We used their services for our wedding guest, everything was great and on time. The only problem I had with this Company was the fact that they charged my AMX twice and after calling them several time and sending them my statement still they denied that they charged me twice, I was told to cal the AMX to dispute the charge. so be aware when you give them your credit card info.by the way when I called my American Express they told me I was charged twice and that wasn't on the same day it was month later for the 2nd charge. read more

I called this company to ask some simple questions, their website was hard for me to follow and I had some questions about arranging transportation for some customers in the future. The guy that I spoke with made me feel like I was begging him for money and he very rudely told me to go to his website if I wanted information. Needless to say, I didn't use him and won't be using him at any point. I don't know anything about his vehicles or actual services no will I ever know. He was so rude that I didn't ever make it too that point but in my experience, the service that you receive on the phone is a good indicator as to the service that they will provide in the field and this company is not for me. read more

My absolute FAVORITE for wine tours and airport!! Went on a wine tour with my girlfriends a few times with Transit Van and every time the driver is well versed in the wineries, the best tasting deals and the best places to watch the sunset. Rose and Tranessa are my favorite drivers. Always patient and fun and smiling. Safe, reliable and honest service. Will use them every time I need a wine tour or need to be on time for a flight. I have clearly specified therein that the estimate time of arrival (ETA) is 9:00 am and the pick up time is 10:20. I called right after the airplane has landed at 8:57am to ensure that the car is on the way so I can be picked up at the scheduled time of 10:20 am. I am very disappointed that you treat me like an inexperienced traveler with a limited chauffeured experience in addition to being stranded for 50 minutes. Thank you. read more

Holding my current rating at 1 star. I called to setup a pick up and drop off at the San Diego airport. I was told that I needed to confirm immediately and was pressured into scheduling service as it was unlikely to be available if I waited. I was assured that I could cancel several days before my pickup if anything changed. I ended up calling Tuesday before my pickup at the airport on Sunday and told it would take approximately 3-5 days to get a refund processed. That was now two weeks ago. I was charged the full amount for both trips, no refund has been processed. He knew exactly who was calling when I let the owner know I was calling about a refund and informed me that he has been extremely busy and has not gotten to it but would do it tomorrow. I asked him several times if he would put himself in my shoes and how he would feel about this situation and he did not have anything to say beyond saying he would get to it tomorrow. I realize they are busy but holding off on processing a return is bad customer service and there was not even a call, email, or text to tell me that they were delayed in processing. No transparency in their business, looking to schedule future services with another company. Should the owner review and respond, I am willing to weight the action and update the review. read more

I am from the midwest and recently moved to California. I have always wanted to go on a wine tasting tour so my best friend and I decided to take a weekend trip to Temecula and have Transit Van Shuttle Service take us to various vineyards. Our driver, Rose, was AMAZING. I had absolutely no idea which vineyards were worth going to, but Rose knew the best for reds, whites, and my favorite, champagne. I used this shuttle service years ago for an airport trip for our family vacation and everything was great. Recently I had to get a ride to the airport for a business trip and my company had an account with one of their competetor so I tried to book my ride through them. The reply back was they didn't service my area with no explanation or alternative. Transit Van not only accomidated my area but picked me up at my front door and we didn't have to stop to pick up any additional passengers. We went directly to the airport and that in itself set my mind at ease. Their drivers are professional, personable and real safe. I highly recommend that if you need to get to the airport for whatever reason and you don't want the trip there to be an issue, you consider Transit Van to accomadate your needs before you go with the other people who are only concerned about your dollars not your needs. I'm so impressed with this company. We had a very early flight out of San Diego. Smitty arrived right on time. He was so pleasant and helpful. We actually requested him to pick us up on our return, but he was unavailable. Instead Greg (or Craig . . . I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was waiting for us as expected. This review is for booking only. I did not travel with them as I canceled my request. 10/12- I went online to request a car to LAX in a CTS sedan. I was quoted $219. Then I went online to book my car, selected the CTS and I included in the notes what I was quoted. When you reserve the car, there is no price total provided. I was emailed by the company and was told that the $219 quote was for a mini van. I sent the quote I received, which lists the car I picked, and was told that the computer generated the lowest cost. Kinda sketchy - when you ask for a quote, you select the type of car you want. They said if I really wanted the CTS, it would be $40 more. I didn't like the bait and switch, so I cancelled my reservation. On their website, it says I would be refunded within 5-7 days. 10/18 - I contacted them today to ask where my credit was and they said its 7-10 business days. While they were responsive and polite, I did not like that they did not honor what was on their website or what was quoted. read more
