Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told they didn't install this type of battery because of the difficulty involved. As I was leaving, my Yukon wouldn't start, the battery had completely died. To make matters even more stressful, it was my daughter's birthday that evening, and I was scheduled to sell the vehicle the following day. I was in a complete panic. After calling several shops, most either didn't offer battery installation or couldn't help me on such short notice. Then I called Mtn View Tire, and Charlie answered. I explained what had happened, and instead of simply telling me they couldn't help, he said, "Just get the vehicle here and I'll help you." After getting a jump start from the guys at Sam's Club, I drove straight to Mtn View Tire. Charlie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. He replaced the battery quickly and efficiently, allowing me to get home in time to get ready for my daughter's birthday dinner. And he didn't charge me. I was expecting to pay double too. I was honestly so relieved and grateful that I could have cried. Maybe I did. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Charlie was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help when I was in a stressful situation. He could have easily said, "Sorry, we can't help you," but instead, he made it his priority to find a solution. I cannot recommend Mtn View Tire enough. We fly to Japan every year and are forced to fly out of LAX each time and it's such a journey with a toddler, from pre-booking parking, shuttle to/from the parking, and especially coming back to the US jetlagged, trying to get a shuttle and then fight traffic going home. For just a little more than the cost of parking at LAX, you can use Anaheim Town Car service and get to/from LAX in what feels like true luxury! We get notifications 24hrs prior, 1hr prior, and a few minutes prior to pickup on the way out and arrived a little earlier than promised. Ignacio was our driver/chauffeur and he was fantastic. We requested a toddler car seat and it was ready for my son with a movie playing that kept my son occupied the entire ride. I looked around for other child car options but some quotes were totally unreasonable for U*^r like services. It felt like being driven in a limousine, although I believe it was a Suburban. Ignacio was attentive, handled our bags, drove really well and smoothly the whole trip. We got dropped off at our terminal and off we went. On the return trip, it was much the same, 24hr notification, 1hr notification, and Ignacio messaged me about 30 mins prior to our scheduled time, he was already at LAX waiting for us. Our flight took about 30mins longer than scheduled, I let Ignacio know and he assured us it was not a problem at all. We took additional time getting through customs and I felt bad to make him wait longer, but Ignacio was so polite and let us know it was just fine. Once we got through, collected our bags, went outside and let Ignacio know where we were, he promptly picked us up and took all our bags for us and we were again driven smoothly and safely home. Not a care in the world for us on our trip home. My family agreed why didn't we think of this before? This service was worth it's weight in gold and then some. Ignacio was so polite, attentive, took our bags all the way inside for us and just a pleasure to have driving us. We will definitely use Anaheim Town Car Service for any future trips/vacations and we really hope it'll be Ignacio driving us again and we can take all the stress out of getting to the airport. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for.
