Whenever I travel to beautiful Jamaica every year or two, I want…read moreeverything to be perfect, and I don't want to be worrying about my car being parked for a week at the airport, so finding the perfect driver is important to me. I was so fortunate to find Mike Ortega and Cerina. Mike has six drivers, so you never have to fear being stranded if your flight is delayed by a day, which is what had almost happened to me the year before I found Ortega Drives. I have also had my flight cancelled at the last minute. I conveyed all of these fears to Mike, and he assured me that he had me covered whatever might occur, and so I was able to stop being nervous about the "what ifs" and totally relax on the ride to the airport. Mike felt just like family as he chatted happily away with me all the way to the airport, so my trip to Jamaica got started off on such a happy, positive note. I had the same experience a week later when Cerina showed up to pick me up in her luxurious red Tesla to take me back home. I was feeling really sad that my beautiful vacay had come to an end, but she reminded me that I would be so happy to sleep once again in my very own bed, and she was right. That was exactly the right thing to say. Do yourself a big favor on your next drive to and from the airport. Going through customs and security is stressful enough without having to worry about your car. Let Mike or Cerina take care of the driving and then you can just sit back, relax, and allow your vacay to start the moment that you're picked up in one of their luxury line of vehicles. It's so nice to be able to stop worrying and just be happy! Ya, mon, as they say in Jamaica! Mike's prices are very reasonable too, which is an added bonus! Kudos to Ortega Drives!

I recently had a terrible experience with Ride n Relax car service while traveling abroad. On my departure, they never mentioned my incorrect luggage count (I reported our suitcases, not our carryons). To be clear, they did not send me a copy of their small print policy as they did upon my return 2 weeks later. Just 24 hours before I was scheduled to board a 19-hour flight, they texted me asking for the luggage and carry-on counts. When I responded to their text with our luggage count, I was informed we had too many carry-ons. Instead of addressing the situation reasonably, they insisted on providing a larger vehicle at nearly double the price. (At our pickup, the driver even seemed surprised by how few items we had and questioned why we needed a Sprinter van.) I could not look for alternative services because I was in a foreign country with limited options. This situation felt extremely unfair and left me feeling frustrated and trapped. This lack of communication and the sudden charges felt like a money grab. Overall, my experience with this car service was far from satisfactory. The last-minute charges and inconsistent policies left me with a bitter taste, and I would caution others when considering their services. I will never use them again. read more

We had a very early morning flight to DC from LAX and wanted a direct private ride, not a shared van. The big nationwide companies do not come out to Rancho Cucamonga. We found Ride N' Relax on Yelp. The reviews were so positive we decided to book. What a great find! Patrick is amazing, completely geared to customer service. We even called late the night before to bump up the pickup to 5am... no problem. He was there on time in a spotless SUV, helped us with our luggage (plenty of room), had water and snacks, great conversation when we wanted, gave us a smooth safe journey, knew right where to go, etc. A week later he was at LAX before we landed, gave us a welcome home text and was waiting once we got our luggage. This man should give classes on how to run a successful business! We have used the nationwide chains all over the country and usually just get a taxi to Ontario Airport. The week link has always been if we get a direct flight which requires heading out to LAX. We have had some iffy characters almost cause us to miss our flights. But that problem is solved thanks to Patrick and Ride N' Relax. He is now the solid link in the chain. Highly, highly recommended!!! read more

If you need a ride to LAX (or anywhere else for that matter), call Ride 'n' Relax and definitely ask for Patrick. Patrick provides amazing service. My family and I booked this service for transportation to LAX during the busy month of December. Patrick contacted us a couple of days prior to our departure to confirm pickup time and date. At the appointed time, Patrick was at our home to pick us up in a beautiful, comfortable van (actually, he was 10 minutes early and we were ready to go). He drove us to the airport and dropped us off right in front of our airline check in area. We scheduled him to pick us up upon our return on December 23rd (a very busy time at LAX). When our plane landed, I called Patrick to let him know that our plane had landed. He was already waiting for us at the airport. As soon as we went through customs, had our luggage and went outside, he was there to pick us up curbside within 5 minutes! Wow, what service! Patrick is professional, courteous and a delight to talk with. He will be our "go to" driver whenever we need transportation. read more

