Avoid this company, look elsewhere. We had confirmed specifically an SUV with specific instructions to not provide their very uncomfortable van. The van has bench seating with minimal legroom and was a very, very bumpy three hour drive. This happened on two separate occasions. The prices they quote are slightly lower compared to their competitors, but not worth the savings based on their vehicles. Never again with Transit Van Shuttle. read more

I called Saturday afternoon to schedule a ride to the airport for my husband for Monday morning. Everything seemed fine, gave the guy all of our information, he said his driver would pick up my husband at 4 am Monday morning. Monday comes, no ride. We waited until 430 before I drove my husband to the airport. There was no phone call, no email, nothing from the company. We tried to call them, but there is only an after-hours voicemail, no way to connect directly to the driver. Zero stars for this company. Have a backup plan in place! read more

i had arranged for the shuttle to pick me up on arrival at San Diego Airport. I had prepaid for the trip. When I went to the clearly marked shuttle pick up area, they were not there. Unfortunately, my phone was not working due to low battery. Nor had they given me any alternative instructions. Eventually I had to get an alternative service. I used this service on a trip to and from the airport before Covid! So I called and booked again. Do to Covid our trip was cancelled! I booked 8/72020 my pick date was 2/17/2021 Return was 3/8/2021 this was cancelled with them in Nov. 2020! Total was $ 209 lax $119 Ont. I have only been refunded $209.00 to this day! I was told by my bank that there was no funds?? This is pretty sad! Today 5/6/2021!!! I think they have enough time to refund my money! Think twice???? read more

My family has been using Transit Van for traveling to and from the airport for multiple years for our annual family trips. It is such a relief not to have figure out the logistics to park at the airports, especially with our older family members. I reserved a van for a ride to the airport but cancelled giving them a week notice. They charged 10% for the cancellation which I complained about. Why do they need to charge 10%??? For what? It's not like they had to do anything!! I did all the work on line!! I was told my complaint would go to the manager. I cancelled on March 9 and I had to call today (May 4) to ask where my refund was! Again I was told I would be charged 10%!!!! I asked to speak to the manager but was told her would call me back. No phone call but I did receive my refund today but 10% was taken out. These people were 2 months late returning my refund yet charged me!!!! Horrible company. Do not use them. read more

Beyond Disappointed - if I could give a ZERO, I would. They ruined our family vacation travels! We arranged and paid for a 4am picked for our family of six,  from Fontana to Ontario, for a 6am Flight. Transit Van Shuttle, did a NO CALL - NO SHOW, caused our family to MISS our flights as a result of No Pick Up. We had to pay an additional  $4000.00 to get our family flights re- booked and back on track for this special graduation and 75th birthday family trip to Jamaica. The owner, Mr. Kenneth offered NO financial assistance for this huge mistake on his teams part.  Mr. Kenneth showed zero compassion or empathy, stating he has been. Operating business over 25 years, and this has never happened. Yet he takes NO responsibility or accountability for the financial hardship his business caused my family. We missed 2 days of our trip and had to pay $4k additional cost to re- book new flights for six people and the first words of Mr.Kenneth, when asked," How he will compensate my family, he said,  I can't help you financially, we're a small business. One in which he said he has been in business for over  25 years to operate in 13 other states and several countries. WHAT!!! The audacity of him. What about my small family!!!! I would never use this company or refer him to anyone. Mr. Kenneth, we are still waiting for our call back to resolve this matter. read more

Our organization hired Transit Van Shuttle (Denver) for an event we were hosting. It was an absolute mess. The communication between their office and their drivers was abysmal; the drivers didn't have information or didn't have the right information. Some of the drivers were late and we couldn't reach them. When we brought this up with the office, we received a series of less-than-friendly text messages (yes, texts) that neither acknowledged the issues nor offered any resolve. If you need trusty service, I would recommend going elsewhere. Customer service doesn't seem to be high on their priority list. read more

Transit Van Shuttle saved the events I was planning. I work for a local college and we were receiving approximately 80 students who were flying in to visit the college across two weekends. Our transportation vender fell through days before the first of the two events started; TVS stepped in and provided excellent service for our entire event with less than two days of planning time to pull it together. We had a complex order - multiple rounds of airport pick-ups, shuttling between the hotel accommodations and campus multiple times, and multiple rounds of airport drop-offs over two three-day events. TVS' admin staff planned the entire thing to the most minute detail, pulled together all the vehicles we needed and even placed one of their admin staff with us at the airport to dispatch the drivers for both airport pick-up days. Now, we will only work with TVS going further because of how easy they make it and how reliable they were. read more

