We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was…read moreextremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.

First of all, I need to say that Jorge is hands down the MOST professional, reliable, and…read moreexceptional private driver I have ever had. I don't write reviews often, but Jorge deserves every bit of praise possible. From the very start of Coachella weekend to the very end, he went above and beyond in every single way and made our entire experience infinitely better, easier, and stress-free. He was always early (not just on time--early), consistently communicative, and handled every bit of Coachella chaos with total calm, patience, and professionalism. Anyone who has been to the festival knows how hectic the traffic, crowds, pickup locations, and constant plan changes can be--but Jorge made it all feel effortless. No matter what came up, he was adaptable, accommodating, and solution-oriented. We never once felt stressed because we knew we were in the best hands possible. From the moment we first met him, it was clear he takes pride in what he does. His car was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with thoughtful amenities like chargers for every phone type, drinks, gum, and everything you could possibly need after a long day at the festival. It felt luxurious, organized, and welcoming every single ride. Those details may seem small, but they made such a huge difference and showed how much he genuinely cares about his clients' experience. Beyond that, Jorge is simply an amazing human being. He was kind, warm, respectful, and had such a great energy all weekend long. He made us feel comfortable immediately and truly treated our group like VIPs. He was happy to let us play our music, have fun, laugh, and enjoy every ride while still maintaining complete professionalism and making safety the top priority. He struck the perfect balance of being friendly, personable, and incredibly professional. His communication was absolutely flawless the entire weekend. Whether it was through text or phone calls, he was always responsive, clear, and proactive. We never had to wonder where he was, when he'd arrive, or what the plan was. At the end of each festival night--when thousands of people are scrambling to leave and finding your ride can be a nightmare--Jorge was always right at the front of the lot, easy to find, ready to go, and ahead of the game. That alone is priceless. I've had major issues with other drivers in the past, but with Jorge it was completely seamless every single time. Even during the late-night hours when everyone is exhausted and the roads are hectic, Jorge remained sharp, professional, and focused on getting us home safely and quickly. Knowing we had someone so dependable looking out for us allowed us to fully enjoy the weekend without worrying about transportation for even one second. That peace of mind is invaluable during a festival like Coachella. Honestly, Jorge was not just our driver--he became one of the best parts of the weekend. He elevated the entire experience and set a standard that will be impossible for anyone else to match. Our whole group was beyond grateful for him and kept talking about how incredible he was all weekend long. If you are considering booking Jorge, do it immediately. You will not find anyone better. He is the gold standard of private drivers and one of the best service experiences I've ever had in general. Thank you, Jorge, for everything--you were truly the absolute best. We are already looking forward to booking with you again next year!
