They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival. We exchanged numbers (my wife went with the girls, I did NOT!). Got 4hrs of premium service from Darryl who was professional, timely, and made sure the girls had a fantastic time around town. The party bus we got for our bridal party was amazing and very fun. Our group of 18 enjoyed every bit of it. My main issue was with the drop off. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day so the roads weren't favorable. As we were approaching our reception site, instead of dropping us off as close to the venue as possible, our driver stopped on the side of the road and in front of a puddle. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen stepped in the puddle, and my wife's dress got dragged in it. Not to mention, we had to walk quite a distance in the rain to get to the reception. Keep in mind, there was security at the front gate available to guide us into the parking area closest to the entrance, but our driver didn't bother to ask me if we were able to enter the venue or look for staff members to guide us. He just parked and told us "sorry there's a puddle watch your step". It was very unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful to leave us that way, especially in the rain. Anyone considering their services, I recommend to make sure you're taken care of from beginning to end. I would hate for anyone to experience an ending like our bridal party.

I didn't mind paying extra out of pocket for my birthday because I wanted everything to go smoothly. I knew that if I went with the cheaper options, I might regret it. Yolanda was great and clearly knows how to make sales. She followed up regularly to ensure my reservation was locked in. I booked a party bus for 25 people for $900 for five hours. Initially, she quoted $750 for four hours, but I added an additional hour because we were traveling far. I even took the time to visit and inspect the bus to ensure it was what I wanted, as it was the last available bus for Saturday, 9/21. I booked with 1st Class Limousine because, as mentioned, I didn't want to be let down. I specifically requested for the party bus to arrive at 6 p.m. at the pickup location. However, Yolanda called me at 5:47 p.m. to inform me that the party bus I had reserved was experiencing mechanical issues. She then offered me either a Sprinter van or a limousine, neither of which matched what I had originally booked. I chose the limousine, since I had to decide quick and had reservations at 7pm in Clermont . When the limousine arrived, it was noticeably older, with worn leather seats. The limited amount of drinks and ice provided was far from sufficient for my party, which was very unprofessional. We couldn't even chill our drinks properly due to the lack of ice, despite being told that ice, water, and soda would be provided. We ended up waiting at our destination for four hours, as we had to wait longer than planned for the replacement bus I had originally reserved. They offered another bus, but it wasn't what I requested, further impacting our experience. While I understand that mechanical issues are out of the company's control and that safety comes first, I was disappointed that no additional free hour or discount was offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I later found out that the Escalade limousine was $175 per hour, not $187.50, which is what I paid for the party bus. While we did eventually get the bus I reserved, we had already waited four hours, and by that time, my guests were fed up. To make matters worse, I had purchased large 40-inch number balloons to decorate the bus, which went unused since the bus wasn't there to pick us up. The time and money I spent on those balloons, as well as the overall inconvenience, were frustrating, especially since no discount was offered even though the limo was a lower-priced vehicle & I'm sure the party bus they were offering was small which meant lower price too. The driver, Juan, was excellent and provided great service, but the last-minute changes and the four-hour wait left my guests frustrated, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, Yolanda did nothing to improve the situation. Yes, I was given 1hr free because I demanded the hour. I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience did not live up to those expectations. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. I hope this was a learning experience for the company to check their buses daily and to offer some type of compensation when delivering bad news.

Surprising my son and daughter in law with transporting our first Granddaughter from the hospital to her residence. I found Pilot on Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to hire them for the first time. Due to the challenges of getting an exact day and time when the doctors would discharge, I spoke to "Eric" and related the above. I specified that I would be in communication with them to attempt a good day and time. I also advised him that I was hiring a "Mariachi Band" to serenade them as they exited the hospital. Eric, knew the importance and assured me that he would take care of us. On Tuesday I text him and told him that the baby was born and they could possibly be discharge Wednesday or Thursday. I told him that I would keep him updated. He never replied to my text. On Thursday morning I text him and told him they would be discharge and I would probably need the limo between 12-2 Pm. I added that I would keep him posted. He finally replied and typed, "We are here for you, please let me know as soon as you can". I called him and we spoke. I confirmed everything with him and he again assured me not to worry and said, he would have someone on standby between 11-2 PM. I told him to please have the Limo arrive at the Hospital at 1 PM, giving him close to 2 hours drive time. After all he said, he had the limo ready to go and a driver on standby. At 1200 PM He Text me and said, "Sorry we will not be able to provide the service"! WTF!!!!! I called him and told him, he couldn't do that to us, I had made several arrangements and had no transportation for my family. He said, Im trying to find someone for you, my guy took another job. I reminded him that he gave me his word and told me his limo and driver was on standby. He just said, "I'm trying to find someone else for you". LOL what a piece of work! I immediately called another company (FIRST CLASS LIMOUSINE SERVICE, ANAHEIM, 714 423-0897) and not only did they immediately moved things around to help me with this nightmare and clean up 'Erics' S*&T. But their fee was more reasonable, they provided me with a beautiful, brand new, white stretch Limo and a professional outstanding driver. But wait, this company had a Limo at the Hospital at 1250 PM! I'm sure Eric, will attempt to justify his BS...But sometimes my brother, you have to be honest and man up! your company failed miserably and almost ruined a wonderful day.... The owner was nice and personable and their cars were all clean. We decided to go with the stretch Cadillac. Our big day finally came in May. The Cadillac was nice and clean on the exterior. Once inside, the AC wasn't working and it was hot (it was working when I checked it out a few weeks prior), the sound system sounded horrible, almost as if a speaker was blown out/super staticky, and the driver didn't even open the door for us to get in. I had to open the door for my wife and I as the driver just stood by watching. During our reception, I received a few calls from the owner asking me why I didn't tip his driver. I explained to him that the AC wasn't working, the sound system was busted, and the driver didn't even open our door to get in. The owner ignored my explanation, totally negated what I just told him, and kept on insisting I give him an answer as to why I didn't tip his driver. I told the owner if he was so concerned about the driver's tip, that he should tip him using the extra hour I paid for (which we didn't even use). In my opinion, there are better limo companies out there. Seems like this business just wants your money for subpar services.
