This is a late post based on my wedding on 6/9/17. I had a very nice experience with Jay. It was very easy to book and reserve my Hummer limousine. As the wedding drew closer, I would call Jay to make sure that everything would be fine on the wedding day. I had not seen any charges in my card, so I was a little worried that my reservation wasn't confirmed. He called me back and assured me that everything would be fine. I probably would've felt more at ease if I had seen a deposit charge on my card and received an email or written confirmation. The driver arrived about 15 minutes early and was very professional. My groomsmen and I had a stress free ride over to the church. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I would use them again. read more

on time and very professional! driver kept us updated all the time. Daughter and fiends were home safe and sound from Prom.

Really fun and professional. My date and I had a great time, he took us wherever we wanted to go and was a great communicator.

Definitely would recommend this company to my family and friends. Tip Top Limo is the way to ride in class. When I called this company for the first time they made me feel very special and fulfilled all my needs they answered all my question very professionally. TipTop Limo had amazing customer service and the vehicle was very clean and looked glamorize. Thank you Tip Top for an incredible night? read more

I ordered 2 vehicles for my wedding on 9/2/17. One was a 10 passenger stretch limo that was to transport my husband and his groomsmen to the ceremony site. The guys were so upset when they arrived because they were freshly dressed and the limo's a/c was broken (it was 107 degrees that day- super hot) They were all sweaty and grumpy- not a great start! The 2nd vehicle was a 30 passenger party bus that was to take myself, the bride, and my bridal party to the ceremony. Room temp water bottles were provided on the bus- yuk! The reason for the 3 stars is because the drivers were very nice and on time. read more

Tip top limo is the worst experience, I had with a limo company they are quick to get a deposit from you and once the day comes they show up with and old, dirty, air. Conditioner barely working party bus. The bus broke down and I had to find other way of transporting on the spot. Don't waste your time and money with this company take your business elsewhere. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. Never use them!!!! My friends and I booked a party bus thru Tip Top Limo to take us from Upland to LAX and then to pick us up a week later. When the the "Party Bus" came to pick us up we thought it was some kind of joke as the "Party Bus" was actually a Lincoln TownCar Limo pulling a trailor(which was used to hold our luggage) wait it gets worse. Not only did they refuse to lower the price as we were told we were getting an actual party bus not a regular limo. They DOUBLE CHARGED our credit card and I'm still fighting with the company to have the additional charge taken off. PLACE IS A JOKE. I CAN ASSURE YOU ANY DECENT REVIEW IS SOME SORT OF FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER LEAVING FALSE REVIEWS. I read more

Had such a great experience with this Limo company. The intial phone call was very assuring, I believe I spoke to Jake he was very patient and informative and made the whole process pleasent. He took the time to walk me through each limo and explain prices. Finally on the day of the event the driver was there early, car was clean and was very friendly he even cracked a few jokes. In a nutshell I would highly recommend Tip Top to all my friends, family and fellow Yelpers. Good prices good staff and a great Party bus. Thank you Tip Top for making the wedding special. read more

Limo driver was great and right on time. Took the limo just out to dinner as a birthday surprise for my husband. The driver was very nice. The windows were a bit dirty and the limo was a bit ragged inside. But since our occasion wasn't like our wedding it still did the job and was enjoyable. I'd recommend. read more

This company was so easy to work with! We rented their Hummer Limo for my Girl Scout troop (& leaders) and they gave us the best deal by far! The driver was helpful and familiar with the area so he knew how to get to our different locations! The driver arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early), unlike many other companies I have used in the past. We had a great experience and will definitely return again! read more

Never use this limo service!!! Not only was the limo an hour and a half late, the Lincoln towne car's A C didnt work properly!! We got to our destination 2 hours late !! When we were getting dropped off, the driver asked for his tip something he should know better than to do espcially after the experience we endured! Never again!! read more

Unfortunately, my experience with this limo service was not a good one from the moment they arrived to the moment we were forced to cut it short. We hired this company for a birthday celebration which ruined the start of it due to the air conditioning not properly working in the party bus (it was over 90 degrees outside). It was so bad that the driver took everyone back home because the heat inside the bus was unbearable. Despite trying to work with the owner of the company in maybe sending us another bus or limo with a working air conditioner, he decided to not address the issue and refused to send another bus or refund our money (we only used it for a couple of hours). Regretfully, we had paid in full and the owner took advantage of that. In addition to the broken AC, another person inside the bus informed me that they noticed the driver opened the door half ways while he was still driving in an attempt to "cool" the bus inside. It is evident from other reviews that this is a common issue for this company. They definitely need to fix their busses and improve their customer service. If you hire this company, I recommend you check their busses and limos to make sure everything is working properly before paying in full. read more

I firstly want to say how amazing my experience with this company was. I rented the party bus to go to a club in downtown LA. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful over the phone.
