Scott was awesome to work with! I was late in requesting a Limo for Prom, but Scott still helped in tracking for just what I was looking for! Call him for Booking! read more

On time, smooth ride, clean vehicle, nice drivers! I have used them for years! Scott runs a great company!

called this company this morning. Guy answers the phone, "hello" I thought I had the wrong number due to the way the phone was answered. I asked, "is this better class limos?" voice says with attitude, "I'm not going to answer that due to spam calls... who's calling?" I gave him my name and told him I'm getting married and needed a limo. The attitude that I got from the start would probably be a huge issue for wedding day. Wayyyy too much riding on this and need friendly, agreeable people to do business with. Don't need people being hostile or unfriendly with the wedding party. etc for ANY reason. SCARY! If you've had a great experience with this company... AWESOME! read more

We used ABC to take us to the Lakers games on Thanksgiving Eve. We called last minute, and they accommodated our trip with a reasonable rate. The driver was also very attentive to our needs and requests and very responsible and safe. Thank you for a fun memorable trip! read more

Amazing service! Anthony took the best care of our group. Can't wait to book them for our next event!

We had the best experience working with Scott. From the very first phone call to the day after our service, Scott was the best! He had the best customer service, great communication, and went out of his way to make this the best experience. We surprised our sons by having a limo pick them up from LAX on Christmas Eve. Scott worked with me on every detail of the surprise. Their plane kept being delayed, and was eventually delayed by 2 hours. Scott was on the ball as far as tracking the flight status and was always in communication with me. He made a sign with their names on it and even recorded their reactions for me when he picked them up, without me even asking. He made it a very special experience! One they will never forget! He even texted me and my family a Merry Christmas the next day! We would DEFINITLY use this company again if we ever need a car service. GREAT JOB Scott!!! read more

WOW! I really wish a zero stars rating was available. Called to reserve a limo for prom for my daughter and her friends. Stated that I needed it for 8, possibly 10 passengers. I was given the price on an 8-10 passenger Lincoln Limo. I asked for the website so that I could see the Limo offered. On the website, there is a Lincoln advertised to seat 6-9 passengers. I asked where the 10 passenger limo was and the jerk on the phone seriously asked if they were all average size or if any of them were fat because if they were average size then we could squeeze 10 people in it. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!?! read more

Scott and A Better Class Limo were awesome to work with! On time, cute/special touches in our limo in theme with where we were going, and definitely fair prices. We highly recommend! read more

It seriously doesn't get any better than this limo service. Scott is definitely the best....The limos are clean and stocked with your preference of beverages... I recommend him highly... read more

Highly Recommended Scott was our driver for the evening and from prompt on time (a little early) arrival, very nice classy Excursion limo, professional courteous service, knowledgeable navigation, the night ended up nothing short of memorable and will return again as needed. read more

Scott was our driver for a bachelorette night out this weekend. He was so amazingly helpful and accommodating to our group. He drove us where we needed to go, all while we were probably driving him crazy lol but he couldn't have been more nice, patient and understanding. Thank you for an amazing night chauffeuring us and getting us all home safely and in style! read more

Great, friendly service and on time. We will use service again and reccomend to others. . . Thanks! read more

Once again Scott and his team came through with excellent service. Prom season is coming and just booked a 10 passenger limo for my nephew in May. After reading JulieAnn's comment, it was clear she didn't comprehend what ABC customer service was trying to convey. Just because you order a 10 pax limo doesn't necessarily mean 10 people will fit comfortably. A couple of varsity football players could easily change the comfort level of the ride. Scott was very professional on the phone and explained the limo sizes, capacities and of course comfort levels. Thank you ABC Limo for years of excellent service! read more

Always the BEST. We have used them for years. On time always. Wonderful pleasant drivers. Comfortable well appointed vehicles. Fresh water.

I love this company! I had been using another service for an event that I and my friends attend twice a year in San Bernardino. Unfortunately, after six years of service, that guy ended up flaking, and his limo was actually breaking down. I was apprehensive to find another company and did a lot of research. I found A Better Class Limousine Service on Yelp, and I am not looking back. Scott was top-notch from the minute he picked up the phone to the very end follow-up. Eric, our driver, could not have had more class. If you are looking for a limo/transportation service, look no further. Customer service is key. I can attest to the fact that you will not be disappointed with ABC. read more

Needed a Limo last minute for the Father Daughter Dance. Dance was on a Friday, I called the night before. Easy process, they had a Limo available and we had a great night. Driver was super friendly, we kept the privacy glass down and chatted with the driver our entire ride. Had a blast and he made the night a memorable one for my daughter. Thank you again! We will definitely be using their service from now on! read more

My elderly mother has been using this service for at least 6 years now to transport her to and from the airport. I trust them fully and she loves the drivers. They are always on time, courteous and kind. Scott, the owner, is wonderful and will respond to your calls quickly. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and knowing that this company is taking my mom to her destinations when I can't is comforting. Their prices are reasonable and their cars are always clean and ready to go. I highly recommend this company. read more

