A party bus didn't make sense, but a nice car with a reliable driver made all the difference in the world! A shiny, black Chevy Suburban rolled up with the sweetest driver (Aaron) who texted me updates on a regular basis. The task was to drive from Fontana to Tustin and then from Tustin to the prom venue in Orange. Aaron allowed the girls to blast their favorite songs throughout the whole trip and really just made the experience stress-free and amazing! Kudos to all of you who made this possible for my niece. Hope to use your services again soon! Maybe next year when she goes to her senior prom! Thank you!

As a business that handles a pre-pay service, this company does back handed charges for their…read moreservice. What i mean is that a quote is given for service once the customer outlines the need. The quote that is emailed out states " this does not include gratuity." The emailed quote does not say that the gratuity will be included automatically. That detail becomes clear AFTER they charge the customer for the entire service. Then, on the return home, we left on time but we arrived home 18min after the agreed upon time. Now this could be because the driver did drive a little slower but I'm not complaining about his driving. My second complaint was how after the company (the next day) added additional $63.20 was charged to my credit card without permission. So in review, an additional $120.00 was charged for gratuity without disclosure, then an additional $63.00 was charged without permission. If communication were made to say that this is their policy, then there is some understanding but the driver never said that this might happen if we are late or no email or phone call was made to authorize the second charge. Very back-handed business dealings. Oh and I contacted the bank to say the second charge was fraudulent.

I booked Orange Coast overnight for a celebrity client who had several stops. Initial booking…read moreprocess was smooth, but the night of the service was a disaster. This is what our celebrity client's team reported: - Upon pickup, the car was messy with trash inside and 3 unlatched children's car seats thrown across the 2nd row - The driver notified our talent that it was their first time driving and they "got the job from a friend." When one of my team members entered the car after meeting up with the client these were her firsthand observations: - Malfunctioning sliding door and driver failed to exit the vehicle immediately to open it. - Empty water bottles on the floor causing a fall hazard; my co-worker slipped on one when entering the vehicle. - Empty cans in the back seat pockets. - Children's car seats discarded in 2nd row (no one in our party had children and car seats were NOT requested for this ride). - A bad odor in the car. - They were dropped off at the wrong location even though the driver was notified 3x of the drop-off location. Since it was the airport and we were on a tight timeline, our celebrity client had to walk for approx 10 minutes to the actual drop-off location. - When we tried to exit the vehicle the door got jammed and left us stuck inside until our celebrity client and the driver were able to force it open. - We asked the driver to please be ready at the pickup location by a certain time and we still had to wait 5 minutes outside for him in an unsafe location to arrive. I want to give credit to Greg -- who I called as soon as I was informed of the horrible first leg of the trip (around midnight, since it was an overnight service). He was mortified and apologetic and did everything he could to rectify the situation, but since it was an overnight service he couldn't get us a new driver or car. He did contact our driver to clean up the car and get rid of the car seats, and to my knowledge this did happen. I totally understand the constraints he was under and appreciate his efforts. A few days later, I reached out to the representative who had been handling our booking. I outlined everything I mentioned in this review and quite frankly asked for a refund of some kind, since our client was left feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, the timeline of our work day was affected, and the entire situation reflected extremely poorly on myself and our organization. The service was absolutely unacceptable and caused multiple safety issues throughout the evening. However, I received no response from our representative. I really never leave bad reviews unless it's a matter of safety but I do feel like I have to make this review. I would never recommend this car service to anyone based on the experience our celebrity client and his team had.

First time using any service like Anaheim Town Car services and my family and I are so impressed…read morewith the entire experience. We fly to Japan every year and are forced to fly out of LAX each time and it's such a journey with a toddler, from pre-booking parking, shuttle to/from the parking, and especially coming back to the US jetlagged, trying to get a shuttle and then fight traffic going home. For just a little more than the cost of parking at LAX, you can use Anaheim Town Car service and get to/from LAX in what feels like true luxury! We get notifications 24hrs prior, 1hr prior, and a few minutes prior to pickup on the way out and arrived a little earlier than promised. Ignacio was our driver/chauffeur and he was fantastic. We requested a toddler car seat and it was ready for my son with a movie playing that kept my son occupied the entire ride. I looked around for other child car options but some quotes were totally unreasonable for U*^r like services. It felt like being driven in a limousine, although I believe it was a Suburban. Ignacio was attentive, handled our bags, drove really well and smoothly the whole trip. We got dropped off at our terminal and off we went. On the return trip, it was much the same, 24hr notification, 1hr notification, and Ignacio messaged me about 30 mins prior to our scheduled time, he was already at LAX waiting for us. Our flight took about 30mins longer than scheduled, I let Ignacio know and he assured us it was not a problem at all. We took additional time getting through customs and I felt bad to make him wait longer, but Ignacio was so polite and let us know it was just fine. Once we got through, collected our bags, went outside and let Ignacio know where we were, he promptly picked us up and took all our bags for us and we were again driven smoothly and safely home. Not a care in the world for us on our trip home. My family agreed why didn't we think of this before? This service was worth it's weight in gold and then some. Ignacio was so polite, attentive, took our bags all the way inside for us and just a pleasure to have driving us. We will definitely use Anaheim Town Car Service for any future trips/vacations and we really hope it'll be Ignacio driving us again and we can take all the stress out of getting to the airport. Thank you again!!!
