The service is fantastic! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area, especially since Uber's and Lyft's are not very common. We were attending a wedding and they were able to squeeze us in, even though they were fully booked. They recognized we would not have had any other ride option due to the neighborhood where our Airbnb was located and were happy to accommodate us. Our driver was wonderful and provided us with recommendations for things to do nearby. Definitely recommend using them - wonderful service! read more

Kim at Lake Arrowhead Car Services saved the day! my daughter was up in Lake Arrowhead and i needed to get her down to Orange County. No luck with Lyft, although they messaged three times that a car was on the way. :( i left a voicemail and Kim called me right back. she asked me to text her addresses and said she'd get right back to me with quotes. she offered options - taking my daughter down the hill to where she could get a Lyft, taking her down the hill to a car rental place and bringing her all the way home to OC. she even got me some prices on the Lyft ride and the car rental. we ended up having Kim bringing my daughter all the way home. she got her here safe and sound. this mom is sleeping well tonight knowing that my daughter is home and asleep in the room next to me. I recently hired a car from Lake Arrowhead to LAX. WOW! The driver, Chad, was super friendly. I had to make a stop at the dry cleaners on the way, and Chad was gracious to make that happen! Outside of regular LA traffic, the ride was comfortable. I was even able to choose what Sirius radio station I wanted to listen to during my ride! Classic Rock! Awesome!! Amazing car service! When your up in Arrowhead with no uber or other transportation around town they are super quick to call back, reasonably priced and dependable. They won't leave you stranded and follow up with you to make sure you've made it to your destination. The new owners are very friendly and accommodating. Every time we go up the mountain we know we're set for the night with these guys. 5 stars for sure! read more

Love this company! Local mountain people who know our mountain quirks. I was shocked at how reasonable their rates are, and how quickly a driver arrived. Just what we needed! Love that we are supporting such a great company, run by really amazing & helpful people. Totally recommend them for everything from a ride home from a party to transportation to the airport, to a special night out! They do a lot in our community too, they provided transportation for our boy scouts to camp last minute when the parent who was supposed to drive had to cancel. I rented a limo a few weeks ago for a friend's birthday. It was so easy to set up and the prices were very reasonable. Joe was great!! He gave us good suggestions on where to go, and the limo was fully stocked with Champagne, alcohol, sodas and water. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

Highly recommend Lake Arrowhead Car Services for transportation up and down the mountain! The prices are reasonable and the service outstanding. They transported my special needs sister to and from her home in Ontario to our Lake Arrowhead home for a holiday gathering. She received white glove service both ways. I cannot say enough good things about Lake Arrowhead Limo and Car Services. I sent an email request for a quote and got a response within minutes. I was surprised because I had called other places and had waited hours or days for other places to get back to me as Ontario airport to Lake Arrowhead was not a popular destination. Anastasia from Lake Arrowhead Limo was prompt and courteous and answered all my questions. On the day of my pickup from Ontario airport, I received an email from Anastasia providing me with my driver's information including the model of car that would be picking me up. The only surprise here was that it was being picked up in a mini-van (I was expecting a sedan as the company advertised limo or car service). However, my driver Kyle, also sent me a text and picked me up curbside and helped me with my luggage. Kyle was very courteous and professional. He drove me to Lake Arrowhead and offered pleasant conversation along the way. Upon arrival, he helped me with my luggage and told me to call if I needed a ride while in town such as to local restaurants. I had booked round trip transportation and I was pleased that Kyle was my driver again upon pickup. On the day of pickup, Kyle came into the lobby of where I was staying and again helped me with my luggage. He got me to the airport on time and was a very good driver. Besides the surprise of this not being a "Limo" or luxury sedan type service, again the minivan surprised me, I could not have asked for a better service. I always book a professional car service when I travel, and this was one of the most pleasant and easiest car services I have ever booked. By far - the most reasonably priced as well, especially for the area, I had called around and Lake Arrowhead Limo was the best priced and obviously they provide the best service. I highly recommend this car service. read more
