I was able to book the party bus easily enough with a $200 deposit on the phone and I was able to ask all my questions via text. I booked them for a Sunday to take us from Rancho Cucamonga to Temecula and back. Our driver was great! The only complaint I have is that the company assured me that 26-28 people would fit comfortably in the bus. We only had 23 people and it was a squeezed fit. Granted I know a couple of us have hips that don't lie and are tall but I would only recommend 22 people fit comfortably. Unless they are young teenagers heading to prom they would fit better and more but for full grown adults I would say to max it out at 22 people. Our driver fully disclosed that if we were not back by the time agreed upon there would be an additional charge which he accepted Zelle so it was easy because we did in fact go past our time. Aside from the space issue the ac worked good, the Bluetooth would cut off at times indicating the connection wasn't great at times but it was very minimal. I was horrified and pissed at what showed up and what was shown to me when I reserved the bus. Having Jay apologize doesn't do anything we had to use the POS as all my guests are now at my home. So just to update my previous review: the owner called me today and asked me to remove my review from Yelp and Google and he would give me half my money back...$300. I actually contemplated the idea. Then I logged on to Yelp and saw he had another negative review only 3 hours prior. Mr. J, you need to fix your limos and party busses and make sure they have working A/C in them. It is wrong that you keep booking events KNOWING you don't have proper working A/C in your vehicles and especially in this hot weather! You are killing your own business Sir. Keep my $600. I am NOT going to allow your bribery to mess up someone else's special day. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay clear from this company. There is no contract. He will take your deposit over the phone and send you a picture of the deposit receipt. There are no terms anywhere on the receipt. I am giving 1 star for the initial customer service on the phone with Jay, who help me booked the limo. He was cordial and very helpful. The other star is for the driver, who was professional and nice. This was a last minute booking for my son's Junior prom because he's a boy and never has details or plans ironed out until the last minute. With that being said, my relief and comfort knowing that I secured a limo for my son, his date, and their friends after calling three other companies only to be told they were all booked, quickly turned to disappointment and shock. The limo the shower up was originally white, but it had discoloration, so it was like a cream in certain areas, and an off white in others. It had 3 of the 4 center caps on the rims missing and it was dirty. I think a wash and armor all on the tires might have kept me from writing this long review but the feet that they couldn't even wash the car and try to make it look nice really upset me. I paid 1100 dollars including tip for 8 hours and I can't get a washed car? The back seat had a small hole in it and a small amount of glitter, so I know they didn't clean the inside either. This isn't a car that should be rented out without some notice before hand that it is in second hand condition. It should go without saying that when you hire a limo service, you expect a certain type of vehicle to show up. But maybe one wrong, who the fuck knows at this point. For some weird reason, the kids weren't bothered by it or at least they didn't mention it to me, even though I apologized to them and the parents for the condition of the car. I was completely embarrassed......long story short, always read the Yelp reviews before deciding to use a business. There about 10 other stories just like mine on here regarding Tip Top Limo. Also, always ask for a picture of the vehicle that you'll be renting, that way you have some recourse when something different shows up. This was the worst limo service I have ever had. To start the driver (Antione) showed up an hour and a half late. When he finally arrives he had 2 dead phone, and no GPS system so my family had to supply him with directions and addresses of where to go. He would forget to turn the air conditioning on so my family would be sweating in the back. We had no music the whole time because he could not figure out how to work the stereo system. Then was speeding the whole drive home because he didn't want us to get charged for an extra hour, when we were promised that hour and a half he was late was going to be added to our ending time. I can't even rate this company! The most horrible experience i have ever had with a limo company! Tip top limo subcontracted to provide us with a party bus to fit 25-30 people comfortably for my husband's birthday outing. The party bus never showed up and instead they sent a regular stretch limo which barely fit 20 people, air didn't work, speakers were busted, driver was a terrible driver, they had not even cleaned it, glasses were dirty, trash left, etc! Company had the nerve to still run my credit card full price for a vehicle they never provided and the worst service ever and forced us into another vehicle during a duress and stressed time as we had no other alternative. This company was hired for a 4 hour service and only completed 1/2 of that time because we had to pull our teenagers out of a bus that had no ac on a hot summer day. He lies and says "oh well the bus had ac when it left this morning" The worst part is that the owner is very unprofessional and yells at you or hangs up on you. This company just ruined my daughter's Quince. It was over 90 degrees and they bus had zero air conditioning. The driver kept telling me the AC was fine but all it was doing was blowing hot air. Fan works great! Just no AC. The kids were miserable and and couldn't even enjoy themselves. We had the driver take us home after not even half the time we paid for. I had just had ANOTHER crazy eye surgery and needed to go from Upland to UCLA in very short notice as there was a complication with the surgery that was unknown at the time. All I have to say is Yolanda is an absolute angel. She arrived promptly and was so kind and compassionate the entire time. All of my family is in San Diego and Yolanda was like a sister to me. She helped me up to my eye doctor's office in UCLA because I was completely blind and unable to see three inches in front of me. She sat with me during the exam, and didn't even get grossed out when the ophthalmologist had to give me several injections into my eye! My family was frantic and worried calling my doctor's office every five minutes. I gave Yolanda my phone and she contacted my Mom and gave her a status, she spoke to the front office staff to coordinate a follow-up appointment and drove me back home in what was the smoothest, nicest drive I have ever taken to and from Los Angeles. Yolanda, I never got the chance to thank you so if you ever read this, thank you, thank you, thank you so much! I had my 7 and 12 year old children with me , and a bunch of people got off and about 6 guys jump off and started to pee on the wall there in the parking lot. Tip Top Limo is great. Highly recommended!!! My friends and I need a bus to get to the Art Laboe show and we chose Tip Top Limo and that was the best decision we could of made. The prices were very reasonable. The initial paid for a 10+ passengers bus and to our surprise the day of the even Jacob (the owner) upgraded our bus!! We ended up showing up to the concert in a 15+ passenger bus. The bus was very spacious and clean. We used the Bluetooth for our music and enjoyed our drinks on the bus. The driver was amazing and used great communication. He let us know how far away he was and when he was arriving to pick us up. During the concert the driver let us know where per text where he was parked and where to find him after the concert.
