Sunshire Shuttle - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Pomona, California

As many other reviews have said, Sunshire is reliable, easy to communicate with, exactly on time, with clean vehicles, and quite affordable. Excellent foundational quality service! read more

Highly recommend this shuttle if anyone needs a ride to/from the airport. We used it specifically for LAX and were very impressed at how communicative, fast and reliable they are. Never have to wait long for pick up and the ride is super smooth. Way better and sometimes more affordable than Uber/Lyft especially during rush hour traffic. read more

I appreciate the clarification, but I want to explain why this situation left me dissatisfied and highlight the past issues I experienced. The problem wasn't about repeatedly asking for a price below the standard rates. The issue was that you tried to overcharge me a higher price than usual, then told me I was receiving a "deep discount" just because I was booking two cars at once. That inconsistency is where my trust was lost. Additionally, you mentioned that drivers don't like to work as much during the holidays, which honestly didn't make sense to me. I even pointed out at the time that holidays are when drivers typically want to work more because of the increased earnings. That explanation only raised more doubts for me. When I called back to book the cars and you told me that you were fully booked, that's when my trust was completely lost. I understand that businesses have capacity limits, and I respect that availability can be an issue during peak times. However, my frustration this time wasn't about the service quality on previous trips, but about the inconsistent pricing and explanations that didn't add up. That's what ultimately led to my dissatisfaction. read more

Love this service! Fast and reliable. Never have to wait long for pickup at home & the airport.

Sunshire Shuttle was very easy to use. Prices are great. My wife and I did a round trip from Pomona to LAX. My wife and I was on vacation for a week and a half. We ordered the shuttle a week before our vacation. The day we was leaving the driver was there early. Because you give them your flight information. The driver knows what time you should leave to be on your flight on time. And the shuttle service didn't forget when we was coming back from our vacation. Sunshire shuttle text me the day before we was coming back home. The actual text was sent to me from this shuttle service "Please reply 1 once deplaned Reply 2 once get your luggage and reply 3 once come to the curb. " &"Once come to the curb. Please go across the street and come to the center island. Text us the pillar number near you. For example 3H ". So you can see very good instructions. Sunshire had bottled water for us on the ride home from LAX. After a long flight we was thirsty. Highly recommend them. And will use them for my next shuttle to the airport. read more

We have used sunshine shuttle several times. They are always on time, polite and helpful!!! We have had no problems with them at all Most recently we had booked them to pick up a family member from the airport in November. The family member is no longer going to make the trip. I called to cancel the booking. They responded almost immediately and gave me a full refund within minutes. I honestly thought I would loose part of the payment, but no it was a full refund read more

Great service on time at 6:30 am LAX. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and I slept most of the way home.

Very good experience with this company. Answered emails quickly. Picked up on time by an excellent driver. On return trip they texted me in advance to confirm pickup from airport. It took longer than expected to get our luggage but there was no complaint. Another group member went with a different shuttle company and they threatened to leave them at the airport if they were not out within 15 minutes. Met us at the curb, we didn't have to walk and we were taken home safely and in quiet, the driver respected that we were exhausted travelers. Will be using again. read more

Tried to call them to get a shuttle and their v/m directs me to their website. Go to their website and get a message that it is shut down. Flakey! read more

I highly recommend Sunshire Shuttle. They were the perfect shuttle service to take to LAX. Reasonably priced and prompt. Our driver was courteous and drove my family safely to the airport. I suggest requesting their arrival 3 hours prior to your departure. Will definitely use again. read more

I needed a one way ride from Chino to LAX. Driver text me the day prior, and also the morning of, saying he was on his way. Showed up on time and got me to LAX. He knew exactly which terminal to drop me off. Pleasant ride. Would recommend and use again if needed. More expensive than the cheapest I found, but based on reviews of other companies, I didn't want to take a chance the driver would not show up. It was worth the extra money for piece of mind. read more

Early morning and late night LAX shuttle service. Worked great for me. Highly recommend and would use again.

We used Sunshire Shuttle for the first time last week to go to LAX. I can only say great things about the service. Our driver, Ben, was very friendly and was prompt in picking us up on both the trip to and from the airport. My first contact with Ricky to set up the trip was very pleasant and he answered all my questions. It was wonderful to get notifications leading up to your pickup and the method they use for finding and picking you up at the airport is spot on. I will most definitely be using them for any future shuttle transportation! read more

We have used Sunshire Shuttle several times now for domestic and International flights in and out of LAX and have been very pleased with the services. Our driver Wei is always on time and courteous, I highly recommend them. read more

Sunshire Shuttle drive my family to LAX at 6.30am in the pouring rain after booking them the night before. The driver was great, showed up early and waited for us, drove carefully in the rain, and got us there on time! Helped with our bags too. Will definitely use them again. read more

We have used Sunshire Shuttle many times over the years for round trip service to LAX. They have always been on time and the experienced drivers, who pick us up in a Toyota minivan, are excellent at navigating into and out of the airport. I have used Town Car type services with other companies before and they are really no better and cost much more for travel to LAX. read more

Wonderful job! Kept in touch throughout, and were very polite and positive. Driver arrived on time with a text message to let me know he had arrived. Help with baggage both onto and out of the very nice van. Real good driver and no problems whatsoever, and went to the destination the quickest route possible. Would I recommend the service? absolutely! read more

Excellent service. They make use of text messages to keep you informed. Our pick up was following our flight and knew to be there early. No waiting. Will use again. Price was better than 2 other companies.... read more

Reasonably priced, very prompt, and extremely responsive. Recommend Sunshire Shuttle without hesitation.

