I asked, "is this better class limos?" voice says with attitude, "I'm not going to answer that due to spam calls... who's calling?" I gave him my name and told him I'm getting married and needed a limo. The attitude that I got from the start would probably be a huge issue for wedding day. Wayyyy too much riding on this and need friendly, agreeable people to do business with. Don't need people being hostile or unfriendly with the wedding party. etc for ANY reason. SCARY! We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was…read moreextremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.

Following some shenanigans with a…read moredifferent shuttle service, I reached out to Xpress Shuttles and spoke with Jackson, about my need for a next day shuttle for 5 people and ALOT of luggage. While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs. I was contacted an hour later by the driver to confirm our reservation, and provided a contact number for any customer service needs. The driver arrived 10 minutes early the next day (with free bottled water) and delivered us to LAX promptly. Would highly recommend this company to others and will use in the future.
