I have booked with Eagle Limousine twice now for a school event and a church event. Sergio was extremely accommodating and flexible when it came to our needs for students as well as the adults. With our Church event, we took an adult choir to a performance in Anaheim. At the last minute we had several members get sick which created an issue with our budgeted amount for transportation. Sergio worked with me within 2 days of the event to make it work for us. This is just a small example of how awesome their customer service and professionalism is. Last night was my daughter's Senior Homecoming. The original group she planned to go with had a problem with their transportation. I reached out to Sergio ( as I have used his company prior) and gave him the scenario and he was able to take a look and see if he had a party bus available for the new group. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I was desperate for a bus the same weekend of Coachella and I thought I wouldn't be able to book a bus for my 23rd birthday. Thankfully Eagle Limousine hooked it up with a party bus that fit 8 people. I couldn't find a bus without having a 5 hour limit... but this company was able to accommodate my 1 hour trip. It's a scam!! Don't do it!! I learned a very expensive lesson. I did not receive the party bus I paid for. The bus had a headlight missing. The bus did not look clean inside. The driver drove recklessly with high schoolers inside. The driver was late picking up the kids from their high school homecoming venue.
