If I could give White Rose Limousine more than five stars, I absolutely would!…read more We were planning our son's wedding and, just the day before, reached out to several limousine companies through Yelp for quotes. White Rose Limousine stood out immediately. Not only did they offer the most reasonable pricing, but they also had a beautiful 10-passenger van that was exactly what we were looking for. From the very beginning, Junior made the entire booking process effortless. Communication was outstanding through both text messages and email. Every question was answered quickly, confirmations were clear, and once I sent the deposit, everything was handled professionally. We even received a confirmation the day before the wedding, which gave us complete peace of mind. On the day of the wedding, our driver, Donnelle, arrived early and gave us a courtesy call before arriving. From the moment we met him, we knew we were in great hands. He was professional, personable, courteous, and took the time to explain how the day would go so everyone felt comfortable. He made loading the van incredibly easy by parking in the perfect location and even helped us load several wedding items. Throughout the day, his driving was smooth, safe, and punctual. He navigated between multiple locations without any issues and always dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. During our photo session, the park rangers asked him to move from the drop-off area, but Donnelle handled everything perfectly. He kept in communication with us, let us know where he would be parked, and when we realized we needed something from the van, he immediately drove it back to us before returning to park. That level of service and attention to detail meant so much on a day that already has enough going on. From there, he took us to the church, dropped us off right at the entrance, stayed in communication throughout the ceremony, and then transported us to the reception venue. While we celebrated, he let us know he'd be nearby and available whenever we needed him. At the end of the evening, he was there waiting for us and gave us a relaxing ride home to end a perfect day. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with White Rose Limousine. Everything went exactly as planned, without a single issue, and that allowed us to simply enjoy one of the most important days of our family's life. A huge thank you to Angel for the excellent communication and coordination, and an even bigger shout-out to our driver, Donnelle, for his professionalism, kindness, outstanding communication, and exceptional service throughout the day. If you're looking for a limousine company that is reliable, reasonably priced, professional, and genuinely cares about making your event special, I highly recommend White Rose Limousine. They played a big part in making our son's wedding day absolutely perfect.

Buyer beware. Absolutely a nightmare experience…read more We booked this company for my daughter's Quinceañera and specifically ordered a particular bus for this very special occasion. On the day of the event, we were not properly informed that they were unable to provide the bus we had actually reserved. Instead, they showed up with an old, dirty bus that had ants inside and was completely unacceptable for transporting children on such an important day. What made the situation even worse was the timing. They arrived right when we needed to leave for the church, essentially putting us in a position where they seemed to expect us to simply accept the replacement and move forward because we had no time to find another option. I immediately contacted the company to address the issue, but unfortunately, they offered no reasonable solution. I was left with no choice but to cancel the service on the spot and scramble to figure out transportation at the last minute. For an event as important as a Quinceañera, communication, cleanliness, reliability, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, this company failed on all four.

Rented a 32 passenger party bus with a bathroom for 5 hours in the LA area and it was so much fun!…read moreJeff was super helpful in the booking process and answered all my questions when needed. Our total was about $1400. Our driver was Pablo, everyone LOVED him. He was so attentive and got us anything we needed. We did two stops - one hour at santa monica pier and 15 min at the LACMA lamps. The bus was perfect for our event, but there were a couple things I would take note of. 1) The speakers aren't the greatest quality, the higher the volume was it felt like the music was a bit distorted. 2) There were two bars on our bus, a larger one in the front and a smaller one in the middle. Definitely take into account how many drinks you're bringing on the bus! We just left the drinks that didn't fit in the ice box in tote bags off to the side. 3) Maybe bring extra toilet paper or make sure to emphasize to your group to use whats on board sparingly! We ran out halfway through the ride.
