This is a late post based on my wedding on 6/9/17. I had a very nice experience with Jay. It was very easy to book and reserve my Hummer limousine. As the wedding drew closer, I would call Jay to make sure that everything would be fine on the wedding day. I had not seen any charges in my card, so I was a little worried that my reservation wasn't confirmed. He called me back and assured me that everything would be fine. I probably would've felt more at ease if I had seen a deposit charge on my card and received an email or written confirmation. The driver arrived about 15 minutes early and was very professional. I ordered 2 vehicles for my wedding on 9/2/17. One was a 10 passenger stretch limo that was to transport my husband and his groomsmen to the ceremony site. The guys were so upset when they arrived because they were freshly dressed and the limo's a/c was broken (it was 107 degrees that day- super hot) They were all sweaty and grumpy- not a great start! The 2nd vehicle was a 30 passenger party bus that was to take myself, the bride, and my bridal party to the ceremony. Room temp water bottles were provided on the bus- yuk! Tip top limo is the worst experience, I had with a limo company they are quick to get a deposit from you and once the day comes they show up with and old, dirty, air. Conditioner barely working party bus. The bus broke down and I had to find other way of transporting on the spot. Don't waste your time and money with this company take your business elsewhere. read more

Had such a great experience with this Limo company. The intial phone call was very assuring, I believe I spoke to Jake he was very patient and informative and made the whole process pleasent. This place is HORRIBLE. Never use them!!!! My friends and I booked a party bus thru Tip Top Limo to take us from Upland to LAX and then to pick us up a week later. When the the "Party Bus" came to pick us up we thought it was some kind of joke as the "Party Bus" was actually a Lincoln TownCar Limo pulling a trailor(which was used to hold our luggage) wait it gets worse. Not only did they refuse to lower the price as we were told we were getting an actual party bus not a regular limo. They DOUBLE CHARGED our credit card and I'm still fighting with the company to have the additional charge taken off. PLACE IS A JOKE. Never use this limo service!!! Not only was the limo an hour and a half late, the Lincoln towne car's A C didnt work properly!! We got to our destination 2 hours late !! Unfortunately, my experience with this limo service was not a good one from the moment they arrived to the moment we were forced to cut it short. We hired this company for a birthday celebration which ruined the start of it due to the air conditioning not properly working in the party bus (it was over 90 degrees outside). It was so bad that the driver took everyone back home because the heat inside the bus was unbearable. Despite trying to work with the owner of the company in maybe sending us another bus or limo with a working air conditioner, he decided to not address the issue and refused to send another bus or refund our money (we only used it for a couple of hours). Regretfully, we had paid in full and the owner took advantage of that. In addition to the broken AC, another person inside the bus informed me that they noticed the driver opened the door half ways while he was still driving in an attempt to "cool" the bus inside. It is evident from other reviews that this is a common issue for this company. They definitely need to fix their busses and improve their customer service. If you hire this company, I recommend you check their busses and limos to make sure everything is working properly before paying in full. read more
