I stopped worrying then and was able to relax after he told me that he had me covered for the worst case scenario, which unfortunately did end up happening for the pick-up on my return home, which had to be rescheduled for the next day because my flight was cancelled and had to be rebooked. No problem though because Jorge was able to make it at the new time, even though my flight was about half an hour late and even though it took another half an hour to resolve my missing luggage issue. Jorge remained unflappable and relaxed however, and he came through with flying colors and a very positive attitude, which was so much appreciated. I was very grateful for his patience. Jorge's prices are very competitive too and he charges only about $60 more than what you would pay for a commercial airline shuttle service.
