Excellent service always. I've used them many times in the past several years for parties and airport pickup and drop off

They have the best chauffeurs in the county. Cars are always immaculate and the managers are excellent.

They were very accommodating when I had to cancel and I am hoping to book them in the future.

I booked the Mercedes Benz Sprinter limo for my June wedding. I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. I was able to book their sevices a year in advance. Customer service was very professional and friendly. On the day of my wedding the limo was very clean, spacious and filled with refreshments. Our driver, Anthony arrived on time and was very professional. I have no complaints and will definitely use them again. I highly highly recommend this company! read more

My recently used this limo service for my sister's prom. We had Terry as our driver and he was the best. My sister and her group where happy to have him and he even opened their door when they reached the prom venue. It was such a wonderful experience for the kids. They absolutely loved it! I would recommend them to everyone. I had searched and called over 20 other limo services and this one had the best price and what I needed. What I appreciated the most was that Rebecca was quick and precise and most of all kind. Many of the other companies I called laughed at me saying I wouldn't be able to find a limo on such short notice. It was humiliating. But when Rebecca said she had one available and it was even the best price, I was so grateful. Thank you Rebecca. Thank you Terry. read more

I used this limo service for my son's wedding and was more than happy. The driver was professional and very helpful. They were on time and honestly, just perfect for the days events. I would not hesitate to recommend or use their service again in the future. Thank you Magic Coach !!! PS: The limo was very clean and an amazing light show inside !! read more

First of all, the reservation process was super easy. Our resent outing required several stops and our driver, Brianna was efficient in navigation, prompt, polite and professional, very friendly and an excellent driver. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean, well stocked and entertaining ie. lights and music. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is the ride was quite bumpy. Some of it was the freeway but the makeup of the suspension system was lacking. read more

Booked Magic Coach a few weeks before my wedding, and even though it was peak season with proms they managed to get me a limo for my wedding. Rebecca responds quickly, and made everything super easy! Our driver Mike was awesome! We had drinks in the limo, and he was super attentive, and punctual! So glad we found them, and I now have my go to for transportation company! read more

We used Magic Touch for a limousine for my daughters college graduation celebration this past Saturday. Everything from the reservation, to the pick up and drop off was perfect. Very good customer service. Clean car. Our driver went above and beyond by returning to my house after he had already dropped us off to return something we left in the car! Thank you so much. We will definitely use this company again. read more

So far, so good..... shortly after I put this requirement on YELP, Rebecca responded. After a few messages back and forth, I picked up the phone and called Rebecca of Magic Coach. I initially liked them because of their ratings and customer feedback. Rebecca was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the fleet. She gave me a good price quote and Whatever I asked, she responded without hesitation. Looking forward to taking my family to Universal Studios. Will complete my feedback after our trip. read more

Let me start off by saying, from this point forward... Magic Coach Transportation will be the ONLY transportation services that I will use when needing a limo/bus/suv. Rebecca who was the lady that answered the telephone and did all the reservations was so sweet and so accommodating! The process was so easy and she made me feel so comfortable with the services, seeing that it was my first time using this company. I rented the Mercedes Sprinter for my bday, however the night before a couple people bailed so I was left with the remaining balance, around 3AM I called and Rebecca was sooooo understanding and accommodating to some changes I needed to make. Never did she have an attitude or get frustrated with me! A+++ in customer service! Now, the next morning when the sprinter arrived, the driver Anthony was 15minutes ahead of time. So punctual. When I introduced myself, he was very friendly and very well mannered. He too also had so much patience with us. My bus was suppose to leave around 10AM however we didn't end up leaving until 11:15 because people were running late and Anthony never got mad. He was so understanding and very accommodating as well. On top of that, we needed a few stops and he never complained about them. The Mercedes Sprinter was very nice and well kept! The sound system was amazing and the 21+ bar was nicely put together. My 25th Birthday was AMAZINGGGGG! It all turned out more than I expected. Thank you to Magic Coach Transportation for making it even better. If anyone needs these services, do NOT hesitate. This company is great! Will definitely be my #1 choice. ****Pricing is very reasonable as well! Another A+++ read more

We used Magic Coach during the holiday time, our original plans were canceled outside of our control and Magic Coach worked with us as we pivoted to create a new plan for our family. Our time in the limo was awesome! Anthony, our driver, was the best. We had another opportunity with friends previously with Anthony and as he did that time, took great care of us and helped make the experience one our whole family will remember. read more

I called a few limo companies to get a quote for a birthday trip to a winery. I called and spoke with Roy and Rebecca on two occasions. They were both professional and knowledgeable by recommending the various size limos to best suit my group. They were not pushy at all (like some other companies I called). Their prices are extremely fair for the quality of vehicle and driver. We had a Mercedes Sprinter. It was immaculate, roomy and top of the line gorgeous! Our driver, Dominic, was amazingly professional and courteous. He was an attentive driver, ensuring we didn't spill our drinks when he came upon speed bumps! All 12 of us had drinks on the way to the winery and when we returned to the limo, all of our glasses had been cleaned and neatly set up just like new. I will always use Magic Coach and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, affordable limo transportation! read more

Rented a limo for wine tasting in Temecula and every time I called they were very nice and helpful, they also e-mailed me confirmations right away (the pickup, drop off, deposit, payment, etc). Our driver was Dominic and he arrived right on time, the drive was very smooth and he was really accommodating- having us just give him a call when we were ready for the next location. They also had the best pricing of all the places I called. I would definitely recommend them, and I would use them again in the future. read more

