Very disappointed! I prepaid $450 for transportation and gratuity to have my son & his bride taken 33 miles from the wedding venue to their hotel! The driver was to arrive at 10pm this past Saturday night. When nobody arrived we called numerous times. The first time they said there was traffic, the second time they said there was an accident, the third time they said they were lost. It wasn't until 11:18pm that the driver finally arrived. DO NOT HIRE PILOT LIMOUSINE!!!!! We had one of the most important days our life. Surprising my son and daughter in law with transporting our first Granddaughter from the hospital to her residence. I found Pilot on Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to hire them for the first time. Due to the challenges of getting an exact day and time when the doctors would discharge, I spoke to "Eric" and related the above. I specified that I would be in communication with them to attempt a good day and time. I also advised him that I was hiring a "Mariachi Band" to serenade them as they exited the hospital. Eric, knew the importance and assured me that he would take care of us. On Tuesday I text him and told him that the baby was born and they could possibly be discharge Wednesday or Thursday. I told him that I would keep him updated. He never replied to my text. On Thursday morning I text him and told him they would be discharge and I would probably need the limo between 12-2 Pm. I added that I would keep him posted. He finally replied and typed, "We are here for you, please let me know as soon as you can". I called him and we spoke. I confirmed everything with him and he again assured me not to worry and said, he would have someone on standby between 11-2 PM. I told him to please have the Limo arrive at the Hospital at 1 PM, giving him close to 2 hours drive time. After all he said, he had the limo ready to go and a driver on standby. At 1200 PM He Text me and said, "Sorry we will not be able to provide the service"! WTF!!!!! I called him and told him, he couldn't do that to us, I had made several arrangements and had no transportation for my family. He said, Im trying to find someone for you, my guy took another job. I reminded him that he gave me his word and told me his limo and driver was on standby. He just said, "I'm trying to find someone else for you". LOL what a piece of work! I immediately called another company (FIRST CLASS LIMOUSINE SERVICE, ANAHEIM, 714 423-0897) and not only did they immediately moved things around to help me with this nightmare and clean up 'Erics' S*&T. But their fee was more reasonable, they provided me with a beautiful, brand new, white stretch Limo and a professional outstanding driver. But wait, this company had a Limo at the Hospital at 1250 PM! I'm sure Eric, will attempt to justify his BS...But sometimes my brother, you have to be honest and man up! your company failed miserably and almost ruined a wonderful day.... This was the first time I used this limo service. I normally use another company but I waited until the last minute to book a fancy dinner with friends. I had received another quote from a competitor and when I spoke to this comaany the guy asked what my best rate I had been given. Pilot was $50 more and the rate did not include the drivers tip. The competitors rate was lower and included the drivers tip. He explained he would match it and it would include the tip. He shared with me that his limos are clean and new. Everything works. So I felt confident. It was the stretch black Hummer. The driver showed up on time and was clean dressed. But this is where I started to think I should have gone with the other company. I had to put a deposit when I booked it and paid the balance in cash to the driver. When I looked at the invoice the drivers tip was not included. The driver explained if I wanted to take care of him I could at the end. I explained the guy that booked it said it included the tip so I was confused why the driver was the only one that didnt know this? I get in the limo and we pick up two other couples on the way to dinner in Santa Monica. Once we were all in and ready to roll I try to close the drivers partition. It wasnt working. I asked the drver if he could close it for privacy and he said it was broken? So we had to enjoy our night including the driver in our private conversation. We really didnt like that. I had planed to be back at midnight and booked 6 hours. When we left the restuarant we hit horrible traffic. The LA freeway was down to one lane and in turn we got back 1 hour and 10 mins past our midnight deadline (1:10AM). I figured I would pay the extra hour. But the driver shared they round up and the extra cost would be $250! I will never use this company again and do not recommend them. Fast talking, claiming to match competitors prices but not really and basic limo functions did not work (privacy partition). Im hoping the company will make it right. read more

I got this limo for my daughter's Quince. Their customer service was great, my only complaint is that the ac wasn't blowing out cold air. My daughter along with her friends stated that they would've enjoyed it better had it not been so warm in there. I paid $720 for 4 hours (including the $120 mandated gratuity) so I feel as if they should've been comfortable in there. Any how that was my only complaint. read more

Good experience overall. Our driver was on time and very nice. My only complaint would be about the limo itself. The interior seemed a bit dated. Some of the lights weren't working, one was flickering and there weren't any neon lights. We wanted to use the aux cord on the stereo system but the sound was cutting in and out so we ended up just listening to the radio. Now, coworker and I tell him this is for work, you do not have to do anything special or dress up. He arrives on time, dressed professionally, in a comfortable ride (Chrysler 300) with some courtesy water. The driver was easy to talk to if you like to talk. He drove smoothly and you are at your destination before you know it. The rates are competitive. Eric is always a pleasure to work with and gives best prices around. They are always amazing and ALWAYS on-time. This time we had Marc as our driver and he was amazing, we felt like royalty. He made sure we were comfortable in the limo, always had champagne waiting on ice for us, making sure to always open the doors and even after 3 hours of our shopping event and 10 bags later, carrying the bags for us.