This was such an easy, smooth, and enjoyable experience. I was staying in San Bernardino and needed to get to LAX for a 7am flight. I booked my ride n' relax shuttle through their online booking system at the last minute (17 hours before my requested pickup time) on a Saturday. I needed to be picked up at 3:30am, so I was worried about finding someone willing to arrive that early in the morning. Not only did ride n' relax confirm my reservation quickly, but they also provided text and email updates to let me know when the driver, Patrick, headed my way. Patrick arrived on time (a little early, actually) and was friendly and full of great conversation. He was a good driver and I felt safe throughout the trip. I'm a woman who was traveling alone at 3:30am, but I felt completely comfortable the whole time. The vehicle was clean, and the seats even had leg rests for extra comfort. If I ever need shuttle service in the SoCal area again, ride n' relax will have my business. read more

I traveled to LA for the Steelers game against the Chargers. I've never attended an event at SoFi Stadium but had heard about the nightmares of getting to and from the stadium. With that in mind I didn't want to drive to the stadium so I rented car service from Ride N' Relax. Booking with Patrick, the owner, was quick, easy and reasonable. The day of the game Patrick was very punctual and got us to the stadium in no time, we were located in Santa Monica, without any problems. Patrick had told me to purchase parking in the Orange lot so we could leave the stadium grounds easily. Once we left the stadium Patrick dropped a pin so we could easily find where he had positioned the car. We found the car quickly and was off the premises and on the road home in less than five minutes. I haven't been able to leave any stadium quicker than we did with Patrick. I highly recommend Ride N' Relax for your trips to SoFi Stadium. read more

I used Ride N Relax today to take my daughter and friends to Knott's Berry Farm. Frank was an excellent driver really friendly, professional and on time! Actually he was early. Which is always a great asset he offered to take pictures for us as well. The girls really enjoyed the trip! I arranged the trip initially with the owner Patrick. He was very attentive to my needs, he answered the phone every time I called with questions and request. Although he was not actually driving this time he offered to come out to my house and meet us if need be. He was also very friendly, had a sense of humor and professional very accommodating. I never post Yelp reviews but received such fantastic customer service from Patrick at Ride N'Relax I had to make an exception. I live on the east coast and was trying to find a car service at the very last minute (less than an hour's notice) on a Sunday morning for a relative whose car had broken down and, due to spotty phone service and no luck with AAA, was stranded on the side of the 15. It turned out to be an extremely complicated pick-up (I didn't even have an exact address, we ended up needing the driver to stay hours longer than originally planned, etc.), and Patrick was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was so pleasant and easy to communicate with. He went far above and beyond what was expected (even arranging an alternate tow!) and provided constant updates so that I was kept informed. I highly, highly recommend him. read more

Oh my gosh this business is amazing. We were scheduled and CONFIRMED to be picked up by Express Shuttle at 5:40 AM, on Sunday, May 5, in Mission Viejo. At 4:15 AM, someone called us and said that nobody was available to pick us up and we were on our own to get immediate transportation to LAX from Mission Viejo.. I was ecstatic to locate Patrick (owner of Ride N' Relax). He offered to come from Rancho Cucamonga immediately. He picked us up and got us to the airport in record time. We barely made our flight. Great communications, goes above and beyond, and prompt. The vehicles were clean and drivers are safe drivers. My kid left his baseball hat in the van when we got to the airport and they came back to the airport to drop off his hat. Will definitely use this company again.

Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. He has a microphone in it if you want to give a real tour and communicate. Also, he will let you link your music so you can bump whatever you like. We were unable to book him for another time but were so glad that we were finally able to. Thank you for your service. And I'll be referring more clients!

There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip. I booked with Big C because of the wonderful Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. They will definitely be our go-to charter anytime we are in Southern California. Thanks Clarence!

I researched a number of party buses and he responded the quickest and with the most clarity. The speakers worked great, they had Bluetooth and there were no issues with that. The driver also dropped us off to go to the restroom and then we had another stop to make, so he was very accommodating and patient with us. My only complaint would be that the bus didn't have a curtain of some sort on the bus from the front, so when we got on the bus at around 5pm it was still super bright out... it would've been nice to be able to see the lights from the inside of the bus... but it's okay! Still a great time, but just be aware if you plan to book it during the day, it will be bright inside.
