Since my car was in the shop, I was hoping that they would keep her overnight. No such luck, she called about 4 a.m. and said she was being discharged and due to her treatment, needed a driver. I called Riverside Super Taxi and talked to Dan. He was very nice and concerned about the situation. He told me not to worry, he would get right on it. He quickly arrived at the hospital at the time he promised, picked up my daughter and took her home. I can't say enough about how professional Dan was in addition to him being so courteous and kind. My daughter got home quickly and she too was very pleased with Dan...I highly recommend Riverside Super Taxi and Dan.

Then he changed his mind and briskly gave me a second number and told me to call that guy - then hung up. I called the second number and Fred said he would be there in 20 minutes. He showed up 40 minutes later. Luckily we weren't in a hurry. He was very friendly and courteous. We were 4 adults laughing and joking around and Fred got right into the spirit. He dropped us off at the party and when I called him for a ride home 7 hours later - at midnight - he was there in 10 minutes. On the way home someone suggested we stop at In'N'Out for a burger. Fred was perfectly happy to do so - we tried to buy him a burger, but he only wanted a lemonade. We got our burgers and ate on the way home. The nice thing is that they charge a flat fee - by the mile. So when there was an accident on the freeway and we got caught in the backup and crawled along for 15 minutes - it didn't cost any extra - no meter. When he picked us up - we knew exactly what the cost was going to be. All-in-all it was a great experience. I haven't used a cab in many years, so I wasn't sure what it would cost, but we all agreed that his price was reasonable. The only downside was it took him twice as long to pick us up as he had quoted and he had a mid-sized car - a little tight for 4 adults. Other wise great service. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Fred!

They wouldn't even refund the $5. I was forced to communicate via chat. They wouldn't even answer my question when I asked how long their records show the driver was delayed. They kept saying there was traffic that delayed the driver. That's not what the driver told me and there was NO traffic in either direction. It should be noted that I was picked up around 11-pm on a Sunday. I also asked what the source was for their stating there was "traffic" but they wouldn't tell me. To avoid feeling stranded I'll try using a different ride sharing service in the future. I think this is my first or second yelp review ever (the other I think was positive) but I felt compelled to share my story.
