These guys not only did their job, they did it well. Drivers were friendly, considerate and helpful. Reservation was made online from their website, and driver status could be monitored from their app. I would recommend this service. I would also recommend making decent allowances for Murphy's Law in ANY planning in general.

I even verified with my confirmation email. I then called customer service to confirm I would not be double charged and that my ride would actually be present on the correct date. The first person I spoke to hung up on me. The second person was helpful but seemed very confused and struggled to find my original booking, even with the confirmation number. Finally, they found my original booking that stated my ride was scheduled for Thursday. After all of this, I ended up canceling this service altogether because I didn't have a great feeling about it. I received an email confirming my cancelation. I booked with another company. On Thursday, while waiting on my new ride, I got a call from a SuperShuttle driver rudely demanding to know where I was to be picked up. I told him the ride had previously been canceled and he seemed irritated, and rightfully so, he had been sent to the airport for no reason. SuperShuttles internal communication is incredibly poor. I can't speak to what the actual service was like because the planning and communication prior to the ride caused me to cancel the service altogether.
