He was very kind but direct and showed me what the possible problem could be based on the age of the car, sound and fumes. But he made it clear he would need to use the lift to confirm. He was right, it was the part he thought but instead of a crack it was fully broken in half! Luckily, he is a welder and I didn't need to buy a new piece. It was my first time going to a mechanic in Corona so I appreciated the service received as I was anxious to find a reliable mechanic. The cost was fair and I am so appreciative it was done so quick. We fly to Japan every year and are forced to fly out of LAX each time and it's such a journey with a toddler, from pre-booking parking, shuttle to/from the parking, and especially coming back to the US jetlagged, trying to get a shuttle and then fight traffic going home. For just a little more than the cost of parking at LAX, you can use Anaheim Town Car service and get to/from LAX in what feels like true luxury! We get notifications 24hrs prior, 1hr prior, and a few minutes prior to pickup on the way out and arrived a little earlier than promised. Ignacio was our driver/chauffeur and he was fantastic. We requested a toddler car seat and it was ready for my son with a movie playing that kept my son occupied the entire ride. I looked around for other child car options but some quotes were totally unreasonable for U*^r like services. It felt like being driven in a limousine, although I believe it was a Suburban. Ignacio was attentive, handled our bags, drove really well and smoothly the whole trip. We got dropped off at our terminal and off we went. On the return trip, it was much the same, 24hr notification, 1hr notification, and Ignacio messaged me about 30 mins prior to our scheduled time, he was already at LAX waiting for us. Our flight took about 30mins longer than scheduled, I let Ignacio know and he assured us it was not a problem at all. We took additional time getting through customs and I felt bad to make him wait longer, but Ignacio was so polite and let us know it was just fine. Once we got through, collected our bags, went outside and let Ignacio know where we were, he promptly picked us up and took all our bags for us and we were again driven smoothly and safely home. Not a care in the world for us on our trip home. My family agreed why didn't we think of this before? This service was worth it's weight in gold and then some. Ignacio was so polite, attentive, took our bags all the way inside for us and just a pleasure to have driving us. We will definitely use Anaheim Town Car Service for any future trips/vacations and we really hope it'll be Ignacio driving us again and we can take all the stress out of getting to the airport. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.
