Our group was about 34 people so we got the 40 person bus and that bus was so nice, my entire group enjoyed it. Very disappointed!…read more I prepaid $450 for transportation and gratuity to have my son & his bride taken 33 miles from the wedding venue to their hotel! The driver was to arrive at 10pm this past Saturday night. When nobody arrived we called numerous times. The first time they said there was traffic, the second time they said there was an accident, the third time they said they were lost. It wasn't until 11:18pm that the driver finally arrived. Everyone from the wedding (130people) had already left. We received no credit, no apology, no follow up phone call, nothing!!! Absolutely 100% disappointed!!

We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was…read moreextremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.