I was really impressed with Sunshire Shuttle. They were on-time, accommodating and helpful. We (a family of 4) used them for a red-eye flight to Chicago and they came well prepared with car seats for our young boys and even had water to drink. On our return back from Chicago a week later, our flight was delayed and Sunshire again was well prepared, following the status of our flight and was ready when we arrived. They use text messaging well and keep us up to date regarding the trips, time the driver would arrive, and what car to expect. Their prices are lower, but their service is high quality. I will be using them again without question!!! read more

Had a last-minute schedule change to an international flight and needed ground transport to LAX on a Friday at 5p - peak traffic time! Was left in a panic the day of as my original ride was no longer available and started calling different shuttle/car services and got scared by the prices! Then I called Sunshire and they gave me the best rate, best service and my ride to LAX was punctual, comfortable and stress-free! I didn't get my driver's name and he didn't talk much, but the silent ride was appreciated as some peace & quiet before a big trip is always nice! Will definitely use Sunshire again! :) read more

After reading reviews of other bigger shuttle companies, i tried my luck with Sunshire, glad i did! I booked a ride from claremont to LAX. Our driver, Gao, didn't say much but he was on time and a safe driver, which is probably the most important thing anyways. A ride for 5 people, including luggages cost 116 total (not including tip) and the fare included no other stops, and went straight to the airport. I would def, use their services again in the future :) read more

These guys were ON TIME and did well on our delayed flight. They contacted us in a clear manner and responded timely. I will use them again!

Driver arrived on time. He was professional, courteous and did a great job of getting us to the airport on time.

I used Sunshire Shuttle twice in the past week; drop off and pick up to LAX. I found them on Yelp. The reviews were so good and when I called for pricing, I was in. I had Benny as a driver both times. He was friendly, on time and drove safely. They kept track of my flights so they knew when I was departing and arriving. Upon my return the following day as I was unpacking, I realized I had left my headsets in the shuttle van. I figured they were probably long gone by that time but called anyway. Not only did they have my headphones, they also delivered them back to me! I will most definitely use this service again. They were on top of things! read more

I had to book last minute, about 8 hours before my flight. Very nice and on time. I use to us go shuttle and hate them. I will switch to this company from now on. read more

I booked a round trip online, from and to LAX, the charge was $99, two days later they tell me they want to charge my credit card another $99 as there was "glitch" in their online system needless to say they wouldn't honor their original round trip price of $99 so they credited my account not willing to negotiate .... shysters! So much for convenience of booking online! read more

I used Sunshire twice for to/from LAX. On our trip to LAX, the driver arrived 5 minutes early, we loaded the car and were at LAX with no stops. The car and driver were both very good. Their service is much better than other shuttles we have used and are worth a few extra bucks for no additional stops. On our return, our flight arrived 40 minutes early, but the driver was on top of it and we got our bags and were out of LAX before our flight was supposed to land. Again, the driver and car were excellent. I plan on having them as my go-to shuttle from now on. read more

Polite, timely, clean cars and careful driving. I felt safe. Great communication, I reserved transportation ahead of time and received text reminders. read more

We used Sunshire Shuttle twice recently; for a transfer both to and from LAX. I selected them based on the positive Yelp reviews and was very satisfied. The on-line reservation process is very straight forward and user friendly and their communication was excellent. Both drivers were on time and drove very conservatively/safely. Our return flight arrived about 30 minutes late but they monitored the flight and were at the airport when we landed and collected our luggage. I would definitely use Sunshire Shuttle again as well as recommend them to others. read more

We used this service for a late night ride from ONT to Claremont. Communication with texting was efficient, and we waited less than a minute for our van to pick us up curbside. The van was new and clean, the driver courteous, and we will be using this service again. read more

Good company with good service. Found them from Yelp review. I had a really early fight on Monday morning. I was afraid they would be late because it was rainy and the traffic was bad. They showed up on time and the driver was courteous and the van was clean and well maintained. Price is also fair. Will use them again next time. read more

The drivers drive at very high speeds...I wouldn't recommend if you want to arrive safely.

I booked the day before my flight and they were on top of it! Much cheaper than other shuttles. I got texts confirming my reservation and time they would be there to pick me up. They were curious, on time, and super polite. I got a call telling me exactly when they would arrive. I would highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend this service. My pickup at LAX was waiting for me and communication was efficient through texts. The driver was courteous and safe. I will use them again! read more

Best transportation service to ONT Airport ever! Received a text prior to scheduled arrival, right on time. Driver was helpful, informative with reminders of "do you have ID, boarding info, and anything else?" before leaving! The driver was extremely safe and cautious! Unfortunately, we were unable to use service when we returned as our flight was 3 hrs late. We used taxi service that was $12.00 more for same trip! We are seniors, and Uber is out of the question! Ordering and tracking is too confusing for us! read more
