Great service at a competitive price. LAX pickup and La Verne drop off. My wife arrived at LAX from Europe with 2x small and 6x large bags ... and I couldn't meet them as I was out of town. Luis from WDR met them at arrivals, helped with the bags and made the whole trip home easy. Thanks WDR team!! read more

Terrible communication. Shouldn't have to wait over 8 hours for a quote. My family has used them a couple times, so they referred me and this is what i got from them. My family and I will be using a different service. If you are in need of a quick quote don't use them. read more

Amazing service from end-to-end and easy to book! I recently booked a round trip to/from LAX for my elderly parents. I was on the return trip with them and I really appreciated their care, compassion and patience they demonstrated with my elderly parents so much. Of course this was in addition course to maintaining communications and being on schedule. All the way around they made this super easy. While I didn't have the opportunity to meet the first driver, I did meet Luis on the return trip and he was great! Many thanks! I'm currently living on the east coast and will definitely be using WDR again when my travels take me back home to California for my visits! You're now in my contacts! :-) read more

We had a great experience using WDR this past weekend. We used their Sprinter limo for my daughter's prom for 9 kids from the Upland area to Pasadena and back. Luis was their driver and he was a complete professional! The Sprinter was clean and well maintained and the kids loved the interior lights and sound system. Their prices were reasonable and I didn't feel like they were trying to gouge the price, just because it was for teenagers. I would definitely use them again and I would refer my friends and family! read more

Very pleased with the service we received! Booked airport transportation to Ontario airport. Our driver was very responsive and arrived on time. Our return flight was rerouted from Ontario to LAX and Luis was kind enough to make a late night trip to LAX to bring us home after a very long day of travel. Will definitely use this service again! read more

They showed up on time. SUV was clean and ready for the teenager to go to the dance. Driver was excellent, and let the kids rock out. Would use them again. read more

Yelp can sometimes be a hit or miss! I cannot give enough praise to a wonderful team at WDR Limo Service. This review has been long awaited as I am a repeat customer. Almost the entire team is part of the family if not all. From Miguel, Ciro to communication with Wascar and Dorcas all in all an excellent experience with all my drives. My takeaways on an amazing business! 1) Experience is key. 2) Vehicles are phenomenal and very clean 3) Reputation and other Yelp reviews were spot on and just plain great honest great driving 4) Communication was excellent 5) Commits to appointments and ALWAYS on time Cons 1) Trying to keep this place a secret so they don't get too busy! Thanks again WDR! read more

I booked a limo service for drop off and pick up at LAX. Miguel was our driver for the drop off and I couldn't be happier. Miguel was on time, very courteous and professional and pleasant as well. I was travelling with my wife and daughter and we each had medium sized luggage. Miguel picked us up in a Suburban and we were all very comfortable. Bottled water was available to us and that was appreciated as it was very warm that day. He got us to LAX ahead of schedule and dropped us off at our terminal. I was so happy with his service that I made a special request that if possible, could he please also pick us up on our return. Things worked out that he was available to be our driver on our return. When we arrived at Tom Bradley Int'l terminal and as soon as we had our luggage and were outside at the curb, all I had to do was send him a text message. Miguel arrived in less than 10 minutes which is remarkable considering all the heavy traffic and congestion at LAX. After a long trip, it was nice to be able to sit back and not have to deal with looking for my vehicle and deal with the traffic coming home. I'm extremely happy with their service and will be using WDR again on my next trip. read more

Outstanding Service! We had a sudden death in the family and none of us could handle driving to the funeral in LA. Here is why this business gets five stars: RESPONSE RATE: Fast! Within an hour, I think. PRICE: Incredibly reasonable. COMMUNICATION: Excellent. I received a text and quote right away, followed by an email that day. The driver sent me a confirmation text the night before pickup. TIMELINESS: Our driver, Ciros, was there right on time. VEHICLE: Beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfortable; water provided. DRIVER: Ciros was such an excellent driver, so courteous, so patient with us. We invited him to have lunch with us and got to hear about his beautiful family. What a lovely guy. This is a really awesome business and I highly recommend them. Please don't forget to tip your driver as generously as you can. It is not easy to do this work and they have to handle a lot of stress. THANK YOU, WDR LIMO, FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF US! read more

The best! I had an early morning medical appt; needed a 6:20 a.m. pick up, then needed ride back to hotel. The driver Rolando was 4 mins early, then for the return trip, picked up my daughter at hotel, came and got me, even stopped to pick up food on the way back, then delivered us to the hotel. Rolando was nicely dressed, wore a mask, uniformed, polite, and helpful. Absolutely the best! read more

We received amazing customer service from the moment we left the hotel. The driver was on time with the pick up and drop off. The sprinter limo was clean inside and it had a night time feel to it. He had us at our destination on time and back at the hotel in a timely matter. We didn't have a bottle opener on the way up and when we arrived back for our departure he had gone to the store to purchase one for us. I will recommend and will use this company again. read more
