My recently used this limo service for my sister's prom. We had Terry as our driver and he was the best. My sister and her group where happy to have him and he even opened their door when they reached the prom venue. It was such a wonderful experience for the kids. They absolutely loved it! First of all, the reservation process was super easy. Our resent outing required several stops and our driver, Brianna was efficient in navigation, prompt, polite and professional, very friendly and an excellent driver. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean, well stocked and entertaining ie. lights and music. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is the ride was quite bumpy. Let me start off by saying, from this point forward... Magic Coach Transportation will be the ONLY transportation services that I will use when needing a limo/bus/suv. Rebecca who was the lady that answered the telephone and did all the reservations was so sweet and so accommodating! The process was so easy and she made me feel so comfortable with the services, seeing that it was my first time using this company. I rented the Mercedes Sprinter for my bday, however the night before a couple people bailed so I was left with the remaining balance, around 3AM I called and Rebecca was sooooo understanding and accommodating to some changes I needed to make. Never did she have an attitude or get frustrated with me! A+++ in customer service! Now, the next morning when the sprinter arrived, the driver Anthony was 15minutes ahead of time. So punctual. When I introduced myself, he was very friendly and very well mannered. He too also had so much patience with us. My bus was suppose to leave around 10AM however we didn't end up leaving until 11:15 because people were running late and Anthony never got mad. He was so understanding and very accommodating as well. On top of that, we needed a few stops and he never complained about them. The Mercedes Sprinter was very nice and well kept! Rented a limo for wine tasting in Temecula and every time I called they were very nice and helpful, they also e-mailed me confirmations right away (the pickup, drop off, deposit, payment, etc). Driver arrived on time, no issues there. My complaints are with the driver. I didn't learn this until after the fact once I arrived home but according to my wife as the driver was explaining how to use the audio/TV system my wife jumped ahead of the instructions and pressed a button on the remote that the driver didn't say to press during his presentation. The response from the driver was something of the effect of "I did not tell you to press that, you need to stop and listen" in a rude tone. Now I wasn't there, had I been witness to this I can assure that the night might have played out differently and I would have taken my own vehicle to my event. The second issue is that the driver left his privacy window open the entire time. He was basically the third wheel of our party until I asked him to roll it up so we could enjoy our event in private. On the way home we had the same issue with the privacy shade. He left it open the entire time. I ordered this transportation so my party and I could the ride there in privacy and to have a good time. Why wouldn't the driver just roll up the privacy shade and let the party in the back enjoy themselves? I don't get it.. I wouldn't ever use the service again but I'm not trying to be unfair to the business, maybe this is an issue with the driver that needs to be dealt with. Needless to say I'll give 2 stars for the on time arrival and getting us to and from the event safely but the rest of the stars you lose for not being polite to my wife and for joining our party uninvitedly be not rolling up your privacy shade. *just to add to the response left by the business. Yes, the upgrade was appreciated but, you could have picked me up in a private jet with steak and lobster. That still wouldn't make up for the disrespect shown to my wife. That should be unacceptable for a business that is solely based on customer service. Thank you for your response though. read more

I've been using Magic Coach at the Improv at multiple venues to drive my comics for many years. They have always been very professional and have always been on time. Very accommodating as well. There have been many times when I've needed a car service to take a comic to radio press at the last minute and they have never let me down. Magic Coach limousines went above and beyond the call of duty for us last night. Because of the security problems at LAX, our flight was delayed by a couple of hours and did not come in until 2 o'clock in the morning. Our driver waited at the airport for us for hours so that we would still have a ride home. We did not get home until 3 o'clock in the morning! Even though he had to wait and must have been exhausted, he was still polite, pleasant and respectful. His name is Dominic, and we have used him twice. The owner, Roy, is also very professional and very polite and thorough. I spoke to him last night at almost midnight, and he wanted to make sure that we would have a ride home regardless of the time that we arrived at the airport.
