I asked, "is this better class limos?" voice says with attitude, "I'm not going to answer that due to spam calls... who's calling?" I gave him my name and told him I'm getting married and needed a limo. The attitude that I got from the start would probably be a huge issue for wedding day. Wayyyy too much riding on this and need friendly, agreeable people to do business with. Don't need people being hostile or unfriendly with the wedding party. etc for ANY reason. SCARY! While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs. I was contacted an hour later by the driver to confirm our reservation, and provided a contact number for any customer service needs. The driver arrived 10 minutes early the next day (with free bottled water) and delivered us to LAX promptly. Would highly recommend this company to others and will use in the future.
