The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.

I take my time to research people that I do business with and even if I have to pay more for better service I will do it. They arrived on time and took the kids to Mission Escape Room in Anaheim, followed by dinner at Lazy Dog Restaurant, and capped it off driving by Disneyland to waste some time. Our driver was Francisco and he was excellent. We would highly recommend First Class for anyone looking for a limo or a party bus. The previous company I used was an astonishing $500 more than First Class and the next close was $400 more. Our go-to for big parties or a night out will be First Class moving forward.