Scott is simply the best! We have used him many times in the past and it is always the same- perfect. He is very nice, well groomed, his cars are always spotless and well-stocked, and he has a nice variety of sizes of cars. You can go big, and bring a bunch of people, or small and intimate. I could not give a better recommendation. read more

Just received a handwritten "Thank You" from Scott. ABC Limo is definitely a class above most businesses. Good customer service is what keeps good customers coming back. read more

"SAFE AND SATISFIED" I need to let it be known....The Service, Professionalism, and Protection of our Girls Night Out was MORE than what we expected. We were not just driven from Point A to Point B. We were treated like ladies and TAKEN CARE OF. Including our personal belonings. The Limousine was Nice and Clean Everytime we boarded. The Chauffeur was a Gentleman And Handsome. We liked that he smelled good to. Smoke Free Just like we were Guaranteed! I will refer A. B.C. LIMO to all friends and family. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT MEMORY read more

Recently (August 2015)I used this company and they were excellent! They picked my family up from LA airport and they were punctual and very professional. The limo was clean and fully stocked. I will definitely use this company again. It's nice to find a company that arrives on time at 6 a.m. in Los Angeles . read more

A Better Class Limousine was referred to me by another limousine service who was willing to put their own reputation on the line by making the referral. Scott the owner was professional and courteous with every interaction, and even made recommendations on how I could make the evening a more memorable experience for everyone in my party. The driver, John, was courteous, on time and readily available for whatever we requested of him. The car was clean and well stocked. I also found Scott's rates to be very reasonable for the level of service that was provided. I highly recommend A Better Class Limousine and will use them again. read more

Thanks Scott. Very professional and right on time!! Hope to do business with you again soon.

Scott was great. On time, friendly and easy to keep in touch with. The limo size was perfect for the two of us with a nice selection of beverages. I would book with this limo service again. read more

I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend A Better Class Limousine . I left messages with three limousine companies and Scott from A Better Class Limousine was the first to return my call. He quoted me a price and answered all of my questions. I liked Scott and decided to hire A Better Class Limousine and am so pleased that I did! He was extremely easy to work with. Scott showed up a little early and had even hung a Happy Birthday banner inside the limousine. The limousine was stocked with plenty of waters, sodas, ice and peanuts. The glassware we used to make mixed drinks and it was all very clean. The limousine also had napkins which were different colors which kind of added to the birthday decorations. There was a port to connect our iPhone for our music. We went to multiple locations and Scott knew exactly how to get there and patiently waited for us at every stop. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything and just sit back and enjoy ourselves while Scott took care of everything! There were eight of us and we were very comfortable. The next time that I need to hire a limousine you can bet that I will call A Better Class Limousine! P.S. I even received a thank you card in the mail thanking me for choosing their service - what a classy touch! read more

Highly recommend this Limo service; we used Scott for a wedding at the Mitten Building Redlands and it went perfectly. Thanks for the great service! read more

I have used a better class limo a few times now and have never been disappointed!. Scott was early arriving. Limo was clean and stocked. He got us to our destination & was waiting for us right outside the gate after the concert we attended. He even took us through In n out after because we were all starving!. lol. Thanks again Scott!! I will continue to use a better class limo. This is a first class company! read more

Excellent service. Prompt, clean, and knowledgeable of the venue we went to (the Forum) I will use this service again. Scott returned my call immediately ( unlike the other services I called) and supplied my party with exactly what we needed ( fully stocked limo for 4). Highly recommended!! read more

We used this service to get my niece and her new husband home to Riverside from their wedding in Redlands. I was going to talk with several car services before deciding on one but, after talking with Scott, I was sold on A Better Class Limousine. The price was good and Scott was friendly and very helpful in answering all of my questions. He called the day of the wedding to confirm the pick up time. That evening we had to make a change on the pick up time and Scott was able to accommodate our last minute change for an earlier pickup. According to the groom, the town car was so comfortable they could have stayed in it all night! I would definitely recommend A Better Class Limousine Service to anyone! read more

I'm renting a limo for my daughter's wedding and I am unfamiliar with the Redland's area. Scott knew exactly where our hotel was and made suggestions and quotes for a limo to take my daughter and her bridesmaids to the wedding and a beautiful Town Car to return my daughter and her husband back to the hotel after the wedding. The cost was reasonable and he put to rest this mother of the bride's nerves with taking care of one of many tasks involved in planning a wedding! I would definitely use this limo service again if I was in the Redland's area. read more

I live in New York. My son was in Lake Arrowhead California and needed a Limo/Car service to LAX. I did some searches on the internet and found some places that either didn't answer their phone or had some sketchy reviews. I saw some good yelp reviews on this company and made the call. I got Scott on the phone (The Owner I think). Not only was he American and spoke English, he was one of the friendliest most helpful people I ever had the pleasure of doing business with ! His communication and sincerity was out of this world ! We communicated Via phone and texts. He assured me everything was going to go without a hitch and it did ! Driver was on time and my son got to the airport early and made his flight. He personally called my son and talked to him and also gave him the drivers name and cell phone number. Not only that Scott called me when my son got dropped off at the airport ! I can't say enough good things about Scott, his company and his customer service ! Thank you for taking good care of my son ! My advice.......Call him and have complete peace of mind ! read more