Have used them a couple of times for airport transit. Arrived on time, early in the morning at our hard-to-find for pickup. We accidentally gave the wrong date for pickup on our return, but they were very nice about adjusting. Clean vehicle, fair price, very nice and punctual driver. read more

I have used this shuttle approximately 8 times, and I will no longer use them. One time I was picked up 15 minutes late, and the guy made excuses and did not apologize. We were in San Diego am traffic and just made it on time. I told the owner and he did nothing. Another time, the driver called me the night before to confirm, and inappropriately called from a family party, I had to scream into the phone and he still couldn't hear me. Not professional and my grandbaby had just been put down for the night in the next room and I had to scream into the phone. Lastly, was this last March 6th. The owner books the trips even though I've been told he has a secretary. I think this is a post retirement business, and he needs someone who can think more clearly. He is so fast to charge your card for both ways I wasn't even off the phone with trying to book it, and he had already charged my card. Well I was supposed to be picked up the night of Mar. 6th at Ontario Airport. He didn't write it down. No one was out front. No apology and no money refunded. I gave him a week and no apology. He should at least refund the trip home. He got one of his drivers out of bed who raced over to get me, and it took about 20 minutes. So a woman standing alone outside at 11pm and no shuttle. This company has a few good drivers, and I feel sorry for them as this is needed money for them, but 3 strikes and you are OUT!!!!!! Don't use this company. read more

I called Ken he booked us a ride that night for a flight a pick up at 530am. They arrived on time and my sister said the woman that drive her was very nice and courteous. Nice comfortable van with lots of room for all and luggage, and communication was excellent before each leg of trip. Our driver, Mike, was so nice, and, of course, a great driver. As a group of 5 couples we have used this transportation service multiple years for an annual vacation that we need transportation to the airport for. This was by far the absolute worst. Robert the driver was rude and not friendly at all. He had headphones in the whole drive listening to his own music. He said he knew "shortcuts" to the airport which in fact took longer there and longer on the way home. We requested to make a stop to use the restroom and he said absolutely not he had a schedule to stick to. We are paying customers too I thought that was rude. His communications skills were horrible. He was rude on the phone when planning pick ups. If he's your driver I would request someone else because the service with him is terrible !! read more

The drivers were absolutely friendly, picked us up right on time and drove us quickly and safely to LAX and weeks later back to our home. Correspondence and communication regarding the organization of the transfer was great. I spoke to Ken (claims to be the supervisor) to cancel our reservation (due to COVID) prior to the reservation time of 11:00 am, Before the 24 hours and they refused to give me a full refund. He shed if I wanted a credit. I said no, not knowing when we would be traveling again. He was very rude and said I need to read the cancellation paperwork. I had planned to be in Temecula for a wedding on 11/14/2021. On 11/10/2021 I learned the groom was in the hospital with COVID. I called Transit that evening and cancelled my shuttle reservations between the San Diego Airport and Temecula. I was told I would get an email the next day confirming my cancellation. I didn't receive the email so I called again on 11/12/2021. He assured me the return had been processed and I would receive my funds in 7-10 days. Today is 12/10/2021 and I have still not received my refund. I am disputing this charge through my bank. read more

