We had a very bad experience with another shuttle service 3 yrs ago, so we were not sure about trying another. I called MHT & was very pleased with the information & rates I was given. This company is very professionally run & cares about the needs of its customers. We had had an extremely hassle free & pleasant experience with this company. I would definitely recommend them 100%. We used MST for round trip airport transportation to LAX. From start to finish I was really impressed. The communication is amazing and you always know what's going on. The day prior text messaging is reassuring that everything is set and then text communication when driver is on the way and/or has arrived is really great. Will definitely use MST again in the future. read more

We used MST for a family of nine, ages 4 - 70, from the I.E to LAX. The van was supper clean, cold waters and safe for the family. Driver was responsible, safe and made the hour long drive fun. Best Transportation company we've ever used hands down. read more

Modern Shuttle Transportation - Even in traffic MST was amazing. Felt like Chad Michael Murray cruising with the family through LA. - Airport Shuttles Near Me

They are on time drivers are super professional definitely I will use their service again

An excellent company! I couldn't be more happier with Modern Shuttle for making our trip to LAX so seamless. Little background, I need a shuttle company that would take my family of 8 to LAX for international travel. I found many companies that provided that service; but my issues was none of them was able to accommodate our luggage. We estimated about 12-16 suites cases (not including carry ons). Also as we were traveling with my 2.5 year old son not many had the option of the providing a child seat (as we didn't have to take ours on the plane). I found that Modern Shuttle has commercial vehicle and by law are not required child seat for kids. But as caution parents; we took our own seat and they were able to hold on it at their office and keep it secure us until we return. Scheduling the pickup arrangement was such a wonderful experience. Janet was really, really nice and had a such a calm soothing voice and I just loved talking to her just hear her voice! She provided us with the details and total cost including gratuity upfront. Janet explained the pick up process and where we would be dropped (right at our terminal). How they will track our flight back, send us text message and WhatsApp's message to communicate with any update for return day. When I need to make few changes to our arrangement, she was so courteous in providing excellent customer service. Our driver, Dale showed up right on the dot at 5:30AM. He and his partner swiftly moved all over our luggage into the shuttle and within 15 minutes we are ready to depart from our home to LAX. The shuttle was very very very clean. All the seats were in good condition (no rips/stains) and very comfortable. We made into the airport within 1.5 hours (which is excellent given traffic on our freeway). On our return we received text message 24 hours before our arrival time, another one at 12 hours before and of course the day of. Once we landed at LAX we received another confirmation that our plane landed and for us to confirm our landing. Once we cleared customs and gathered our luggage; we respond to the link sent to us via text message and Dale was there again within 15 minutes. He had complementary water bottles and Jolly Ranchers for the kiddos! We absolutely loved Modern Shuttle and will certainly use them again in the future! read more

Now that I've come across Modern Shuttle I won't use anyone else for transportation in California. I needed to arrange a ride for my daughter's first trip home from college. I sensed the owner sensed my worry of putting her in a ride with a stranger and not being there. Vick organized communication so that I got updates when my daughter did. I am forever grateful for this company taking this worry off my shoulders. bonus, my daughter said she felt like a movie star being taken to the airport. Excellent customer service, professional drivers, and top line cars. two thumbs up and five starts. read more

Great service and super responsive whenever I had a change to my pickup time. I would have given 5 stars but the cost is astounding to me; however no different when compared to other similar services. read more

We love this shuttle service! This is a newer company that knows how to do things right. They are honest and reliable. The price is comparable to other providers, the service is excellent, and the communication with the company and the drivers couldn't be better. They go out of their way to provide excellent service even when you're freaking out because you have to change plans due to cancelled flights etc.!!! Originally, we thought about using a slightly cheaper mode of transportation (Uber, Lyft) - that thought won't even cross our minds ever again!!! Needless to say we would highly recommend this family run shuttle service! read more

I have used their service going to LAX and the second time going to the port of Los Angeles in San Pedro.Very reliable, they will text you 24 hours before the trip and when the driver is on the way to pick up. It's so easy from booking talking to Maria, she explains everything. The vans are clean, and the drivers are very helpful. Sophina even drove back to our house because my husband left his cell phone on the seat. Allen our other driver is just as friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this company. read more

The FIVE STARS are for my driver Allen who is as professional as they come. And for Conrad who is the trainer and manager of these driver's!!!! Conrad, keep up the fabulous work! read more

I took a chance on Modern Shuttle when competitor failed to deliver during my previous vacation and refused to refund my money. Modern Shuttle was completely professional beginning with the ease of booking , being on time for pick up, and patiently waiting while I cleared customs to drive me safely back home. Dale is very personable and even shared travel tips on the drive to LAX. Vehicle is clean and appeared well maintained. They even provided me several bottles of water after my exhausting 12 hour return flight. I will definitely be a return customer and plan to share my GREAT experience with friends and family. Thank you Modern Shuttle for making my vacation more enjoyable by removing the stress associated with LAX. read more

After receiving terrible service from Super Shuttle we decided to try a local company and we were very happy with the results. We received emails letting us know Dale was on his way to pick up my wife and Dale was on time. My wife said he was extremely polite, professional and a very safe driver. I received email updates letting me know she was picked up and then again that she was delivered to the airport. We really appreciated these updates. We will only use MST in the future. read more

Easy booking and very friendly. We did round trip to LAX. They were very prompt and communicated with you every step of the way. I had received a text from them before I even landed that the driver was 10 minutes away. Both drivers were very friendly and fun to drive with. I will always both with MST. Also price is very reasonable. read more

The vehicle was immaculate! I have recommended Modern Shuttle Transportation to my family and friends! read more

Excellent service, clean , punctual and professional. Will definitely use again when the time arises.

