After all the adventures he'd been through in life, it looks like he just wants to settle down into a quiet life of retirement and save up for a boat. He also doubled as personal security, because a gang of cybernetically enhanced mercenaries attempting to harvest carriers of the mutant genome in order to build an army of super humans as part of a large scale plot for world domination attempted to kidnap us, but they were no match for his adamantium skeleton and mutant healing factor.

He would come in to the tasting rooms at the various wineries, to give us a little time to wrap things up and go on to the next winery. He kept us on schedule, which can be hard to do during a girls only trip combined with wine! We so appreciated that! The limo was clean and modern. The TV and sound system were great and we were so grateful that Brendan was so mindful of our time. He was a great driver and he kept us hydrated with water while we went from winery to winery. We were then going to take pictures in the bus with friends and then head to Lucille's in style all celebrating my son's big day. The day needed to start on time for this to work. The graduation had a set time for his coordinated walk, meeting with his friends for pics and also getting to Lucille's at our scheduled time and we had a big party and couldn't be late. You know who WAS late....? This stupid party bus company that's who. We were all outside waiting and waiting for this bus to arrive only to be told that he was at a shopping center!!!! A SHOPPING CENTER!!!!!!!! We all paid a fortune to this company to have them show up and do what we paid them to do. BECAUSE OF HIS TARDINESS, we had to leave half of our party at home and sped our son and his cousins to the graduation as they were 15 minutes late at the time. I guess there was a mix up in communication and they thought we were leaving at 11. I don't know but all I know is that we didn't have a bus to carry all of us, (graduation only allowed 2 cars and we had over 4 to 5 cars worth of people. ). So disappointing and frustrating that no matter how many times we confirmed time and size this company couldn't get anything right.

On the day of the event, we were not properly informed that they were unable to provide the bus we had actually reserved. Instead, they showed up with an old, dirty bus that had ants inside and was completely unacceptable for transporting children on such an important day. What made the situation even worse was the timing. They arrived right when we needed to leave for the church, essentially putting us in a position where they seemed to expect us to simply accept the replacement and move forward because we had no time to find another option. I immediately contacted the company to address the issue, but unfortunately, they offered no reasonable solution. I was left with no choice but to cancel the service on the spot and scramble to figure out transportation at the last minute. For an event as important as a Quinceañera, communication, cleanliness, reliability, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, this company failed on all four.

I booked a 27-passenger party bus with Kings and Queens Party Bus Inc. for March 29th (12:15-4:15…read morePM) for my daughter's 10th birthday. I paid for the entire booking and invited 16 children and 12 adults. I was originally assured that the 27-passenger bus would comfortably accommodate our group, and was even told that since most of the passengers were children, we would fit well because the capacity is based on adult passengers. Leading up to the event, communication was mostly fine, but the day-of experience was extremely disappointing. Shortly before our scheduled time, I was informed that the original 27-passenger bus had a flat tire and a smaller bus would be sent. I was cool and understanding because I was told it would still fit our group. That was not accurate. The replacement bus was advertised as 24-25 passengers, but with 23 people onboard, we were already cramped and one adult had to stand. Ultimately, not everyone was able to ride, and several parents had to follow behind in their own vehicles, missing out on the experience entirely. The bus also arrived 30-40 minutes late with no clear ETA given. When I asked for one, I was told the bus had just arrived, which caused us to scramble and delayed boarding even further. This created a domino effect. I had to adjust restaurant reservations, notify parents of a later pick up time, and manage a large group of children with very little communication or coordination from the company. Because of the delay, our reserved tables were given away and we had to wait to be seated. Then, despite the late start (which was not our fault), we were rushed out of the restaurant by the driver. We were not able to complete planned stops, which was a major part of what we booked. The most unacceptable part was how the situation was handled. When concerns were raised, the owner said, "I can shut this down and you can figure out how you're going to get everybody home." This was said while we were responsible for transporting 16 children. That response was not only unprofessional, it was completely inappropriate. The bus itself also felt unprepared. It appeared rushed and not fully cleaned, the blinds were disorganized, and the interior lacked the "party" or club-like atmosphere that was advertised. Some lighting features were not functioning, the Bluetooth had issues, and the air conditioning was inconsistent, with the front of the bus noticeably warmer than the back. I somewhat understood because they were not expecting to use that bus or to have a flat tire in the originally rented bus. I did not complain about anything. I say this because, while we tried to be flexible and accommodating throughout the experience, that effort was not matched. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no apology that felt genuine, and no offer of compensation or partial refund for the downgrade in bus size, delays, or overall experience. Although additional time was added at the end, it did not make up for the rushed and altered itinerary. This was especially disappointing because we were hoping to find a party bus company we could use time and time again for future celebrations, including my other children's birthdays and my husband's upcoming birthday. After this experience, I would not consider using them again. For the cost and importance of events like this, the lack of reliability and professionalism is simply unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend choosing a more reliable company.

I had three party bus companies lined up, with 1st Class Limousine being one of them. I chose to…read morepay $150 more compared to the other two companies because I trusted they wouldn't let me down. I didn't mind paying extra out of pocket for my birthday because I wanted everything to go smoothly. I knew that if I went with the cheaper options, I might regret it. Yolanda was great and clearly knows how to make sales. She followed up regularly to ensure my reservation was locked in. I booked a party bus for 25 people for $900 for five hours. Initially, she quoted $750 for four hours, but I added an additional hour because we were traveling far. I even took the time to visit and inspect the bus to ensure it was what I wanted, as it was the last available bus for Saturday, 9/21. I booked with 1st Class Limousine because, as mentioned, I didn't want to be let down. I specifically requested for the party bus to arrive at 6 p.m. at the pickup location. However, Yolanda called me at 5:47 p.m. to inform me that the party bus I had reserved was experiencing mechanical issues. She then offered me either a Sprinter van or a limousine, neither of which matched what I had originally booked. I chose the limousine, since I had to decide quick and had reservations at 7pm in Clermont . When the limousine arrived, it was noticeably older, with worn leather seats. The limited amount of drinks and ice provided was far from sufficient for my party, which was very unprofessional. We couldn't even chill our drinks properly due to the lack of ice, despite being told that ice, water, and soda would be provided. We ended up waiting at our destination for four hours, as we had to wait longer than planned for the replacement bus I had originally reserved. They offered another bus, but it wasn't what I requested, further impacting our experience. While I understand that mechanical issues are out of the company's control and that safety comes first, I was disappointed that no additional free hour or discount was offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I later found out that the Escalade limousine was $175 per hour, not $187.50, which is what I paid for the party bus. While we did eventually get the bus I reserved, we had already waited four hours, and by that time, my guests were fed up. To make matters worse, I had purchased large 40-inch number balloons to decorate the bus, which went unused since the bus wasn't there to pick us up. The time and money I spent on those balloons, as well as the overall inconvenience, were frustrating, especially since no discount was offered even though the limo was a lower-priced vehicle & I'm sure the party bus they were offering was small which meant lower price too. The driver, Juan, was excellent and provided great service, but the last-minute changes and the four-hour wait left my guests frustrated, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, Yolanda did nothing to improve the situation. Yes, I was given 1hr free because I demanded the hour. I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience did not live up to those expectations. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. I hope this was a learning experience for the company to check their buses daily and to offer some type of compensation when delivering bad news.