This company is amazing! My family and I used this limo service to and from the airport. I received a confirmation email right after I made the reservations, a day before our trip, and a day before we returned home from our trip. The airline changed our flight and I sent the info to this company and our information was updated and we received a new confirmation email. Anthony, the driver, called and sent a text to let me know he had arrived to pick us up. Anthony was very friendly and professional! The limo was clean and stocked with water and soda. I highly recommend this company! We will definitely use this limo service again! read more

I highly recommend this limo service. I procrastinated and called the day before my event and they were kind and accommodating. The driver Israel was early, well dressed, very kind and professional. The. Limo was cool. Very clean, new and well appointed. Everyone in our party for my wife's 60th birthday had a great time. Finally, we had left some personal items behind in the limo and Israel came by the next day and brought them to me. Thanks Israel! For sure I will use Magic Coach again. read more

This company is awesome! Communicates fast and well when you try to book and throughout the process because I would confirm my reservation multiple times. It was everything we wanted for our wedding day. Our driver was awesome and made sure our music played/worked before we took off, I wish we got his name! The liquor, drinks, juice and water was a PLUS! The sound system was great, everyone in our bridal party loved the ride we had in the 12-14 passenger sprinter we got. Our driver even made a stop at a grocery store for one of our friends to get another bottle which was very nice of him to make the random stop. The inside was very clean, the driver was on time and we will for sure book with them for any other events we may have in the future. Thanks again! =) read more

I hire Magic Coach limos to take us to Temecula wine tasting. The owner Rebecca is very nice and super helpful. Called the day before to make sure everything was set or if I need to make any changes to the wineries I wanted to go. Got a great price on the limo. Our limo driver, Anthony was amazing, he was early to pick us up and on time every time I text him we were ready to go the next winery. We even had an extra stop to pick a friend and was no problem at all. Limo was nice and clean. Had an amazing experience with Magic Coach. read more

Driver arrived on time, no issues there. My complaints are with the driver. I didn't learn this until after the fact once I arrived home but according to my wife as the driver was explaining how to use the audio/TV system my wife jumped ahead of the instructions and pressed a button on the remote that the driver didn't say to press during his presentation. The response from the driver was something of the effect of "I did not tell you to press that, you need to stop and listen" in a rude tone. Now I wasn't there, had I been witness to this I can assure that the night might have played out differently and I would have taken my own vehicle to my event. The second issue is that the driver left his privacy window open the entire time. He was basically the third wheel of our party until I asked him to roll it up so we could enjoy our event in private. On the way home we had the same issue with the privacy shade. He left it open the entire time. I ordered this transportation so my party and I could the ride there in privacy and to have a good time. Why wouldn't the driver just roll up the privacy shade and let the party in the back enjoy themselves? I don't get it.. I wouldn't ever use the service again but I'm not trying to be unfair to the business, maybe this is an issue with the driver that needs to be dealt with. Needless to say I'll give 2 stars for the on time arrival and getting us to and from the event safely but the rest of the stars you lose for not being polite to my wife and for joining our party uninvitedly be not rolling up your privacy shade. *just to add to the response left by the business. Yes, the upgrade was appreciated but, you could have picked me up in a private jet with steak and lobster. That still wouldn't make up for the disrespect shown to my wife. That should be unacceptable for a business that is solely based on customer service. Thank you for your response though. read more

We hired Magic Coach on very short notice to help transport our guests after our Big Bear wedding, and they completely delivered. Roy was a pleasure to talk to, and he quickly got us scheduled and ready to go. I upgraded from a limo to a party bus at the last minute, and they accommodated the change no problem. Rebecca called to confirm the day before. Doug arrived on time with the party bus, and he graciously transported us to our after-party destination and made sure we got back safe. I've been using Magic Coach at the Improv at multiple venues to drive my comics for many years. They have always been very professional and have always been on time. Very accommodating as well. There have been many times when I've needed a car service to take a comic to radio press at the last minute and they have never let me down. They show up on time and have no problem waiting till all interviews are finished. I remember using them for The Who concert and the driver was very good. He was a classic rocker guy and he entertained us the whole time with trivia and great classic rock. Top notch limo service. From start to finish, Magic Coach Limousine was extremely professional! Rebecca was super friendly on the phone, called to confirm our appointment and we were set. Roy was our driver and he was very professional. Our limo van was punctual and had all the amenities. We used their service for a night on the town in Hollywood. The only MINOR issue we had was trying to connect via blue tooth to our music. Would be much easier to use aux cord for an ipod, but there wasn't an outlet available. Overall, the price was right and the service was great! I would definitely recommend using them for your next night on the town! Thanks Magic Coach! read more

Magic Coach limousines went above and beyond the call of duty for us last night. Because of the security problems at LAX, our flight was delayed by a couple of hours and did not come in until 2 o'clock in the morning. Our driver waited at the airport for us for hours so that we would still have a ride home. We did not get home until 3 o'clock in the morning! Even though he had to wait and must have been exhausted, he was still polite, pleasant and respectful. His name is Dominic, and we have used him twice. The owner, Roy, is also very professional and very polite and thorough. I spoke to him last night at almost midnight, and he wanted to make sure that we would have a ride home regardless of the time that we arrived at the airport. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs this type of service. Great job guys!! Thank you. read more