Best service by far I've used many different shuttle services where you have to deal with a dispatcher to get ahold of them. This service is more personal and direct which makes the customer service outstanding. Prices are very reasonable and the van was very comfortable, good music, and most importantly Dale is a great driver. I look forward to many more vacations having a peace of mind that my transportation to and from airport will always be amazing and most importantly on time. Thanks again Dale we appreciate you !! read more

Wow! What a great experience!!!! Payment was easy via our credit card payment the day of pick up and our driver had all of our info (I.e., flight number, gate, terminal) so this made for a stress free ride. Our driver, Dale and his wife, were very accommodating always offering better inside temps, water, and music!!!!! The shuttle itself was huge and very roomy! Clean and very comfortable! There was not one thing I would change about our trip and I will definitely use them again for future rides to long distant places!!!! Great experience! read more

Extremely spacious & comfortable, driver was very friendly & got us to our destination fairly quickly. Highly to recommend.

We had the pleasure of hooking up with Dale from Modern Shuttle Transportation when we returned from a Cruise after celebrating a milestone B-Day. What was a fabulous week quickly turned to a nightmare when the original pre-paid shuttle service we hired was not able to accommodate us without a several hour wait. Dale saved the day! He was professional, courteous and graciously took several of us to our hotel and the rest of our group to the airport. We were so impressed with his service we hired him as our personal tour driver to see the sights. Dale's knowledge and expertise of the area allowed us to see many of the area highlights. Our tour was magnificent and exceeded our exceptions. We cant wait for our next trip to the Los Angeles area so we can hire Dale to take us on our next adventure. Thanks again! Linda A. read more

Great service, reasonably priced, good communication and clean, smooth safe ride. Recently used them for shuttle service to LAX from corona

Wouldn't recommend any other transportation service. I travel one a month and I know who I will be using from here on out . Thanks Dale

We hired Modern Shuttle Transportation for transport to the Disneyland Hotel for three adults and three children with car seats. We had been warned that the shuttle company that Disney recommends has been known to arrive late for pickup back to LAX so we chose Modern. Wow!!! It was an unbelievably great experience. Sophina picked us up at LAX. our flight was late, but she was right there when we advised her we had our baggage. Needing to installed the car seats was time consuming, but she kept saying that we should take our time. Conrad picked us up for our return to LAX. He arrived before the scheduled time so we didn't need to worry about that. As you can imagine, getting three little ones ready along with all the luggage for a 6:40 am pickup was challenging so we were running a bit late. Conrad was completely unruffled, just kept saying "take your time." Both Conrad and Sophina were lovely people-helpful, friendly, great drivers and patient. There is no doubt that any future trips to the LA area will include Modern Shuttle for our transportation. read more

One of the best car services I've taken. Our driver was the owner he was so nice and even had a playlist for when you're tired from traveling and going home. Will 100% book again read more

Not happy with the overall service that this company provided, I used this shuttle/transportation service for my birthday dinner from Ontario to Hollywood. For a party of 8 that was to be picked up at 5:45pm. I arrived late at 6:15pm so I was charged a wait fee of $30-(that's fine I agreed to pay it). The driver "Dale" continued to argue with my husband when I arrived...about me being late...because he had another party he had to pick up in Riverside at 830pm (not my problem) The driver brought a female passenger along with him, when my guest asked who she was Dale stated he brought her so he could use the carpool lane!! My guest informed me that the female passenger and Dale had been arguing prior to my arrival, my guest told me they were very uncomfortable while waiting for me. My guest also told me that Dale had threatened to leave without me BUT, my guest refused, since I was the guest of honor. Dale threatened to consider me a "no show" even though, I had been in communication with him the whole time. Nonetheless, we arrived at our destination in time for dinner safely. Towards, the end of the night I received a call from Dale at 9:51pm stating that he would be at our destination at 10:30 to pick us up...Wait! he was supposed to pick us up at 10:00pm per our contract. (he arrived at 10:36) ..Did he offer to refund my $30 wait time since now HE WAS LATE?? NO!! On the drive home he made crude remarks such as "Other passengers were more fun because they were younger than us." At the end of the night my party guests did hesitantly give Dale a gratuity NOT for his customer service or professionalism... ONLY because we arrived safely back to Ontario. read more

Dale did a phenomenal job getting my family and I to and from LAX for our vacation. He was very friendly and professional. It's quite obvious from the onset that his main focus was to provide the best customer service he could as well as ensure our comfort during the trip. I look forward to using Modern Shuttle's services again! read more

Dale is AMAZING!! He has excellent customer service and is very friendly and kind. He picked up and dropped off our group of 11 people on time. Great driver! Got us to our destinations safely and even provided cold water bottles for the entire group! The ride to the airport was a lot of fun because he was playing great music on the way. Riding back home was awesome because he used his fast track to get us tired travelers home sooner and had the 80's music playing with a disco ball. It was soo cool! I would definitely use Modern Shuttle Transportation again and I highly recommend it everyone! Thanks you guys!! read more