I had to go out to San Diego for my cousins wedding and needed a ride towards the leg end of my trip. I called around to a couple of places and Transit Van Shuttle cost less than the others (doesn't mean it was inexpensive). When I called, it was a person on the other line and not an automated service, which I appreciated. We went through the process first and then got to the price, 119 before tax and tip, from the Pala casino to San Diego international. After calling a couple of other places, I came back around to Transit van because they were the lowest (though several companies called me back during the day with lower rates but I didn't want to go through the hassle of cancelling. And i'm glad I didn't!). The set up was easy, they take all your information + credit card by phone. You can even leave a tip so you can skip the process later. In hindsight, I shouldn't have done that because you never know what driver you'll get (thankfully mine was fantastic). You get an email within the hour for confirmation and the driver him/herself will call to confirm as well. This last piece is important because you don't want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere and not have your ride show up. My pick up was for 330 am and my driver, Will, arrived at 315. I always feel bad when I book this early so I apologized but he smiled, said "no worries, this is what we're here for", shook my hand and got started. He helped me get my carry on into the van asked me which seat I preferred, I got in and signed something and headed out. The van itself was comfortable, clean and everything was working (temp, safety belt, displays). The driver is where the experience shined. Will was FANTASTIC! Very nice, soft spoken and intelligent. Whenever i take rides that early into the morning, I like to keep a conversation going because you never know if they're sleep deprived or something. Will was on top of his game. He was wide awake, kept me engaged and made the ride feel like a breeze. He gave me some history on himself , the area and a whole bunch of other interesting things. He drives well and I felt safe all through the ride. When we pulled into the terminal, he tried his best to get me as far up to the gate as possible but I told him not to worry about it since I was going to grab a smoke before going in. He helped me get my things out, shook my hand and we parted ways. Normally, the price point would drop this to a 4 star review but Will is the reason why I'm keeping it at 5. If i'm ever in the area again, i'd call and specifically ask for Will (if he's still working here). read more

I will not be using this company for my transportation needs since they are horrible at responding to questions sent to them via email. Problem #1: The quote requested from their web site was never emailed after waiting for 3 days, so I emailed them my quote request number and then received the quote the next day. Problem #2: I emailed them a question about whether or not they would allow us to bring a small dog with or without a kennel. After not receiving a response after 3 days, I sent the email again pleading for an answer. Problem #3: Since they did not respond to either of my 2 emails regarding the dog, I sent a 3rd email about the dog stating "Is there a reason why you are still not answering my question below?  Do I need to call a manager?" There has been no response to that email either, I am done trying to work with them and will be looking elsewhere. read more

Amazing service to LAX from Temecula region. Received roundtrip transportation, on our way to the airport we got picked up in a BMW, very nice new car. On the way back from LAX to home, we got picked up in a Cadillac, we had Smitty for both rides, he was very informative, and a great driver, made the drive seem so much faster. Cars were great. I saw the good reviews and decided to trust this shuttle company with the point-to-point assignment. The drivers were great, both ways! They picked him up from the school, shuttled him to San Diego so he could catch the train, then later picked him up from the train station and returned him to the school. Smitty was the best driver I could have asked for, he was punctual, helpful, and safe. Not only would I trust him driving me or my family anywhere, he gets us to our destination quicker than expected. He never lets us touch our bags and he always takes care of them as if they were his, which really makes my day when my grandma travels with us. Do not use this company. I booked the shuttle on June 27, 2022 to drive my family to Port Los Angeles on 07/18/22 and then pick us up on 07/22/22. I gave them my credit card and received a confirmation email with booking number. This was a family vacation on a cruise. On 07/16/22 I called to let them know that they would only be picking up one family as the other party had to cancel. Our pick up time was for 10:00 Am. The night before I did not receive a call from the driver like I was told I would. On 07/18/22 I called early that morning to verify that they were still coming. No one answered so I left a message. At approximately 9:30 am I called again and someone answered. They told me there was not a reservation. I explained that I had booked with Ken, gave my credit card and received a booking reference number. I also explained that I spoke with the shuttle two days prior as I was changing the pick up to just one address due to family members having to cancel. I was placed on hold. I was then told that she did not know what happened but there was not a reservation for my pick up. I was extremely upset as I had planned ahead for this shuttle service and now had to scramble to find a ride in order to make it on time for our cruise. This was absolutely ridiculous especially since I just spoke with them two days prior. Do not trust this company. read more

I have never used a shuttle service before...so I really did my research. I am extremely happy with my choice of Transit Van Shuttle. From the first phone call with Rose...to the Driver, Mary...everyone was pleasant, kind, efficient and reasonable. Mary arrived on time for pick-up and we hit it off right away. Considering I had a long way to go from Temecula to LAX.... the ride went by fast and Mary navigated those awful freeways like a pro. On the way home a week later. We used their services for our wedding guest, everything was great and on time. The only problem I had with this Company was the fact that they charged my AMX twice and after calling them several time and sending them my statement still they denied that they charged me twice, I was told to cal the AMX to dispute the charge. so be aware when you give them your credit card info.by the way when I called my American Express they told me I was charged twice and that wasn't on the same day it was month later for the 2nd charge. read more
