTANDING, WORRY-FREE EXPERIENCE for our party of 51!!!! read more

First time ever using an airport shuttle and we were VERY pleased. It was such a relief to not have to worry about my husband having to make the long drive to LAX before an even longer flight. It was also a relief to him to not have to worry about me dropping him off at LAX. The driver was on-time (3 am!!), very polite and professional. Will definitely use again read more

I didnt want to use Black coach shuttle services due to how expensive it from the last time I used their services which was over $210 which was back in 2018. With the cost of inflation coming up I am sure Black coach would be close to $300 so I decided to look else where. There i discovered MST. The prices are fair with 10% discount for veterans. I went with the economy round trip. I was expecting a small sedan to pick me up but it was a small minivan which i was pleasantly surprised. PROPS goes to Conrad who was my driver to come in on time from Riverside to LAX and back again. Customer service was friendly and ride was clean. I will definitely use their services again ij the future read more

MST is always on the ball, when it comes to pick-up and drop off. This was our second time using them to fly into and out of LAX. On our return trip back from Oregon, our flights were canceled a couple of times. Once for Forrest fire, once for extreme heat wave. Through it all, MST was responsive in communicating with us and extremely flexible in changing their driver schedules to meet us when our flight finally arrived at LAX. Our driver Glenn was very professional and made us feel at home, even during rush-hour on the 10 fwy. Thanks Maria for your help when we were running ragged trying to find an open flight back to Corona. read more
